Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
This is the third time I pay extra for a specific delivery date (3 weeks on advance for an important occasion) and I get an email the day before the delivery is supposed to happen (a Friday) to say flowers will be delivered on the following Monday. Upon contacting customer service they offer a discount on next order but do not do anything to help rectify the date, and do not answer to follow up emails. Also address by courier is wrong, even though order has correct address. I will never use Floraqueen again. Totally Unreliable and unprofessional (and they have ruined the third celebration for me). I'm not sure they will be even delivered tomorrow (writing on Sunday)
I ordered a bouquet with chocolates and wine from float queen, who have miserably failed with no delivery and no updates instead of repeatedly contacting their customer service. It's a horrible place ab do not order from there ever.

I am utter disappointed and frustrated regarding my recent order for a flower bouquet. The level of service I have received has been wholly unacceptable.
To begin with, my order arrived a full two days later than the promised delivery date. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the flowers were intended for a special occasion. I find it completely unacceptable that the company would fail to meet such a basic commitment.
Furthermore, the bouquet I received bears no resemblance to the bouquet I selected on the website. The disparity between what I ordered and what I received is not only disappointing but also misleading. This level of disregard for customer expectations is both unprofessional and insulting.
I find it incredulous that I would be expected to pay for a product and service that were not delivered as promised.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed in this transaction.

The appalling unfair and deceptive practice of having people pay for a bouquet and have it be nothing like what was paid for is shameful. I would wager most people don't catch that quality disclaimer on your website. I wish I could show screenshots of what was ordered and what was received. Do not use this company you will be disappointed. Feel like the FTC should go after these guys it was that egregious.
I sent a plant to Italy from Canada. The FloraQueen site was easy to navigate, and the prices were very reasonable. I was worried that the next day service I needed wouldn't be honoured but it was delivered on time and my friend was thrilled with the product!
I will definitely use this site again.
This is the final time I use Floraqueen. I ordered my girlfriend 35 red roses for our 2 year anniversary, A WEEK BEFORE the date to be delivered. The day of our anniversary, no delivery. Emailed service to cancel the order and I want my money back, in full. Their response, "we'll give you shipping charge back."

Flowers were delivered today, 3 days after they were supposed to be and never should've been because I cancelled the order after they failed to deliver on time with a weeks notice.
The time I used them before this, they nor only delivered to the wrong house, but... the wrong town. All delivery instructions I entered were 100% correct and even with more than just the address. My handicapped girlfriend and her daughter had to drive to the house they were delivered to to get them. When they opened them, wilted and browning, died 2 days later.
Will never use these people again. They should be ashamed of themselves!
I ordered deluxe flowers to be delivered. I paid ober $100. While they delivered when promise, the flowers did not look like the picture at all, not even close. Why use stock photos that you know you cannot replicate? Very disappointed and I'm embarrassed the recipient had to receive these ridiculous looking flowers
Tried to send flowers to my aunt in Manchester UK from Chicago. Flowers were never delivered. Spent $100! Sent numerous requests to customer service and no response. Too bad I didn't see all their negative reviews before I spent my hard earned $$$

If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mom on Wednesday. Paid over $80 for a simple bouquet. Did not get delivered Wednesday. Messaged them on their website. No answer. Messaged them again today (Sunday) as the flowers were still not delivered. No answer. I filed a case with PayPal. Do not order from them, they will scam you out of your money. I am still waiting for a refund!

I bought by mistake, tried to cancel it right after, sent 3 emails, whatsapp messages and called for over an hour to cancel it. They sent regardless and then when I finally picked up the phone (after several calls) they didn't want to take any responsibility on the matter. The most unprofessional company I've ever bought something of.
I bought a birthday package for a close friend who lives in Poland. Over half the items were missing with no number or email to contact to either get a refund or most importantly deliver my friends birthday gift.

My flowers were delivered today but the majority of them are withered and have their heads hanging off. Instead of bringing them to my door they have been thrown over 12 foot gate therefore any decent flowers that were there are also damaged. This is the second time this company has ripped my son off and I would strongly recommend that nobody else uses them.

The flower bouquet look totally different from the one that was ordered.
When it arrived at my sister home (as a birthday present) the flower were all broken, not to mention the condition of the box were they were stored. Extremely embarrassing!

I ordered a bouquet for my mum and she received these amazing flowers that I chose for her... and she loves it! :) I'm shocked of the bad comments :O because is not my first time with FloraQueen and I had no problem or bad delivery, even when I contacted them for an issue in the address. I ordered a large bouquet in Tbilisi for my wife's birthday. I ordered it 3 days in advance and emailed them twice in advance to check. No one answered, the flowers were not delivered, no one contacted me, no one apologized. With great difficulty I got my money back, but 10 euros never returned to me, because it was a penalty for terminating the contract, so it was horrible! I didn't understand, are they crooks or it was just really bad service.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and what she received was totally different from what I had ordered. They outsource their florist. What was delivered arrived a day late, the flowers were wilted, the vase was cheap and it looked like something that you can purchase from the supermarket. After contacting customer service, their solution was $15 credit to use on future purchases and a refund of $20 which was a joke. I have attached the photos of what I ordered and what was received. Stay away from this company if you'd like to avoid the disappointment and headache. Their motto "At FloraQueen your satisfaction is our priority" should be discarded because their customer service quality is just like their flowers; junk.

Beware! Lousy service and support. Ordered flowers that wasn't delivered. Poor communication from FloraQueen: International Flower Delivery and extremely lousy customer service. They just blamed the company they have hired to make the delivery. Took no responsibility for not making the delivery. It was birthday flowers. Really disappointed and I can't understand how they could go on fooling people like this.
I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and it was not delivered, they said they have delivery. I emailed them but no one has yet responded. I should have read the reviews online before I purchased I will be contacting my bank account to check how I can block this company and will definitely try to pursue a law suit against them. It's not ok to charge and not deliver I spent $131 for the Flowers.

I ordered flowers and champagne, the website immediately added a vase and card which I did not want. I removed those items however when I checked out they were back on and I had paid for them. I tried to contact the company but it took 2 days for them to get back to me, no apology, just telling me how to modify the order - however it was too late. I also tried to modify the delivery address which looked as though it had gone through but didn't. I ordered the delivery for a Saturday which they offered as an option - they finally arrived on the Monday. Only one response to all of my enquiries. Very very poor customer service. The flowers arrived and looked okay but not as they were represented. Very disappointing. I will not be using them again.
FloraQueen is a fraud, I live in the US and paid $103.90 online for flowers to be delivered to my sister in France who had surgery and nothing was delivered. It's been a week. When I tried to reach them, I could not. Their phone won't even let me leave a message, no one is at the other end of the line. Their WhatsApp chat is crap and keeps turning me in circles, and their online message does not work.
Basically I am stuck, with a loss of $103.90, with nowhere to turn to get help from customer service. I couldn't even request a refund, that too doesn't work.
