Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

I would put 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered and they never delivered my flowers. Their call center is closed due to Covid, so they ask that you email them. They have not answered any of my 5 emails sent (I sent to 2 of their email adresses) + contacted them on social media.
I spent nearly 100Euros on my order and have not only not received a refund, but also not a single response.
Worst customer service I have ever received (if this company is even legitimate - had I read all the horrible reviews before I would have never ordered form them)

Avoid this scammer company! They claim nobody was at home, so they will keep the money. But there was somebody at home all-day waiting for the flowers, but they never came. 100 Euro gone!

SAbsolutely terrible. Flora Queen has still NOT delivered or answered anything. I paid 79 euros / 86 USD for flowers for My mother for this mothers day in New York. I am in Paris and still even DAYS LATER -NO FLOWERS!

I ordered a deluxe' bunch of flowers for delivery last Sunday for my sisters wedding day as I could not be there in person so wanted to do something special for her. I paid extra for weekend delivery. There is a clause saying they cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day which comes up afterwards- then they should not charge extra for weekend delivery if they can't do it! It did not arrive until Tuesday so missed the wedding completely. Then what arrived was appalling... about 6 flowers in it. I paid 83 inc delivery for a deluxe bunch of flowers. What I got was a minuscule tiny few flowers that looked pathetic. What she got was worth about 10... not 83. I have emailed customer service initially about no delivery and was fobbed off on their clause about no guarantee. I have since sent a picture to them of what I ordered vs what she received, looking for a refund and have yet to hear from them. They just replied saying the mini gerberars were substituted for larger ones so there were less and offered 30% off next order. As if I would ever order from them again. Really disappointed. Avoid at all costs. No stars if possible.
I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved. I trust pilot review, they apoglised and said to contact their agents etc etc. I did and they have not responded. Do Not use this company, total rip off. See below image of what I ordered vs the measly bunch that was delivered...

I bought some flowers for my mom's birthday and they never got delivered. They never sent me any updates about the order. I asked for a full refund but did not get any respond yet. I feel scammed!
They sent me a message at 15:33 and said that is in transit i was at home and then after 10 mails they told me that they come but nobody was at home. Fraud don't use them.
I got scammed by purchasing a large bouquet and then getting four flowers delivered.
What I ordered for £100 and what was delivered
It's offensive and fraudulent!
I love this website. I always order through them and my orders always arrive in perfect condition.
I have recommended them to my friends and they are as happy with them as I am.

Numerous messages sent to company regarding update. No response until July 7th with a "sorry, can't help you no refund"
No attempt to remedy the situation, no "where do we go from here"

The flowers I ordered dont look even similar to the picture. I even ordered premium size and the vase I also paid for, is much smaller. I wouldnt order from them anymore.
Wrong product delivered. Order product value $100, product delivered was inappropriate for a sympathy occasion and value could not be more than $25.

I ordered a deilvery for my wifes birthday. They happily charged me over 200$ and we never received the flowers! I have sent over 5 emails to their customer services center and 5 weeks later I still havent got the flowers or my money back. Morever their customer services dept dont even bother replying to emails. I tried calling them and no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING. If there was an option for less than 1 star I would have chosen it.

Order placed 30th March. Order delivery date requested 14th April. Advised on 14th April they would not be delivered until 16th April. Order status from 11th April being prepared. Advised all day today order would be delivered and was in van on route delivery today 16th April.
Guess what? Just been informed it will. Now be Monday 18th April? So on Monday what happens? Another delay another lie? The flowers will be dead...
