Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
Not what I ordered and paid lots of money for
The order I placed with FloraQueen has been delivered yesterday to Spain (order no *******) but it was nothing like I ordered and paid lots of money for. A big disappointment!
The flowers were not what I ordered and much smaller bouquet from the one I picked and I paid for.
The wine was not the wine I ordered but some cheap alternative.
I ordered and paid for the card ('love is all you need') but there was NO card delivered. My message was written on ordinary paper and delivered like that.
I am asking for the refund now actually for difference in price for the bouquet size, the difference in price for the wine and full refund for the card to be paid to my card. I don't think it will be an easy process because since I placed this order, they never replied to any of my emails and messages (I had questions about delivery).
If this does not happen, I will make an official complaint and chase this until I get what I am eligible to.

I placed an order at Christmas to send a gift to friends in Italy. I live in the U.S. I received a notification that the delivery was on it's way, but it never arrived. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn't delivered they said I put the wrong address down in the order. LIE #1. I did place the correct order. They finally said the address was right but wouldn't deliver it. I asked for my money back and they said NO. They will give me a credit. WHY WOULD I WANT A CREDIT WITH A COMPANY THAT DIDN'T DO WHAT I PAID THEM TO DO ORIGINALLY?!. I said it was not my fault that they didn't deliver the item I purchased and wanted my money back. They sited some fine print in their disclosure. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY PREFER TO STEAL FROM THEM THAN DO THE RIGHT THING.

This is the second time I've used FloraQueen to deliver a gift for a special occasion and the second time they have failed me. SHAME ON ME for allowing my goodwill to be abused a second time. The FloraQueen website boasts punctual delivery, though they are now using the Covid-19 pandemic as a cover for either - now listen to this - delivery the day before (I wish!) or the day after the requested delivery date.
It is now 3 days after the requested delivery gift. I've tried to reach their customer service, without success.
I SHALL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. BEWARE PLEASE. THEY ARE A VERY POORLY RATED SERVICE. TO BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE - OR THE VIRUS!
I'm still waiting on hearing from their customer service department.
The flowers that I ordered was described Roses and Dasies but instead the bouquet was filled with lots of leafs and Carnations. I am very disappointed and that all paid for € 46.32

Where to start... I used this company last year for mum's birthday in Italy and the flower never turned up on the right day. I then complained and I was refunded partially.
This year I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and believe it or not the same happened, same day, same person ( mum). According to their delivery updates the flower were delivered but according to the local company to date 20th May 2019 they are still trying to deliver, by now probably the flowers exsiccated!. I made a complaint because I could not believe that this was happening again for the same date and the same person. I demanded full refund back for flower and chocolate £41 ( I am still waiting). The flowers turned up 22nd May ( pictures below) and I only been refunded partially not fully as agreed.
Please don't use this company, lesson learned INTERFLORA NEVER LET ME DOWN AND PRICES ARE SIMILAR

Booked flowers on 17th of August for delivery for a birthday on 21st of August. On 22nd no flowers yet. Disgusting. My last experience with them: stay away from them.

Customer service over the phone is a scam, no one ever answer and they do not come back to you via email either! We placed the order on a Friday to have flowers delivered on Sunday and no where on their website it says that it was not guaranteed (you can pick the day) so you assume they can deliver the flowers! Today is Tuesday so 2 days after the delivery date and no answers and no flowers! Also they replied and offered to refund only 7 for delivery charges and if you cancel the order you also loose 10 as they refund you the money minus 10! Can you believe! The phone number you find is also a scam as no one ever answer and they say they are opened 9am to 6pm but no one answers withing those hours! Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company! They are a total scam!

I ordered "Deluxe" Lavish Love 24 Red roses for my fiance as a surprise.
I paid extra for "Vase Perfection" but you delivered an ordinary one. (Vase Perfection has a tapered middle, this one is straight)
I paid extra for "Caring Teddy" but got delivered "Tender Teddy"
I paid extra for "Lindt Mini Pralines" but got delivered "Walkers"
I paid extra for "Love Card" but not delivered.
I paid extra for "deluxe" flowers and the image has little white filler flowers as well but the actual product looks bare bones.
Basically the entire order was messed up!
My bill was racked up to 252$ because of the extras but the actual delivered items are not even worth 150$
Absolute worst online service I have ever had to deal with!

Don't waste your money. I spent $118 to get a bouquet for my niece's birthday and was so excited to surprise her with a nice premium bouquet that I paid extra to get the best of the best. I also wanted to send it to her gym where she goes to work out and make it as a big surprise. First of all the driver spoiled the surprise by calling her and telling her that he had a bouquet for her and if he can meet her somewhere to give it to her instead of delivering it to the gym pretending he couldn't find it. It's a very well known gym in the area that you can't miss. Worse than that is the bouquet he gave her was a joke. Nothing like the one 8n the website. I wouldn't pay even$10 for it if I knew that's what she was to get. I'm going to attach the picture of what she got and what she was supposed to get and you will be the judge. The one I ordered has lilies and roses. This one doesn't have any lilies at all. I paid extra to get the premium in quality and size but didn't get what I paid extra for. Don't be fooled by the pictures. They're nothing like what you get. Total RIP off. I'm very upset and unhappy to spend $118 to get some not even fresh roses. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for quality flowers and better delivery service. Oh and I forgot to mention that the birthday card was a simple piece of paper and handwritten with mistakes.

I decided to give FloraQueen a go this year to deliver two bouquets rather than Interflora, one to a very good customer in France and another to my wife as an early Christmas surprise, well that was a huge mistake. I chose Surprise Gesture: Amaryllis and Red Roses £79.70 for France and added chocolates and Infinite Love: 12 Red Roses £59.80 and added a lovely looking red vase and upgraded both to the deluxe. The French flowers looked terrible and certainly did not live up to the deluxe that was promised and the 12 red roses, one with no head! And one piece of greenery and to add insult to injury a cheap and nasty clear vase, all of which I could have bought for less than £18-20 at a local supermarket and got better flowers. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service, 4 days now and they have not replied after spending over £140 plus exchange rate fees, buyers beware, I only gave a 1 star as I was unable to leave no stars... I have the photos to back up my issues with my complaint too I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS DISGRACEFUL SO CALLED SERVICE... Save your money and use another company, I'm going back to Interflora

I live in Florida and I placed an order on 10/3/2023 for my grandma in Spain. It was delivered the next day (today). Wow! Thank you.
I ordered two set of flowers for my husband grand opening and bday. They needed to charge two separate shipping fee even they are ordered from a same person to ship to a same place. On the delivery day, they suppose to be there by 2 to catch the grand opening, but they were not there. I sent email around 3pm since there are no other way i can call to find out where my shipment are. They replied few hours later which is the time we all left the office building and grand opening was totally ended saying the flowers were left at the 1st floor front desk and they marked it as delivered. First, we are on 21st floor, if they cant find which room we were in, they should had called. But they didnt call. Second, why left at the 1st floor receptionist when there is a receptionist on the 21st floor. Flowers were not cheap and they didnt serve the purpose. My husband didnt get them till next day, and customer services was not feeling bad about it. Also they should sent me an email saying was delivered when they just dump them at the receptionist without notifying us till I email them. Last the orchard was pretty but the other arrangement was just ok and its not even looks like the pic
Thee bouquet was delivered a day too late and nor resembling the bouguet on the site at all ( and I am not talking about the few flowers that we're in the bud) i am embarressed

I have ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a BIG BOX of chocolates and a large champagne and instead my mother in law received an ugly bouquet with a few roses, a SMALL obnoxious champagne and A BAG! Of chocolates! And i spent around 100 euros for this! This was absolutely outrageous! How can you send a BAG, a baaag of chocolates?!?! And a SMALL champagne?!?! They couldn t find a BOX of chocolates anywhere?! Would you have offered to someone you love such a miserable package?! I am so ashamed, so dissapointed i cannot express in words! And i also paid for morning delivery and it came at noon! This was not a problem, but why did they charge me the morning fee if it did not arrive in the morning?! They take all the money, contact a local florist and pay them scraps. And when i complained to them with photos and proofs they offered me a pathetic discount for my next purchase, like i am ever gonna order from them again! I am absolutely ashamed and appalled of their services and my gift to a beloved person! They should be ashamed! Please, please do not order from floraqueen or you will be dissapointed! Should have read the true reviews about them before, not the made up ones on their website where you cannot upload any review whatsoever.
