Avoid this scammer company! They claim nobody was at home, so they will keep the money. But there was somebody at home all-day waiting for the flowers, but they never came. 100 Euro gone!

SAbsolutely terrible. Flora Queen has still NOT delivered or answered anything. I paid 79 euros / 86 USD for flowers for My mother for this mothers day in New York. I am in Paris and still even DAYS LATER -NO FLOWERS!

Please BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! They have not even answered me! In factm the order status still says "order is being PREPARED" Mothers day is over and I WANT A REFUND! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORA QUEEN!

I ordered a deluxe' bunch of flowers for delivery last Sunday for my sisters wedding day as I could not be there in person so wanted to do something special for her. I paid extra for weekend delivery. There is a clause saying they cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day which comes up afterwards- then they should not charge extra for weekend delivery if they can't do it! It did not arrive until Tuesday so missed the wedding completely. Then what arrived was appalling... about 6 flowers in it. I paid 83 inc delivery for a deluxe bunch of flowers. What I got was a minuscule tiny few flowers that looked pathetic. What she got was worth about 10... not 83. I have emailed customer service initially about no delivery and was fobbed off on their clause about no guarantee. I have since sent a picture to them of what I ordered vs what she received, looking for a refund and have yet to hear from them. They just replied saying the mini gerberars were substituted for larger ones so there were less and offered 30% off next order. As if I would ever order from them again. Really disappointed. Avoid at all costs. No stars if possible.

I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved. I trust pilot review, they apoglised and said to contact their agents etc etc. I did and they have not responded. Do Not use this company, total rip off. See below image of what I ordered vs the measly bunch that was delivered...

The worst service ever! I have ordered flowers for a birthday of my daughter and paid in advance and they simply not delivered them. They ignored all my emails. The worst service ever!

I bought some flowers for my mom's birthday and they never got delivered. They never sent me any updates about the order. I asked for a full refund but did not get any respond yet. I feel scammed!

They sent me a message at 15:33 and said that is in transit i was at home and then after 10 mails they told me that they come but nobody was at home. Fraud don't use them.

I got scammed by purchasing a large bouquet and then getting four flowers delivered.

It's offensive and fraudulent!

I love this website. I always order through them and my orders always arrive in perfect condition.
I have recommended them to my friends and they are as happy with them as I am.

My order was not delivered twice. I wrote to the mail all the time, but no one answered me what the mistake was. In the end the money was not returned.

Flowers ordered on July 3rd for birthday delivery on July 5th.

Numerous messages sent to company regarding update. No response until July 7th with a "sorry, can't help you no refund"

No attempt to remedy the situation, no "where do we go from here"

Looking at the reviews, my experience is far from singular.

I ordered a bouquet of lillies and roses for a friend and they delivered a bouquet with 3 Daisy buds and some leaves. Absolutely no roses or lillies in them.

I have been using flowerportal from quite a while to deliver flowers and cakes to my family and friends. They have a huge variety to their website to choose from.

My Aunty as been so sick and we wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. It's been almost a week and no flowers have been delivered…. Can we have a full refund please?

The flowers I ordered dont look even similar to the picture. I even ordered premium size and the vase I also paid for, is much smaller. I wouldnt order from them anymore.

Wrong product delivered. Order product value $100, product delivered was inappropriate for a sympathy occasion and value could not be more than $25.
SCAM!

Flowers arrived 5 days late dead. Resent but again they turned up with brown round the pink roses squashed & heads falling off completely. Also expensive. Disgraceful

Here Is FloraQuuen Taking Your Money when u Place a order they never have flowers and then give you a choice of cancellation or take all the flowers when you say cancel they want to send you a voucher you like I want to deal with their bull$#*! never in your life place a order with these flowers people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THIS IS A SCAM. HORRIBLE FOLLOW UPS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD ORDERED A BIRTHDAY FLOWER KIT TO BE DELIVERED ON DEC 14TH, STILL NOT DELIVERY, I'VE EMAILED THEM A LEAST 6 TIMES FOR A STATUS AND THE LAST 3 FOR A REFUND. ONLY RECEIVED AN UPDATE ON DEC 23RD STATING ISSUE WITH DELIVERY ADDRESS. I ASKED AGAIN FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING AND NO FLOWERS. DO NOT USE

I ordered a deilvery for my wifes birthday. They happily charged me over 200$ and we never received the flowers! I have sent over 5 emails to their customer services center and 5 weeks later I still havent got the flowers or my money back. Morever their customer services dept dont even bother replying to emails. I tried calling them and no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING. If there was an option for less than 1 star I would have chosen it.

I really recommend this website, after I ordered I saw 1 star reviews and I was afraid to be scammed. I contacted them on email and they responded very fast.

I will definitely use FloraQueen again.
