I took a chance on finding the lowest price to purchase my "Razer Huntsman Elite" on a site I've never purchased from before. Especially for a refurbished Keyboard I was sceptical.
When I received my huntsman I was shocked, it looks almost bran new refurbished.
Thank you focus camera, it feels like Christmas came early.

Focus said 2 business days and maybe one since we are in Va. Which meant my camera should arrive Thursday - it is sat and tracking is terrible. They shipped dbl which hands off to usps. I will give it to Sunday and will go to Best Buy. Will never purchase from here again. Band h or adorama, never issues with shipping. Bandh was out of stock and adorama didn't have exactly what I wanted. Focus said we have no control over shipping yet they do— they pick the shipping and Dhl usps is a terrible choice

By far not a "cheap" product-functions at the level of $1000+ models! Recommended for anyone wanting a quality thermal but can't justify the high price tag on models that perform the same (if not, sometimes less features).

The fastest FREE shipping service for my item. That was the fastest I ever experienced. Normally, it take a whole week if you choose "free" with any vendors. The product itself wasn't the lowest price, but I chose Focus over other competitors because of this shipping option.

I ordered a head set from this company because they specifically showed they had it in stock in the blue color I wanted. My order confirmation also specified that the headphone color was blue. The shipping was timely for my Christmas order. However the headset was black not blue. My granddaughter was a bit disappointed.

Paid 15 extra for delivery, its been a week and package hasn't hit the carrier. I contacted FedEx and they haven't received any package, focuscamera blames FedEx and is trying to con me out of my money. I just filed with the better business bureau and will do a fraud chargeback with my bank tomorrow. This has been a horror story

I received two pairs of Vortex Diamondback binoculars in a package deal which included lens cleaners and hats at a price which was less than the binoculars alone at other vendors I found. I suppose I was lucky because the batteries I needed were on closeout and thus the price was incredibly low. Free shipping and a discount code made things even better.

Order a Camera Bundle for an EOS 80D, received mostly everything but the most important item the camera. Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault. The first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box? When it wasn't, not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things.

I received my headphones in a timely manner and am very happy with them. I will do business with Focus Camera again.
