I'm a florist in Vancouver BC Canada that floraqueen have not been able to paid us since April 2024. They don't answer phone and email and try to avoid paying florists and use a new florist after the old florist stop making orders for them and move to a new target florist. This company is a big scam.
One start is too generous.
Both the recipient and I received messages that the order had been delivered (at 4am local time! Surely this should raise some eyebrows).
The order was NEVER delivered, so we were lied to.
Floraqueen has shown no interest in resolving the problem or giving a refund.
This was a total rip-off and a fraud.

They will take your money and you will never see it again nor your flowers they took £106 out of my account the flowers we're supposed to be delivered on the 18/10 I emailed contacted them on Facebook and instagram 3 days later they contacted me to say they had delivered them to the nearest place and I could pick them up from there over 20 miles away avoid this company like the plague they have really bad communication and there customer service is terrible

Don't order flowers here! Don't do it! They make you pay also high shipment and the delivery is NEVER on time. And if you want a refund they only give you a voucher to spend only with them… so ridiculous, and I know this exactly because I tried twice and twice was terribly bad
This has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered flowers well in advance for my partner's birthday, but they were never delivered. Their explanation? They boast a 97% success rate for on-time deliveries. But when your sole job is to deliver on a specific date, a 3% failure rate is unacceptable—it means a 100% failure in meeting the promised deadline.
To make matters worse, there's no phone number to call for support. Every time I tried to respond to their email, it bounced back with a message saying, "Your ticket has been closed," forcing me to make a new request via their website each time. Additionally, their policy of delivering within three days of the specified date is unacceptable—it completely defeats the purpose of scheduling a delivery for a special occasion.
On top of all this, it's been extremely difficult to get a refund for the service they failed to deliver.

Mother's day flowers arrived on the wrong date and looked nothing like the picture on their website. It was honestly embarrassing. It was sparse and dull and the picture was beautiful and plush. A total misrepresentation. I had prepared an email to them that got stuck in my outbox and when it finally got sent, Alex responds that I emailed too late and there's nothing he can do. It is very poor customer service and product quality.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on my mother's birthday.
The flower were 3 days late, and they arrived old.
It seems that they dispatched it on the correct day but the delivery was delayed and the flower stayed out of water for 3 days.
Upon contacting their costumer service, they apologize but did not offer refund, voucher or anything even if it was their fault.
So in my opinion bad service.

The website is very professional, and they love to send emails twice a week advertising their specials. However they were useless in actually delivering the flowers we ordered. We emailed many times and just received computer generated responses and excuses after they promised next day service. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company and stopped payment. Don't waste your time and money.

I have ordered a larger bouquet in pink color with eustoma, carnations and eucalyptus. I also paid extra for a postcard in pastel colors. I paid 77 euros for all this. On the day of delivery, I received a letter that my order was delivered, but the bouquet was delivered in 3 hours after this notification. They brought just a terrible bouquet of orange color in black paper. It was an ugly bouquet of 3 gerberas and 5 roses. I ordered this bouquet for a young lady's birthday and they used black paper! They just ruined the whole celebration. I asked for my money back, but they refused and said that the florist had such a vision. This is the worst flower delivery service that will ruin your holiday!

Their web page indicated all the time the flowers were on the way for delivery but it was just a recorded statement. Stay away from this company.

I ordered some flowers for a funeral and inadvertently put in the wrong church address. Couldn't reach a live person or send an email or even a chat to get this corrected. Every attempt I made was aborted. So I tried to cancel, again couldn't accomplish this. So I lodged a dispute with my credit card. Thankfully the purchase was still pending. This company is the worst example of an international florist/delivery service ever. I would say it's likely a scam.

Valentines Day flowers ordered a week ago. Impossible to get any answers as to where they are. Telephone is set to not accept calls, Whatsapp set up to do absolutely nothing. All automatic and ends up saying tracking down for maintenance. Contact us forms are hopeless. I wish that I had read other reviews before ordering. A very sophisticated scam company.

Made an order for Valentine's Day way in advance - tracking link they provided didn't work - on the day I got an email notification that the order was delivered but it never was. I tried calling them but nobody picked up and automated voice dropped my call - I tried submitting a support form and messaging them over socials but all I got was them sending messages from my form back to me as a reply but without any actual response.
This is a scam - avoid at all costs.

The choice of blooms was good but that is about all I can say that was ok. Some stems were broken as revealed when unwrapped and the flowers looked old. This did not look like the larger arrangement, the chocolates were not as advertised but a very cheap local alternative. All in all, hugely expensive for something that was truly disappointing.

I ordered flowers one week in advance to be sent, and delivered to an address in a foreign country. The order is late, and now Valentine's Day is over. Flora Queen did not notify me of any mishaps. I was left without any answers. It was supposed to be a surprise, and I ended up needing to ask my girlfriend if she has received something in the mail. This ruined our surprise. Now that Valentine's Day is over, I want a refund since it hasn't been delivered. My girlfriend called the flower shop that is responsible for the order, and she said that they did not have the flowers requested. I don't understand why they didn't contact me ahead of time. They could have easily solved this problem by just calling, perhaps using an alternative flower or something in order to save Valentine's Day. Getting a refund is difficult because clicking on the "refund" button has an "error" message. And calling is just not possible

So Mistakenly added the same apartment number to the address field at the end and they were too stupid to figure this out and the delivery didn't make it for 79 old birthday in Italy. Doesn't help when I get emailed at 200 am my time. Pick up the phone or can they not use Google? Morons
I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Roses & Alstroemerias - Deluxe bouquet on March 8 for March 10,2023 delivery to Germany. After ordering I saw all these negative reviews of FloraQueen, which made me regret making my order. However, the flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet looked good. Correct vase as included and my note was printed on a nice looking paper.
The arrangement didn't look quite as good as the photo on the website, but that is expected for any such order. The delivered arrangement was still nice enough, a petal or two might be winter-touched, but flowers looked fresh enough to last. Next day it looked even better as the flowers opened up more. Attached photos show advertised photo from website versus actual received. I would've given 4 to 5 stars if there were a few more roses.
The quality of the service is quite disappointing. The flowers were sent via DHL on Saturday for delivery on Monday. Then the delivery was delayed for a day without any specific reason. FloraQueen let me know about the delay only at the very end of the delivery day. There is no way to reach them over the phone. Their support does not read messages carefully and responds only once in several hours.
Update:
After posting a review and reaching out to the customer service team leader via LinkedIn (which is a great way to communicate with the support team), I was assured that the order will be refunded.
