Lousy. They don't worn you how common it is that the games are re-scheduled and no return or compensation policy, even they have not even delivered the tickets; that happen only 1-2 days prio the match! " We received your request to cancel the order. According to our Terms and Conditions, no cancellation is possible. The seller like the club is not cancelling the paid and confirmed orders.We regret but no cancellation is possible at this stage. Tickets will be delivered as ordered."
They advertise that you can buy electronic tickets and then you are advised that the tickets have to be delivered and that you may not get them until the day of the game. When you try and get money back they will not reimburse. Review all the negative reviews across sites this happens to a lot of people. You will lose your money and you will not have a ticket for the day and in many cases they get a ticket but then it does not work to get you into the game. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Pease don't buy tickets here. They are unprofessional. Me and my family had horrible experience!

Since covid I've been fighting with these guys back-and-forth to get my money. Due to cancelations of the season. They use a 3rd party ticket scalper/vendors that they try to meet at a location that has nothing to do with a stadium... they refused to give my money back buyer beware!

I love Arsenal to death and we had I guess an OK season in the league – (waiting for the cup Final to see a complete picture). As Villans for life (I'm a 3rd generation in our family) we really wish that the FA Cup Final result was different as we lost to Arsenal – but as together with all the Claret & Blue Family – attending the Cup Final in Webley was an unbelievable experience.
In order to find good tickets to our game we checked a few websites, my cousin mate recommended us about Football Ticket Net – and we are very happy we listened to him
The prices were fair and the seats we got was just as described.
We sat in the middle of the Villa stands, and until Arsenal first goal the atmosphere was amazing. I also want to point out Norma from customer service which was very helpful with all our enquiries.
I never heard about Footballticketnet.com before, but I'm glad I did, and I hope we will be able to Qualify to the Cup Final again next year – if so – I will buy my tickets only there!

Tickets were a bit expensive, but unlike other sites i heard of, i got the tickets right on time and every email was answered very quickly.

Have contacted the company by mail asking for confirmation regarding the delivery window of the tickets as I have guest travelling from other countries to attend
After initially speaking with a representative of the company I feel happy with the service so far and look forward to seeing a reply to my mail and ultimately receiving the tickets purchased on time

Please do yourself a favor and go to the main team website to buy your tickets. This company is a scam. I flew from United States with four of my family members to Madrid for one reason only and that is to watch Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid. This trip costed me thousands of dollars. The game was on November 19.
On November 9 I received this after calling and voicing my concerns Please, do not worry, tickets will be delivered in time Please contact us should you have further questions.
Four days before the game November 15 I received this Dear xxxxx, Regarding your above mentioned order for Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid, we regret to inform but we have been let down by the seller of your tickets. After trying our best up to this very moment, we couldnt find any replacement tickets to fulfil your order so we are cancelling and refunding it right now, in accordance with our 100% guarantee. Not to mention when I was refunded I lost close to $50 due to the exchange rate. I called them for 2 days straight in hope they can do something or make it up to my family somehow and that never happened. They were rude and arrogant and I was told this is the first time this has ever happened Ya Right. I escalated frustration and complaints to senior management and senior management was actually worse. NEVER AGAIN, save yourself the headache and embarrassment.

During our stay in England during the 2015 Rugby World Cup we had a chance to watch also a great Premier League clash between Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
The tickets were purchased via Football Ticket Net an affiliate of the Rugby Ticket Net website where we bought the tickets to watch the Rugby World Cup matches.
I guess they have the same customer service and similar team – as tickets were very good, reasonably priced and we had a great time.
Football Ticket Net sent me lower value tickets than i had paid for, they also sent them to the wrong address and did not accept responsibility for it. I would not use them again
Opened the Football season with 3 tickets to FC Barcelona@ the Camp Nou vs Betis. Saw Messi scoring twice, Suarez with a hattrik and overall a great atmosphere as Barca just crushed poor Betis Seville side with a 6-2 overall. Bought tickets from FTN not for the first time. They charged me for two tickets 550- they don't want to send you the ticket to your house or by email, not before 48 hours of the game, this is because don't want you to notice on the real ticket price --- which it was for each ticket REAL COST 160 each one. I can't believe. BIG MISTAKE USE THIS COMPANY.

Thanks for reviewing our company but the details in your review don't match the facts:
You got your tickets four days before the match so your argument is deprived of its meaning.
It is written all over the site (on the top of every page, on the remarks on page of the match, on the FAQ, on the T&C, again on the confirmation you got by email and later the information you got over the phone) that our prices do not match the prices on the tickets. Hard to get or sold out tickets, like the ones you got, are usually sold to us by the original sellers at a much higher price than the original one thus the price you confirmed online is the result of this very basic market rule: supply vs demand.
We have been honest and forthcoming from before the purchase, providing all the information you would need to know to make a decision about purchasing tickets from us so we expect nothing but you to update your review.

Where should I begin... Well first of all this company is VERY GOOD Definitely NOT Fraud like fake reviews posted by fake customers are trying to write you about.
I bought tickets from them not once nor twice but 4 times and each time they deliver!
They deliver on-time -great seats, good prices never had a problem in the past, they have great customer service staff.
Nice suppliers -Everything was PERFECT well expect the score in the match as Man United didnt passed Liverpool (But that's of course not their fault thats on the team hahaha)
Will definitely recommend to all my friends and all the people I know

Footballticketnet.com is the worst site i have ordered tickets from. I purchased clasico tickets recently from them and there was no communication between their costumer care representative. I had to keep contacting different costumer care and it was useless. I purchased tickets worth 1000 € and the tickets they delivered werent the ones i purchased they gave me lower teir tickets worth 600 € and admit that they did although they dont want to refund me the 400 as they claim its a glitch on their site and that the tickets i recieved were part of the teir i purchased
Never order from them because they have $#*!ty costumer service and dont know when to do the right thing
