I ordered flowers for my nephew's first child. They were three days late and although I was promised a better arrangement it was exactly what I ordered. I spoke to customer service 3 times and each time was told the arrangement was going to be better than what I ordered. I paid 82 dollars and this arrangement was exactly what was originally ordered. I purchased flowers for my nephew's baby, and they were 3 days late . They were contacted 3 times and failed to deliver twice. I was told the arrangement would be better than what I ordered but it was the same. These clowns don't know what they are doing, and I recommend contacting a local florist for better service.
Ordered a beautiful looking floral arrangement for my beloved Aunt from Flowers for you website.
Paid all the up charges for a premium size arrangement, a banner, and extra delivery charges.
Specified that I needed it at the funeral home the next day.
Fast forward to the funeral services and NO FLORAL ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED.
I am out of state and unable to attend in person.
I called and was told by their outsourced representative that " he was sorry, but the arrangement did not make delivery today." He suggested I just send it to a family member of the "deceased". That was not what I had ordered and was NOT acceptable.
Finally, after some more back and forth, I demanded a full refund.
Hopefully this will be issued to my account as stated.
This business is awful, unreliable, and a terrible representation of online floral companies.
I would give them a solid ZERO if I could!

I am so disappointed in how my first transaction went. My mom had her birthday and I was unable to be there with her, so I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a gorgeous pot however that is not what arrived for her. I was told I would get a refund for the difference in the bouquet that was sent. It turned out to be a credit. I will never shop here again.
Ordered Valentines flowers for wife, advertising on webpage is misleading. They say hand delivery, was shipped UPS from LA. Flowers arrived crushed in a box zip tied together…vase was separate and not the one I ordered. Wife had to assemble the crushed flowers in the base. Also paid for early delivery which never happened…. This company should be shut down! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

My order was not delivered at all, nor was their any notification that there would be a delay. It was very upsetting as this was an important date, and left my friend without anything on a very tough day for her. I would never recommend this service for anyone who was looking to get something delivered for a specific date.
Wanted to send a friend flowers in the hospital to cheer her up. Found the "Be Happy Bouquet" in a cute yellow smiley face mug, how could you not smile. The description said "the best part is that the mug, after a good washing, is reusable. This really will bring them a smile day after day. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. This yellow treat is worth giving." See pics below...
Perfect. She posted her Bouquet on Facebook, but there was no smiley mug. That was the sole reason why we chose that arrangement. After speaking to someone at the company, we were issued a measly 20% refund. The mug was certainly worth 50%. What a let down in both cases. I call that FALSE ADVERTISING... shame on you!
I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. Not only did the arrangement arrive late and customer service said there was nothing they can do but give me a 20% refund, but what the recipient received looks nothing like the photo. I had ordered a lavender tea set with a butterfly. What arrived was a blue and white tea cup with yellow flowers and no butterfly. Customer service essentially said I was SOL since they had already refunded me 20% off for the item arriving late. After going back and forth and stating that I would love to provide a review for them on social media they issued me a full refund. I wish I would have come to site jabber rather than review their website reviews as the website is clearly filtered which is illegal.
Ordered flowers to be sent as a birthday gift the following day. Picked a bright arrangement with sunflowers. At 5 p.m. the day they were to be delivered, they wrote and said that they didn't have those flowers but would send something comparable. What a joke, and very embarrassing for me. See photos. They sent 3 red roses with baby's breath in an ugly, cheap vase with curling ribbon tied around it.
Ordered two dozen rainbow roses for my mom on Mother's Day w/ cookies but she received red and white roses with chocolate covered strawberries instead. Three stars because they arrived on schedule and the flowers were in good shape but I think ill try out 1800 flowers on the next go.
I received a call 45 minutes before a funeral spray was to deliver. I was told that the order had not been started and would not deliver on time! It's not like a funeral for one person happens more than once! I was left scrambling to find another florist to quickly save the day. I ended up missing half the funeral and delivering the flowers from elsewhere myself as well as paying double the price to resolve the issue! I will never use the service of flowersforyou again! I give them a minus 5 stars for what issues they caused during an already heartbreaking time!

My husband works out of state and wanted to send me flowers for an occasion. He should have called our town florist but did not. This company is a joke. They are basically scamming you. For $60 there were 4 stemmed red Roses and about six small Lillie's. That's it. They were all wilted. Not in any kind of water, no vase. Awful looking. Could have picked up a beautiful bouquet for about $10 at the grocery store! Do not buy flowers from here! If you're sending someone flowers out of town, look up florists in their town! You'll get more bang for your buck and I'm sure a lovely arrangement not wilted skinny bouquet.
Flowers were sent to me by a dear friend - she would be horrified by what actually showed up - far worse than the cheapest bunch at a gas station. They look like a few weeds thrown together. I haven't the heart to tell her how they look, but I know I will be warning her to never use this service again and I will be telling everyone I know the same. At times such as these when life has been difficult for so many - how does this company have the nerve to rip people off the way they are doing time and time again. Do you have no shame? The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with! I ordered two different orders that never arrived on the date that was ordered! And when I tried to contact them to find out where my order had gone, there were always different excuses! 5 days later the first order arrived! Disaster! The chocolate had burst, The ice bag that is supposed to keep it cold was only water in it, Everything looked disgusting and messy! I requested my money back! Hope to get them soon! This is a joke! Do not order anything from this site! They are a big joke and fool the customers when you contact them they lie about it being sent but in fact it wasn't!
It is shocking that this company is still in business; they didn't deliver on date promised and told me I could not cancel. Then they promised delivery over the next two days, still nothing. I called, I emailed and I disputed the charge with the credit card company. They wasted so much time - my friend did not receive the flowers she should have gotten Monday, and now it is Thursday. Unbelievably lame.
Ordered my daughter the "Best of luck" bouquet. Was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. It is now 7pm and the flowers are still not there. Representative states the florist is now closed so he is unable to confirm my delivery. Requested a full refund. Was offered 10% refund then a 30% refund. I needed this arrangement today not tomorrow so that was not an acceptable offer to me. Representative put me on hold to talk to supervisor. When came back on the line a full refund was given.
I ordered flowers for my sister as she got out of the hospital late Friday so I did a Saturday delivery. Nope. No reason so I called. They said they couldn't find a local florist to deliver on weekends so refunded only the rush charge and assured me would deliver on Monday. I did chat at 1pm Monday since no communication and not received yet. They assured me they were still On track until 6 pm. 6:10 pm I called again and no excuse but something about local florist. This is a city and not remote. They offered me 20% off my next purchase which I'll absolutely never do again! I asked for a full refund. They seem to all be in India and no idea of US florists. RUN

Disappointed that roses arrived late 5-6pm on Valentines' day and as they were left on front porch in 12 degree weather, so when opened the flowers were all ruined. I was never notified that they were being delivered as it was a surprise, but the roses were all frozen, leaves dries up, and did not thaw out well.
NEVER use this company. Worst experience ever in buying flowers- I know they use local florists but they need to manage better. 30th Anniversary flowers are 3 days late- and have of what they were supposed to be-- tons of excuses- order a $110 rose arrangement that had over 30 roses in the picture-- the one delivered (3 days late) had 13 roses - Be sure to have recipient send you a picture of flowers and be sure its at least close to what you paid for- It appears they hope recipients are just happy to get flowers and they can get away with sending totally scaled down arrangements and charging full price (like another reviewer I was offered 10% off a future purchase for my experience!) Customer service was pleasant but you can tell they deal with lots of unhappy customers- I had 7 calls to get to the unsatisfactory resolution I got
Attempted to order flowers on a Sunday for a Monday funeral service. Ordered online and paid extra for guaranteed delivery by the service. Received call Monday morning stating they would not be there for the service; requested family's home address to deliver "guaranteed by 6:00 pm". Received call at 5:00 p.m. stating they could not fill my order today but would try tomorrow. Requested refund. Would never recommend this company.
Ordered for same day delivery, daughter is going through a divorce, kids both have covid. I wanted something to brighten their day. Did NOT arrive same day, and it was almost noon today before received. I WILL NOT use them again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had the worst week of my life trying to get my daughter's flowers, candy, and bear delivered. First they delivered to the wrong address, then I couldn't get them delivered again for a week when it should have been the next day.
I ordered an arrangement with Stargazer lilies androses. The arrangement I received did not have any Stargazer lilies. I was disappointed. My mother in law loved Stargazer lilies. The company did reach out to me and refunded the amount of the flowers. That was more than I expected.
