Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

TERRIBLE SERVICE - FLOWERS ARRIVED DAMAGE AND LATE!.
On the 28th of October, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an important family celebration, to be delivered on the 31st of October, Order number *******.
On that date I received various emails to say that the order would be delivered but then to my surprise, I received various emails saying that it would be delivered on the 1st of November, and another to say that it had in fact been delivered in the afternoon of the 31st.
Notwithstanding these various conflicting pieces of information, the order of flowers for the 31st has NEVER been delivered and has been delivered on the 3rd November damaged and horrible quality flowers.
They say they DO NOT refund once the flowers have been delivered but they DO NOT realize the bad quality service they are providing and how bad quality the flowers have been delivered.
Very very disappointed and angry with this situation!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 2nd Oct. Deliverer/florist tried to contact recipient the day before but recipient was unable to answer in time. Recipient tried to contact deliverer on 2nd Oct and later on around 3rd or 4th, both not getting answered. I tried to contact customer service on the 3rd, and again on 5th both with no response. Total scam, not even informing if order was lost and unrefundable just hung and still no response till now (5th).
Update(6th Oct): after posting this review customer service immediately responded and communicated with florist to give an explanation (more of an excuse to deflect blame) that said they tried to contact the day before because sunday was not doable for them therefore could not deliver on both days. This was not informed to me or the recipient beforehand while the order was put since the 29th so they had plenty of time. Nothing useful towards a solution for the current situation(can it still be delivered, if not refunded, or not at all) has been gained by this interaction and customer service is back to not responding. Amazing. The business and it's partners both have terrible service it seems, especially shows that they don't have proper SOP.
Last update(7th Oct): Still ignored by customer service. They have changed the order status to delivered (it has not). Obvious the business has no intentions of providing decent service or helping its customers, only to look like they do in review sites so other people will fall prey. Stay clear of this horrible "business".

I placed an order for a very special occasion on 3rd. Sept to be delivered on 4th. As I hadn't heard from my friend I sent an email on 4th. Enquiring was the delivery made. Several hours later we finally got a reply saying there was a problem which was out of their control. Can't possibly understand why I wasn't contacted regarding the problem. They informed me it would be delivered on 5th. And said the service charge would be refunded and they were offering me a 20% discount on my next order. On 5th. I emailed them again to enquire about the delivery but you guessed it no response until this afternoon 7th.
My friend sent a photo of the gift, I had ordered an orchid, a bottle of Cava and a birthday card. The orchid was delivered and a very cheap bottle of wine costing no more than £10, the card I chose was not the one that was sent. Overall a very dismal experience for first time ordering from this company. Needless to say I won't be using their 20% discount as I will not be using their services ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Floraqueen just sent me an email stating the flowers were delivered on May 12th, right after I threatened a credit card chargeback - their first email on May 13th stated that the delivery was NOT made. It's now May 18th and I called the recipient and she NEVER got the flowers. Floraqueen should change their name to FloraFRAUD. It's a CRIMINAL enterprise masquerading as a flower delivery service. The owner should be ARRESTED.

I ordered two separate orders for flower delivery and both of them did not arrive. I think this company is a scam that steals money.
Quite simply appalling. The flowers were ordered for our wedding anniversary but not delivered. At time of order I provided my email, the mobile number of my wife and my own. As it was a Saturday we went for our anniversary lunch and were away when they tried to deliver. We were not contacted by email nor mobile to advise that there was a delivery problem. Nor incidentally was a note left in our letter box. Their web site states that FloraQueen uses local suppliers who realise their clients may not be at home and will use the provided email/mobile numbers to schedule a new delivery time. This did not happen.
I tried phoning Customer Service but obtained a recorded message in Spanish directing me to their web site. The responses from my many messages to them show that Customer Service is there not to solve problems but to avoid any liability to FloraQueen.
Three days later my wife still has not received her flowers. I have been told that as we were not at home when they tried to deliver we are not entitled to a refund from FloraQueen. This is despite their web site displaying a 100% guarantee refund logo. They ignore my repeated requests to explain why they did not contact me by email or mobile to schedule a new delivery time. In fact the local florist told me that FloraQueen did not provide them with my email and both mobile numbers provided to them had the last three digits missing.
I realise that sometimes things go wrong but a company with high standards will ensure these issues are resolved promptly. Not FloraQueen who have provided responses which are designed to escape responsibility and failed totally to try and resolve the issue. This is simply a company that has to be avoided.
I paid for everything - my mother didn't receive flowers. They never returned my money. Stay away from this Scam.

Would like to share my story publicly and help people avoid companies like FloraQueen when they are planning to send flowers to loved ones.
I ordered flowers through FloraQueen for a birthday one week in advance, and the flowers were never delivered. I hoped that at least they would deliver them two or three days later, but it did not happen either. I ordered the flowers for a birthday on the 17th of October. The status of my order in their system on the 17th was still "Being prepared" on the day it should be delivered. I would like to point out that I am in contact with the person who was supposed to receive the flowers, and they confirmed that they did not receive anything.
Since this situation arose, I gave FloraQueen the benefit of the doubt and contacted their support, hoping to resolve their case. Unfortunately, I was met with utter incompetence. The wait times for reply over the email are often more than 24 hours, and the reply I receive is nothing short of useless. No actions on my case have been taken. When I tried to call them, instead of writing in the support tickets, I was told that "The florist confirmed that the delivery was made." I have no idea who they delivered the flowers to if they delivered them at all, but it was not the person that was supposed to get them.
It has been three days already since the flowers were supposed to be received, and there is still nothing. I contacted the support numerous times and requested a refund. More than 20 since my last ticket update and phone call, I have not heard anything back from them. The last I heard of them, they were checking for "delivery confirmation from their florist." I'm not sure what this confirmation is, but the truth is that nothing was delivered.
If you are reading this review, I strongly recommend that you do not place any orders with this business as you risk that your order may not be delivered at all, and you will likely get no refund.
I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback because the service that I paid for was not provided and it doesn't look like FloraQueen will admit it and assist with a refund.
