Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Wish I did my research on them before. The reviews are horrible and fairly so, failed delivery and I am out of money as they refuse to refund me. Avoid like the plague!

Flowers, champagne and chocolates were ordered on 13 July 2023 to be delivered on 18 July 2023 for a 50th birthday. The delivery was 24 hours late and ruined a lovely surprise. Despite contacting this company on the day, it did not respond with any reason why it did not fulfil the order when it should have done.
The website would not allow me to cancel the order. How convenient! Also, be careful of the 5* reviews on the website. When you click a review it does nothing. So this company has cherry picked the best ones - if they actually exist! Go directly to the review website and you will see the bad reviews.
I understand the difficulties with the hot weather at the moment, but to not get back to me with an explanation of what went wrong is a terrible way to treat a customer. Possibly a scam company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! IM SO DISAPPOINTED! Do yourself a favor and do not give them your money. Ive used FloraQueen in the past and had flawless service but recently there was a death in the family and I made the mistake of trusting ForaQueen to delivery some sympathy flowers. I paid extra for morning delivery on October 1st, 2020 so they would arrive a day after the funeral and they never arrived. I emailed customer service to find out what happened and they never responded. I emailed again the day after and I got a response on October 3rd saying that my order was delivered. The order was never delivered. After a series of VERY frustrating exchanges where customer service kept telling me "they'd look into it and get back to me" I started asking for a refund. I got a response yesterday on October 15th saying that my order was delivered on October 5th. Again, this is not true. If my order was delivered like they promised, I wouldn't be taking time out of my busy schedule to email customer service or leave bad reviews! I'm so disappointed at this company! If they would have told the truth and refunded my order, I would have considered using their service in the future, but now, I am telling everyone I know to stay away from FloraQueen. Their flowers are not cheap and if they refuse to refund me, then I wasted my money on nothing because the bouquet never arrived!

Above is the order # of flowers for my sister in Muensingen, close to Bern in Switzerland. Apparently, my sister did not want to upset me right after the delivery of the flowers and sent me a picture of the arrangement which looked nice. Hence, the positive review I gave right after the delivery. As it turns out, your company allowed the order to go to a flower shop in Embrach to be filled. There are about 155 km high-way travel between Embrach and Muensingen (BE) and the flowers were densely packed, were shipped by train, and let's not forget that it is a very warm summer... In other words, my sister had to discard some of the brown and wilted flowers before she could display the rest of the bouquet. In their stressed state, the flowers lasted only a few days.
My question is: Why send the order so far away from the place of destination and especially in the heat of the summer? Needless to say: I am not happy at all with this purchase, especially as your prices are WAY ABOVE average and one would expect the best quality and service possible.
How are you going to remedy this bad experience?
I wish I could take back my original evaluation of this flower shipment!
I am looking forward to hearing from Floraqueen; interesting enough, their email address on their website does not accept mail. SO DISAPPOINTING all around!
