Bought tickets "best Tickets available" a few weeks before the event@ 610 gbp. The week before the event VIP tickets were selling@ 600 gbp and the ticket i received before the match were the top level of the stadium; not lower level VIP. Not clear how my tickets are "best". They are not responding to my email asking for an explanation

Just got back from Slovenia attending in the lads game against the local national team in Group E of the Euro 2016 qualification matches.

The local people are friendly, the game was great and we are already with 6 wins in 6 games – closing to promise our place in France next summer!

The tickets to this game were bought in FootballTicketNet – in my opinion the best website for football tickets.

This is was my 4 time ordering football ticket with them – and they never disappoint me!
We got great seats in the England away supporters stand, better priced than many of other fans who came from the UK – so overall – were very pleased with the Tickets & of course from the outcome!

The game I have purchased tickets to was cancelled and the football club is refunding the customers but this site keeps denying my refund claim with no explanation or reasoning but only saying how unfortunate this situation is. We've seen experienced multiple weird issues with them before - like not willing to ship us the tickets or only being able to ship it 24 hours before the game.
They are untrustworthy, dodgy, their website has no way of seeing my purchase or any information about my profile and the customer service is terrible. DO NOT PAY THEM!

I had booked four tickets for Chelsea vs West Ham. I was quite worried if I would get my tickets on time. But I had no need to worry. The tickets were at a cheap price too. They were very kind, answered my questions and kept my tickets safely, after my friend did not pick up the tickets from his house. The seats were excellent and a great view. I thank them for giving me the tickets as it was a memorable game as Diego Costa scored the winner! I would recommend everyone to use them as it was my first experience with them and it was really good. I will undoubtedly use ONLY them in the future.

Bought 4 tickets, 300€ each, received my tickets: they bought them 150€ Each and then made 600€ on my back! Complained again and again, they don't care, it's the rule of the website, prices are "most of the time" above real prices as they say! Biggest $#*! website ever, be very carefull unless you like to spend money for being played for a fool

Just enjoyed a few days ago tickets to FC Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid and had a great time at the Camp Nou.

They always deliver the tickets as promised trying to give us the best seats possible in every order. Great customer service and prices are relatively fare – compering them to other secondary ticket market brokers.

Do not buy tickets from these fraudsters. They do not deliver tickets as promised and will disrupt your trip. Buy elsewhere. They are always asking for more information on ticket delivery, bank information, etc. Moving the goalposts.

I've bought tickets on december, right after the raffle of the last 16, to the 2nd Leg Game of the Champions League, FC Barcelona vs. Arsenal!

It was a Gift for my father to christmas and it got redeemed! The tickets were delivered one day before the match, just as promised!

Bought FC Barcelona tickets 3 weeks ago for the match against Elche. Got them a week later and in total i can say that i was very pleased with both the service and the tickets i got.

I purchased a ticket to the Play-off final on Saturday. As a Coventry fan I selected a ticket that was in Upper Stand. I clicked the west stand and taken through to payment. Paid. Got sent confirmation and there was no row or block number. I called to confirm and said "it could be in either end read the T&C" an lo and behold it's a Luton ticket. Absolute scam of a company would not refund me, kept saying I had misrepresented myself and I am now currently raising a chargeback. This company is not legit! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I'll be honest in saying that after I purchased the football tickets for my husband and read some negative reviews about footballticketnet.com I was very nervous. I rang their customer service for reassurance and the girl was very nice and helpful. The fact that they would only deliver the tickets to a hotel of my choice in UK(they would not post to Ireland) made me even more sceptical but I received continuous email contact with updates throughout the process. My tickets were delivered to my hotel exactly when they said they would be and a confirmation email also came. As for the tickets, I purchased the 2nd lowest in price range and they were great tickets! Based on my experience, I could not recommend this website more highly.

I ordered 2 central long stand tickets for Liverpool vs. Man. City, and received 2 Anfield stands tickets behind the goal instead. It seems they could not fulfill the order so they offered me these 2 tickets with hospitality option. For some customers this would be great. However, for a real football fan the view/seating position matters the most. Customer service could not help and they claimed that this is an upgrade to my tickets inspite of compromising the seating position. I do not recommend purchasing from this website and I would rather go for hospitality option with good seating position directly from the club since it will be cheaper anyway, just need better planning.

Update: had a phone call offering 10% discount on my next purchase, good gesture but not suitable for me because I do not think I will use this website again. I would rather go for hospitality option directly from the club at least I guarantee what I am paying for as long as I am paying lots of money anyways.

This company is 100% legit and everything about the tickets I purchase from them was great from the start to the finish.

The tickets arrived to our hotel in London as promised 2 days before the game. We got very good seats in the stadium & prices were (I think) fare compering to other websites we checked. Well done. We will for sure buy from this company again in the future.

This is the second time I use Football TicketNet. In both opportunities I received great tickets and excellent service. The tickets were delivered on time and there was not one, but two follow up calls to ensure I had received them.

Bad Service. Paid 122 euro each six tickets per game Valencia - Real Madrid and received 4 tickets from € 35, and 2 to 70. Paid more than a month before and received via e-mail on the afternoon before the game and we also handle the print them. I do not recommend this site to purchase tickets.

We travelled from Australia to watch Spurs. We recieved our tickets (member ship card) as advised. Head to the game and when presented at the gate number provided we are told invalid. We visit the ticket office and are told these are fake memberships and a scam. We miss our match and now have lost our money due to the great scam setup this company produce. We have had a call saying they will look into it but now reply to my emails requesting my money back again buyer beware

We ordered football tickets online from footballticketnet.com for our sun and his friend on the occasion of his 16th birthday, so he can get to see his first live Liverpool match.
We search in many websites buy the prices were expensive. The most attractive prices and availability of tickets with great seats was in footballticketnet.com.

So I looked at all the different websites for buying tickets for the Euros as the official channels let me down and I went with FootballTicketNet. Ended up paying 5 times the face value on the ticket and probably 3 times from when I applied on the official Irish FA portal. Some of the reviews filled me with a lot of fear but I decided to take the gamble. They kept me well informed throughout the process and the tickets (Ireland v Belgium) at Bordeaux were delivered to my hotel a week early. Tickets were genuine and no issue except I should have probably specified which end I wanted to be in. I would use them again if I was in the same position.
