Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

I paid online for flowers to be delivered that never were. The only way to contact them is online and asks for a password I never set up and it won't let me start one. Using this company is throwing your money away.

Never use their non service

The flowers sent for a birthday gift was an embarrassment. It was bouquet of 40 flowers and 4 flowers were sent with a gaudy arrangement. 50 Euros wasted and a single response has not been received from customer service. They do not have a phone number either. NEVER EVER order from this sight! I have added to photos. What I ordered and what was sent!

Ordered flower for Germany 4 days in advance - on the day at 3pm received email saying flowers would be 2 days late! So I asked to cancel and get full refund to my card. They gave me a 'voucher' 3 more request for full refund and they just keep replying we have sent you a voucher - I don't want a voucher! I won't ever use them again!

Tip for consumers:
Fliraqueen seems to be a total scam. No flowers no refund

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, I live in the UK and asked for a delivery in Italy. 2 out of 2 bouquets that I bought didn't arrive (I. E they lost all of my two orders). Nobody picked up the phone or even responded by email. Worst than that - I left them a review on a website, and instead of trying to contact me to resolve the issue. They reported my review. Please don't buy from them, they will take your money and never respond to you.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. They never came, no note was left, no phone call, or any form of communication. I sent three emails to the company and got no response. They simply stole my money.

I requested a cancellation of my order 24 hours after placing it, when I noticed the delivery would be in 11 days time, rather than 4 days as I had believed.

After several emails back and forth to their customer service, with a person called Cris, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would not receive a refund.
Even after protesting and quoting the cancellation policy from their website, the cancellation was not processed.
The cancellation policy listing on their website which states cancellations would be fully refunded if requested within 5 working days of delivery, (which it was.)

I found the service absolutely appalling, particularly the unhelpful staff member who wrote confusing messages.
I will never use this company again and discourage anyone else using it.

I ordered a plant to be delivered and received an email saying that the plants are not available. I emailed several times asking for a customer care number to talk about it and no one responded. At the end, you delivered a bunch of day Lillies in a bag and charged me the same amount. This is the second time it happened. Very disappointed!

I purchased a 90€ order and had to cancel due to personal reasons on January 25,2023. The admin fees of 9.9€ were deducted but the rest of the amount is not refunded, until today Feb 6,2023. The costumer service showed me a screenshot saying that they've reimbursed me, but my bank has not received any refund. The time allocated to be refunded is up to 10 days. Extremely disappointed

I never write reviews but the appalling experience I had has spurred me to do so. Long story short these guys are a scam. I ordered flowers that were never received. The number provided was never called and after countless emails back and forth my money was never returned and no explanation was given. After looking online I see this is a common occurrence with this company. STAY AWAY

I am absolutely heartbroken by FloraQueen service. I Ordered birthday flowers from Canada to Brussels. Flowers were not delivered, yet charged to my credit card. They conveniently claim by email that address was incorrect. I double-checked and it was correct. I sent then 2 emails. No response. Which respectable company does that?

I wish i had seen these reviews earlier. I ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers for my grandmother for Christmas. She is spending it alone as our grandfather had passed away a few months ago. She is living by herself and awfully sad. I knew this bouquet with a card would bring her happiness as she knew we were thinking of her on Christmas day. But the bouquet never arrived. Not sure when it will arrive, if it even will. I am so upset. This was the most important christmas present. Not only the money goes straight down the drain but my gift to my grandmother that would've appreciated it so much is not fulfilled.

I would give zero star if I could!
I ordered an orchid for my sister's 50th birthday and the plant arrived in DREADFUL conditions! All but 3 flowers were ripped off the plant, one of the leaves was yellow and most of the soil was scattered outside of the vase (see pictures).
I have been trying to submit a claim via their customer service automated system and when pressing the "send" button nothing happens. I sent an email to their email address, no response. So they make it impossible to submit a complaint.
For a company that claims to "constantly seeking to grow and make its clients smile" they're doing an extremely lousy job.
Piece of advice: Spend a little more money and use more professional companies than FloraQueen.

UPDATE: After contacting the customer service through Facebook, I have been refunded for the full amount.

My flowers were never delivered and they claim the recipient was not home despite me knowing for a fact that she was. We were never contacted to arrange another delivery, and their website is a massive loophole that ensures you cannot contact them and complain. I am extremely upset about the money that I have wasted. Stay away!

I ordered flowers for Saint Valentine's Day. No one got in contact and they failed to deliver during the day. I started writing everywhere - to support service, to their social media, but no answer. Next day they delivered same flowers that had to be delivered day before - flowers already started to decay (!). After 1 month of writing to them, every time talking to new employee and explaining the situation and asking my money back which they didn't want to refund, they finally offered another delivery. I gave them the date but of course they failed again and no one contacts me! Horrible service.

Ordered flowers for my cousin in New Zealand as her Mother had died. They did not arrive got onto FloraQueen for some reason they said they could not deliver them and would give me a refund. Paid out over £60 all i have got back is £12-60 have sent e-mails to company but no reply. Not only is it very upsetting as my cousin did not get the flowers but they have stolen nearly £48 from me. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Auto fill decided to change the address I put in. It has been 2 weeks and no response to any emails with questions about changing address and the website is a big maze set up to make you chase your tail.

I'm US based and needed to send flowers to my daughter in Barcelona. I ordered several days in advance and they arrived on time. The flowers were gorgeous and the added champagne and stuffed bear were as promised. I was nervous with all the recent negative reviews, but I think they got caught off guard on a holiday.

I ordered a bouquet for a special event(yep we are all ordering bouquets for special events) on 17. 10. 22 with a note that it should be delivered on 19.10.2022.
As I understand they gave my order to another company in that region/country that sent it via DHL.
From 10 AM(19.10.2022) I was able to track the order via "Live" tracking(according to DHL there were 10 stops until my delivery and according to the provided map it was not more than two hours) and somewhere around 5 PM "Live" tracking stopped working. Right now is almost 9 PM and still no bouquet.

Tip for consumers:
Better spend some additional time and find service in your country/region/city

Awful service. My mum wanted to send me flowers from Spain to Australia. They were never sent. They said they tried to deliver them, and no one was home, so they left them on the doorstep. I was home all day, and nothing was left at the house. They have been unhelpful, keep making up one story after another, have not offered a refund.

This is a scam! Please don't use Flora Queen.

This company is a complete Scam and I wished I had read the reviews before dealing with them. Spent £90 on sending flowers internationally for Valentine's Day. They email me on Valentine's Day to say they have logistical problems and they would be delivered the following day. Nothing delivered. Although they say on there website they are. Reading the reviews they do this to everybody. No contact number tells you everything. Messaged them over 16 hours ago and got no reply. Everybody needs to report this scam company to VIsa and Mastercard and let's get them shutdown

Order number ******* did not arrive.! 100 euros of flowers and a bottle of Moet et Chandon Champagne supposedly delivered to a phantom address.! Photo of a door where it was supposedly delivered... Not ours or anywhere near us...
Things do go wrong - it's what the company do when it goes wrong that shows what they are really like or indeed if they even care...

Delivery 2 days later and price sky high. Not delivered what I ordered. Even the card was not added. They charged us$ 72,80 instead of Australian $ 72,80 and this for the 1 rose they delivered. Company doesn't respond to messages. Very very bad experience. I will never use Floraqueen again.

This company is the worst. My browser's auto complete had messed up with the delivery address. I realized that and wrote more than a dozen of messages to FloraQueen customer service and they never responded to any of those. If I could give zero or negative star to this company, I would definitely do that. My order never got to its destination and they just didn't bother at all about their customer.

Terrible experience. They added items (vase, card) that I did not want totaling an additional $18. I contacted them by web and was assured these items would come off at payment. They did not. I immediately tried to cancel my order but it proved impossible to do so. I was charged the full amount, including the items I didn't want. Most frustrating of all is that they are nearly impossible to reach. All attempts to do so just lead you back to a useless web page. Even their phone #, which I was able to find through Google, is a recording sending you to the same useless page.

I would give this company a negative review if I could - no customer service whatsoever. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address and courier refused to re-deliver on the same day so my daughter had to wait until Monday for her flowers. It was her birthday and it was so disappointing to not have them delivered on her special day. I e-mailed them six times and did not receive one response. They were by no means cheap and to have stale flowers delivered with not so much as even an apology from the company for their total lack of respect. What a scam. Shame on you FloraQueen, shame on you. I will never use your services again or recommend your company to anyone.

Do not use this company if you expect any kind of customer service. Their website is a joke to manipulate and zero response to e-mails.
