Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

Horrendous experience. Ordered a premium orchid in wooden pot, bottle of white wine, a card (saying you are the best), a box of lindtor chocolate, two teddy bears.
Instead they delivered a cheap orchid from a supermarket probably, a bottle of wine and a birthday card with candles.
It was nobody's birthday, i wanted to send a pack to my family abroad who I haven't seen for 15 months.
The whole surprise is completely ruined by this horrendous service. Customer service told me it's all delivered as ordered... I paid for this €100.
The whole delivery is not worth €20 as they probably bought an orchid and wine in tescos.
So I guess next step is the consumer protection bodies.

Flowers were supposed to be 'next day delivery' - after being 2 days late, I attempted several times via their communication system to cancel the order. No response. The delivery was finally made 4 days late and I've waited nearly a further week for them to respond to my communications with the pathetic offer of 20% off my next order. There'll never be a next order!

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust their delivery time, don't expect any customer service

Absolutely disgusted. My mom recently passed away and she used to send her twin flowers on their birthday. I wanted to continue the tradition and ordered from floraqueen which was my biggest mistake. The flowers were wilted and the vase was broken so the delivery person told my aunt to decline it and it will be replaced which she did. When I reached out to follow up with floraqueen they said they do not replace or refund rejected deliveries and that I should read the fine print. It's not about the $100 I lost but it's about a very special moment and tradition that they took from me. Do not trust them with your special moments! Only selected 1 star because I couldn't leave 0.

You want to make a gift of flowers from afar because it is a special occasion, a special day for you and the other person. And you choose a company like FloraQueen trusting them. Leaving this "special day" in their hands. My gift must have arrived on August 31. It is September 4 and still does not arrive. If I don't send emails claiming, asking what's going on, I think my gift would never come. For worse they ask me again (fourth time) the address, name and telephone of the recipient. All this information had been delivered correctly 4 times before (form and emails). Guys, choose another company for these events if you want your gift to remain special.

I'll start off by saying it's very convenient to buy flowers here however quality is bad. My mother received her flowers lying flat in the corner of a box and she said she could have received the same amount and quality of flowers from her local supermarket for less that half the price.

Not only did floraqueen not deliver the flowers the day I requested, they also delivered something completely different than what I ordered. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of all pink roses and tulips called Subtle Freshness: Roses and Lilies, and this is the mess they delivered. On top of that, the vase I ordered was included. Floraqueen did refund the shipping and vase but that is little compensation for the disappointing experience. Buyer beware. There are many other options for international flower service. Stay away from Floraqueen!

Didn't deliver flowers at all, and then do not want to make a refund. Customer support said "There was incomplete address information", but marked my order as completed and didn't even bother to call and notify about the delivery. This is either scam or they just don't want to work.

Order number ******* payed 20 April 2021.
Payed Harmony Roses and Callas the biggest one. Received 3 days later a smaller one with Callas and roses already good for throwing away.
They did not answer to my request, they did not gave me money back, they did not send what I payed.
No respect for the customer. It was my wife birthday. Worst birthday ever due to Flora Queen.

I was shocked when I saw the floral arrangement my daughter and her husband received for their 10 Wedding Anniversary. I asked her if the leaves are real. They look fake. She hasn't answered my question. There are 3 lily buds, and a few roses which are much shorter than the lily stems, but not the color, not the arrangement I ordered. Very amateur looking, very disappointing.

Do not use this company at all costs. I normally do not write negative reviews but they have appalling customer service when things go wrong.

Did not deliver flowers correctly. Did not leave any card at the delivery address or provide any tracking. Flowers were left with doorman but they took 9 days from first enquiry about a non-delivery to get their story straight about what happened and provide a proof of delivery and work out where the flowers were actually left. Obviously flowers are now dead.

Refusing to give a refund on any circumstances and having to go through a claim with the credit card company. Use these people at your peril.

The flowers I ordered costing over 100 Euro were never delivered.
Over several months trying to obtain a refund which was promised by several different staff in "Customer Service" I never received a refund. The company clearly commits fraud on a significant scale.
The staff * repeatedly lied and the company has committed fraud in so many cases it is astonishing they have not been closed down.
If you have a problem with this company I urge you to complain to the Consumer Authority in Barcelona so that the company is closed down and more customers are not ripped off!
With most decent florists online throughout the world we really do not need an agency like this to send flowers anywhere. Just contact a local florist near the delivery destination.

What happened, Floraqueen doesn't answer any of your customers and suppliers anymore? Very worrying...
We take care of your deliveries to Brazil for many years, with care, quality and professionalism. Now Floraqueen has stopped paying for deliveries already made for us in October and November, and we are concerned about not also receiving deliveries that we made in December. We have already sent dozens of e-mails and contact forms during this period, but we have not had any answers. Will we have to take legal action? Florist number *******

Please do not use this company under any circumstances. Ordered flowers a week ago and they took the money. Flowers still have not been delivered, no delivery date has been advised and 5 emails to customer service remain unanswered. Absolutely appalling, they deserve zero stars

I placed an order on 14th November and paid for same day delivery. Still to this day (21st November) no flowers have ever turned up. Multiple attempts have been made to chase this up but no matter how hard I try no one has got back to me! They are quick to send emails regarding "my next order" and offers etc but that's it! On the face of it in my own opinion from the experience I have had the company looks like a scam! Please Floraqueen prove to me that you are not!

Terrible company who care nothing for their customers. Ordered a bunch of deluxe flowers, a vase and a bottle of champagne for my mothers birthday in Portugal. No delivery on the requested day, poor communication offering no help from useless advisors who simply don't care.

The product arrived a day late, the flowers were actually OK but certainly not deluxe size. They offered not even an apology but certainly no compensation

Hopefully all the poor online reviews will catch up with this bunch of clueless clowns and they will be out of business. I wish i had read all the reviews before i ordered. It would have saved my mother the disappointment

My bank notified me that two orders of $198.46 was charged to my card twice. A third attempt resulted in denial. Now I have no bank card, until I go to my bank for new number. Calling this company, they quickly replied it was not from their company. Hanging up, their number changed on the phone ID. Using this phone, the will not let me enter the site, stating transactions from my phone were somehow problematic. Further discussion via phone was useless. I don't know who made these charges, where flowers were sent, because they keep denying being Flora Queen, and locked me out of their web site. They will tell me nothing!

I'm very disappointed! They delivered the flowers a day later, and so they ruined the whole surprise and left my mother without flowers on Mother's Day. Also missing was the card I had paid for and they went without a box, without paper without anything. Quality is quantity does not correspond at all to the picture!
The flowers arrived day later at 6 in morning... Everything is bad! I have no words to describe more for the service...

A very dear family member passed recently. I was asked by family members to choose a floral arrangement for us to send to my Uncle in England. I live in the United States of America. I found this pretty white arrangement with some pink & green that I felt would be a good choice. I chose white because of their spiritual enlightenment meaning and the pretty lilies shown in the picture. This was my choice and this is what Floraqueen sent. I contacted them & was told I can have a 20% discount on my next order. No thanks!

I bought a $110 bouquet for a dear friend who lost her daughter to brain cancer. I got a shipping notification shortly after and a tracking number. The flowers were never delivered so I spoke to Ana at FloraQueen and she gave me a code to use to get new ones. I was under the impression that it'd cover the cost for a new one from what she said. I put the code in and it said it was accepted, and to continue to checkout. I paid another $97 for the same flowers that were NEVER delivered and she said there's nothing she can do about a refund because the same flowers I ordered were on sale, so it doesn't work like that. Terrible service! Do not waste your time or money here.

Unacceptable service! And on Valentine's Day!
There is nothing more to be said.
I ordered flowers Valentine's Day online knowing they would likely arrive the next day. Over $100 USD for 2 dozen roses.
Actually, they never arrived until 6 days later after 4 emails complaints to FloraQueen. They NEVER attempted to contact me. Not once to say they are having difficulties. NEVER. I had to go to them to find out what happened. It took 2 days for them to offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase.
Absolutely do not order from these liars.

For anyone thinking of using this company - please think twice. In our particular situation, we paid extra for quick weekend delivery, our flowers have not arrived at their destination even now, late on Tuesday afternoon. The brief response I have managed to get from 'Customer services' tells me that they will refund my delivery fee only and even that will take 7 days? The flowers did not arrive for the special occasion as ordered and they have still not arrived - I would appreciate a full refund.

On 26 Nov I placed an expensive order for flowers to be sent to my best friend in Sydney for delivery on 24 December. It is now 30 December and still no flowers have been delivered and I am unable to get a refund. Customer service is appalling. They just don't care. I have never ever complained about a company before but feel so disappointed with FloraQueen that I just wanted to let everyone know not to use them.

Such a terrible and disappointing experience!
Flowers ordered look NOTHING as in the picture, and I ordered a premium size (the best).
In the picture there is minimum 50 beautiful blush roses, and we received bouquet of 8 bright pink roses. We did not order this! If I wanted pink roses, I would order them.
Delivery was late, no one called to confirm that items is being delivered. No phone number to call to query what is happening. Lindor Hear NEVER arrived, money was deducted, it is on order confirmation e-mail and at the same time FloraQueen is saying that it was never ordered.
The worst experience ever!

If there is no phone number on the site you are buying from, don't buy it.

So disappointed. Sent flowers to Australia and were not delivered. Have tried getting in touch with floraqueen but failed. Such an expensive mistake. I am not in a position financially to try another company.

Is the worst experience we had.
We order flowers for 8 of March, were delivered on 11, expired flowers.
No refund no answer, they are rude and if somebody can tell me where do i report a SCAM company i would happily do it.
