I ordered flowers for my nephew's first child. They were three days late and although I was promised a better arrangement it was exactly what I ordered. I spoke to customer service 3 times and each time was told the arrangement was going to be better than what I ordered. I paid 82 dollars and this arrangement was exactly what was originally ordered. Save your money and contact a local florist.
Flowers were not what I paid for. Tulips were not the right color and quantity was not correct! I insisted a full refund but was offered on 20.00 dallars

Total rip off. I paid for top upgrade and the bouquet was still paltry and it came later than promised. Nothing like pics on site.

So I ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine just had a major back surgery hoping to cheer her up with a beautiful bouquet that I picked out
The flowers were sent to the wrong address and left on the ladies porch luckily my friends phone number was on the card and they called her but there was nothing she could do since she just had surgery.
So it's called the company and they told me they won't be able to deliver it until 16 July which was over two weeks from the first date that I ordered the flowers.
Called again to tell them that the flowers they re-delivered to the right person or nothing at all of the flowers that I picked out totally different not even a pretty bouquet.
Need I say more I am stopping payment they will not get paid for the flowers unbelievable the wrong delivery at that house the woman said they never even rang her doorbell or knock on the door just left them on her porch and she was going out of town for a week so she left them there
And again like I said the redelivered flowers but nothing at all that I want at my friend the hell they should've called me and discuss this before they went to re-order and ship
Save your money don't order with these
What should have been a very pleasant experience turned out to be nothing but aggravation I wanted something to cheer up my friend and it was anything but I can save your money go elsewhere
I would never order from this! The flowers looked horrible they were delivered to the wrong the street and wrong house
