I ordered flowers for my nephew's first child. They were three days late and although I was promised a better arrangement it was exactly what I ordered. I spoke to customer service 3 times and each time was told the arrangement was going to be better than what I ordered. I paid 82 dollars and this arrangement was exactly what was originally ordered. Save your money and contact a local florist.
I ordered the flowers a week before valentines and they told me I'd receive i confirmation email or phone text and I didn't get either. Now that it's valentines and she didn't get her flowers I called them and they said they lost my order. So now my girlfriend has no flowers and I'm out 70+ dollars.
I ordered the cotton candy bouquet medium-size and what I got was horrible it was not what it looks like online. It was so skimpy looking and the flowers didn't look fresh. Very deceptive advertising. I will never buy anything from them again!
I wish I would had done some research on this horrible company, I pay for the most expensive bouquet on the website and got a supermarket bouquet. Nothing like the pictures on the internet. This company is a scam and should be taking off the market
I will never use this company again. I ordered flowers for my mom, she loves sunflowers. Flowers for you had a beautiful arrangement posted, so I ordered them. First of all, they DO NOT prearrange the flowers. Second the flowers didn't look like the picture at all. Not even close. Again, I DO NOT recommend this company. I will post a picture of their "arrangement" vs. what we got.
Horrible service. Flowers did not arrive as scheduled. Arrived next day at 2pm, after repeated attempts to get some help. Was refunded a portion, but then found out flowers she received did not look at all like I ordered (or what company makes you think you ordered). 2nd pic is what I supposedly ordered (wanted lots of purple and sunflowers) and 1st is what she received.
I will never order anything from thease people. I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my mom who was in the hospital on the same day. It never happened. The customer service is horrible also. They act like scammers instead of a real business. Whoever read this review, please please dont order anything from thease people!
I ordered for a funeral, they were delivered on time but the flowers were nothing like I ordered. So sad I couldn't be present at the funeral and wanted to send a nice flower arrangement but I was very upset when my sister showed me what they received.

Ordered an arrangement on line for next day delivery... Never came. I was unaware I had to check my email to verify the order before they would submit it. Placed order again paying for expedite shipping...Never came... so an arrangement I needed in one day came 3 days later, while being charged extra for shipping...You can call customer service if you have over an hour to hold, get disconnected, call back- hold again, get disconnected... on and on. Never again!
Put in order, site said card error please reinput, did it again, site just keeps saying error. Called bank, have 2 pending charges. Company says I don't just to reorder. After hours of back and forth they say I never placed order must be fraud on my card. Now no response. $150pending on card. Guess Mom gets no flowers. Horrible customer service. Blames customer. Will not take responsibility.

Ordered the sunflower boquet as a get well gift for my niece in the hospital. Purchased the large boquet (her favorite)2 balloons and a teddy bear. The only thing correct was the teddy bear! Boquet had one small sunflower One of the balloons was deflated. When I sent them an email to let them know my dissatisfaction they said they sent me a 35% refund! Really? I spent over a 120.00 save your money DONOT order from this company.
Extremely disappointed. Bought what I thought was going to be a beautiful colourful arrangement in a vase with a bow also added chocolates and a balloon to make it extra specialfor a friend's 70th Birthday. When she thanked me she sent a photo of the arrangement. I was embarrassed - nothing like the picture on their site... flowers looked old and they weren't arranged but rather just placed in the vase no bow. Cost US$91.22. After complaining I received a refund of US$14.34. Not about the money all I wanted was a beautiful, fresh arrangement, as pictured, to be sent to her... which is what I would have expected them to do.
My daughter purchased for me for mother's day a personalized vase with my deceased grandsons picture on it I put flowers in the vase 3 times and the picture started to come off so I called and asked just for the picture to be replaced of my only grandchild who was murdered they told me they couldn't and offered me 12.99 the cost of the vase I didn't want the money I want the picture long story short they will not replace the picture and buy the end gave my daughter a full refund I will never order there over priced garbage that they won't stand behind ever again I wouldn't give them 1 star but it made me

Ordered a bouquet of roses, and edible arrangements for my girlfriend birthday jan 28th, the roses came a day early on the 27th, the araangements have yet to come, they supposedly refunded my money, its march 11th, my bank still have gotten my reversed payment from them
I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time and money on such a horrible service. I paid for expedited delivery for my daughter's birthday. Balloons to be delivered Monday by noon and flowers to be delivery Tuesday by noon. Not one time did I get a call that on Monday that the balloons would be late. I had to call and then kept getting repeated apologies. Tuesday was the same. I was so upset. I cancelled and told them I want a refund. I get an email Tuesday at 8:47 pm that the flowers were out for delivery. ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I placed an order for two different arrangements going to the same address on the Saturday before Mother's Day (the 7th). I received two emails stating that they were delivered on the 7th. First arrangement arrived on the 8th at 8:26 AM. The second arrived on Monday the 9th at 10:00 PM and was left on the doorstep. The flowers were not what was ordered, not even the color yellow that was ordered. The flowers were very sparse with a lot of greenery. Definitely not worth the money.

The "Bursting With Joy Bouquet" was a huge flop! Only a fraction of the beauty represented by the high gloss marketing photo was evident. Truly, I was embarrassed when my friend texted me a digital picture - the floral arrangement looked messy with dark burgundy and completely lacked the orange pops of color bursts depicted in the floral PR advertisement. The front-facing star lily was bent!
Precision to detail and celebratory orange flowers were principle draws of your merchandising tactics that led me to ultimately purchase the splendidly configured bouquet. Unfortunately, the final product was not high-end and failed to live up to its name - there was no joy, only drab.
To the company's credit there was one commendable, eye-popping visual of the floral arrangement: the breathtakingly beautiful yellow roses. I am grateful for the swift customer service response via email along with the 30% merchandise refund; though, it should have been 90% since I ordered the arrangement 12/21/2022, allowing for an entire 7 days to fill my order according to website marketing visuals. I feel drained and somewhat defrauded with partial economic remedy disproportionate to the loss of face and energies expended to rectify this miseable faux pas.

I was feeling very generous this Mother's day and wanted to surprise my mom, mother-in-law and grandma. So, I ordered 3 premier beautiful bouquets (in the pictures) I spend over $300 and my mom never recieved her order which was suppose to be delivered on mother's day. It was NOT! Infact after I called it took almost a week for my mom's mothers day flowers. Pretty crappy business! They offered me a discount. My mother in law and grandma did get their order but not the big bouquet sizes that I ordered, they were the small bouquets and didn't look anything like the pictures. Very bad experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULUANT COMPANY!
The site states that the flowers will be delivered on the same day. I ordered flowers on May 28th to be delivered to my sister for her birthday on May 31st. She did not get them until June 2nd. On top of that I get an e-mail saying "sorry but we sent a different set of flowers". She got her gift late and not even the one I ordered.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
After sending a copy of this review to Flowers For You, I received a call from the company offering me a refund and to send flowers to my sister as an apology. Big difference.

Was very very careful to select an orchid plant that could be delivered on time. Paid extra for next day delivery. Received immediate confirmation on site, stating date of delivery (next day), as well as a follow up email. When I did not hear anything about the orchid from my mother in law, I went onto the "track my order" link, only to find that they had "rescheduled" my order for the following day, without, of course, contacting me! I called customer service, to complain. I told them that I intended to list my experience as a review, as well as contact BBB. When customer service was unable to help me, I asked for a supervisor. By the time I got through to Shanice, all I could hear was her entering info into a keyboard as I spoke to her. Guess what? An email suddenly appeared, "contacting and apologizing for the delayed scheduling". It wasn't there before. Shanice offered to refund my $ (which they took immediately, although they did not deliver), and to send a bouquet at no cost the following day. When I asked to see what they would send, she said she was unable to show me. STAY AWAY!
