Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
My was supposed to be delivered 8/9/22 I spent the better part of yesterday trying to change the address as it is wrong or at least cancel the order and reorder with the proper address and I was unable to do either. I sent several emails for help and as of this moment no return email and no delivery. At the very least the delivery people could have called the recipient to get the proper address. So as it stands I'm out of my money and no help or return correspondence. Extremely upset at the process and lack of customer service. My confirmation # *******. I Just received a call they have spoken to the recipient and promised to have it there within 2 hours if so great work and I will happily give you 5 stars. They went beyond and made it right the flowers are beautiful great job.
Very bad customer service reaction, no reply whatso ever, very bad chatting facilities on WhatsAPP, tel number for support in UK doesnot answer, and sending emails with no reply, the order was never delivered and the worst no justification why that happened or when it will be delivered, no refund even given. I will make sure that i will spread my experience to the whole world to let them know the level of the services, its a very very bad sercices
I ordered £60 flowers. Their email said it had been delivered. The recipient never received them. I have tried contacting by phone which cannot be done. No response to my three emails. Shocking service highly disappointed. I will get a refund through Paypall.

Super late delivery attempt Friday evening after 20:30 even though order was placed early the day before. Nothing can be done until Monday. No number to call. You cannot get your money back, even if they do not deliver or take a week to deliver. Based in other reviews, this seems like a sham. Please go elsewhere!

Floraqueen is an online service taking orders for flower delivery but, hey, it has no phone number for customer service, and a contact web form that is answered several days later - with evasive, unprofessional replays. Floraqueen is a perfect example of everything an internet shop dedicated to flowers can do wrong: it does not respect its customers, it never acknowledges its mistakes, it doesn't offer viable solutions to problems entirely occurred by its poor management and parasite-style like of business. Orders placed way in advance for a special occasion are not delivered on the ordered day - and no follow-up or explanation offered. So, to anyone wanting to order flowers online - do yourself a favour - shop elsewhere. Forget about their IG page - just pretty pictures with no support of reality - Floraqueen is a waste of money and energy. Horrible business and horrible people working for it, too.

I ordered a bouquet for my best friend's milestone birthday which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. It took them 4 days to handover a very mediocre arrangement which was largely overcharged. Customer service was simply useless, I had to send several enquiries before obtaining the unacceptable answer that "none of their florists were available"! My advice: do not use this company!

If you ever want to surprise your beloved ones on exact date seek for other provider. My aunt never got her birthday present although I had ordered the same 7 days in advance and had left the contact number. The ignorant customer complain department from this company is giving a poor explanation and no one is taking a blame or willing to take responsibility for service lapse. Save your money and nerves for the serious company which is well organized and have properly trained staff and don't get fooled by their marketing propaganda.
I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral to be delivered the day before, Aug 25, they did NOT arrive. I have tried contacting the company, but it is just being redirected and no human contact. DO NOT use this service. I wish this site had come up first when I checked them out. ZERO stars. I can't add a photo because nothing arrived.
My gift was never delivered. They quickly gave up on the delivery and promised a refund. After 9 days I am still waiting. Furthermore, I had booked this with almost three weeks in advance. They had plenty of time to make it happen. This company is a scam. Do not use them!
- Delivery driver dropped flowers at front door, never rang bell or knocked. Recipient saw delivery truck pull away and thats how she knew flowers were delivered.
- Paid for "deluxe" but amount of flowers delivered was less than pictured on website.
- Some of the flowers and greenery had brown edges.
- Card was blank even though I requested a message.
- Response to my inquiry from FloraQueen was less than satisfactory, offering discount on next order... will not be using FloraQueen ever again. Waste of 78.

Here is the story: we live in Canada and we wanted to surprise our Mom, who lives in Italy with a beautiful birthday flowers and chocolates.
Below you can see what we have ordered. The disclosure said that callas might be replaced with lilies. Ok.
You wanna know how me and my husband feel? Ashamed!
The bouquet looked terrible and cheap! Not even close to what we ordered, no deluxe size (which was also chosen)! The delivery was late (we paid extra for the specific hours for delivery)! She hasn't received the box of candies we paid for (Lindt chocolates)!
Won't use these guys anymore and will take extra mile to inform as many people as I can about this reaping off company.

Hi! As you can see from the pictures the shame that I had to bear. Never trust them again. I read all the reviews bad and good and even though looked more bad than good I put my trust in them. Proved was for nothing. I didn't want to end the year in this note but FloraQueen " helped" me a LOT!

Paid for "DeLuxe" bucquet, got 9 flowers. What is a standard bucquet, 3 flowers? Midrange 5? Pathetic.
On top of this the waze I ordered is completely different. Support is silent although got an automated email confirming "Andy" was looking into it. Avoid this business. You have been warned. They are nothing but scammers.

I would rate it a 0 if I had the option. Valentines Day is February the 14th, note it down for the next time.
FloraQueen decided to deliver one day before that, with no explanation given, while also NOT providing a €16 vase paid for. Additionally, after a very disappointing outcome and two support claims created, they will not refund the overcharge, of course until they get the claim from the consumer's association. Buy local, skip this service, it cannot be relied on.
They don't deliver, then they send fake emails saying it has been delivered. They refuse a refund if found out and make up bizarre and untrue excuses why undelivered (pretending the address is incorrect for example). I do not believe this is a genuine company that operates with any intention to provide the services they advertise. Report and avoid at all costs.

This is a complete shame. I haven't seen my boyfriend since January due to the current situation and these thieves take advantage of people's big hearts to fool you. My order was late for 5 days and no one said a word. After insisting in trying contact, they answered there was an error with the delivery (which never happened, they were lying!), and the flowers would be delivered ASAP, and of course that never happened. Lies and lies. Please don't do the same mistake as me and dont get fooled by these idiots
Order flowers and gift not delivered on time. Sent an email got response with generic apology. On the end it stayed if it won't be delivered in next 5 working day's we will refund your money. No information where is my order. I do not recommend this company

I want to leave a review for a bouquet Pinky touch that I ordered for my friend for her birthday. Unfortunately, the bouquet did not live up to expectations at all. Several flowers, absolutely no volume of the bouquet, everything looks completely different from the photo. The picture is one thing but the reality is another. There are more flowers and greenery in the original photo. What came is absolutely incomparable. I ordered a deluxe and was completely disappointed
The worst online flower delivery site! Dont ever use it. I ordered 150 Euro worth of flowers for a funeral with 2 weeks notice, didn't receive a confirmation until last minute! Then they confirmed after so many follow ups but never delivered! And instead of sending me a refund and apology they offered me 10 Euro discount coupon as if I will ever use their service again!

Ordered online. Confirmatory email showed numerous items had been added and cost had doubled. Tried to cancel within minutes but complaints page had no 'Send' button to submit request/complaint. Order status immediately showed in preparation although delivery not due for another week.
A complete disappointment!
I've placed an order to greet my friend on her birthday and six days later the flowers are still not delivered. I was trying to reach the customer support and all they did was offering me a delivery for the next day which eventually never happened. Money were charged, no explanation whatsoever on why it is being delayed, the surprise was ruined and the company looks like a scam!
Do not recommend their services! Save your money and nerves!
Very poor communication... not only was the delivery late but they didn't even notify me. They obviously need a PR person to fix their false promises and to get their act together. In the meantime, don't waste your money using these guys.
