When we finally decided to replace our 6 cushions, I naturally searched our local stores and then the Internet. A clerk at a Jo-Ann fabrics center suggested researching Foam By Mail. I did and found exactly what I needed. The order form was easy to fill out because you first choose the shape and density of the cushions. Next, you follow the onscreen directions for exact measuring of each one, plug in that information and that is it. We were given an expected ship date of approximately 2 weeks. They came to us shrink wrapped on time and perfectly sized. Oh my, such a wonderful different they have made! Now, I need to order a long cushion for the media room sofa. What can I say, we love our Dobermans. Even though they dig holes in the couches.
We ordered two bolsters cut for a daybed. They must have been cut by someone without sight as they were both different sizes and unusable. Now I start the process of trying to get a replacement or refund.
All good! Ordering was easy, and the product arrived true to the dimensions requested. The quality of the foam is exactly as described. This was a small order, but could have been a big pain!
I needed new foam for my couch and looked at buying it locally. I wanted really high quality, denser foam and was able to get it via foam factory. I placed my order online then called to confirm and it arrived within a week and was cut accurately. Honestly, looking at some of these negative reviews... I think the process of buying something like cushion or manufacturing foam is very different from buying a finished consumer product... It kind of requires you not to be a moron, to do some research and read a bit about compression measurements, and to know how to cut and glue to get what you want. My foam was cut to within a 1/4 inch and was packaged fine. I wanted some special angles, which I cut myself with a serrated knife and it was very simple. I ordered the dacron wrap separate and cut and adhered myself, which was also very easy (again, as long as youre not an incompetent buffoon and you have minimal experience making things). I sewed new cushion covers after I got my foam, so I was able to customize and adjust measurements appropriately. 100% satisfied with my experience and I will order more foam from them if I ever need it!

This was easy to order on line and even easier to replace the cushions on my couch because they arrive somewhat compressed and expand to their fullest over the next 24 to 48 hours.
