The tickets were not delivered to me, I had to pick them up on just two hours before the match, it was hard to find the pick up point and the contact person was very rude and unhelpful (very stressful experience just two hours before the game!).
In addition, I received ticket category worse than I ordered (cheaper than those I payed for).

I reserved a month ago three tickets for the Chelsea-West Ham match. I paid hundreds of Euros for this in advance. They promised along the month that I should not worry and that the tickets are going to be delivered 100% guaranteed. Even just today I went into a "chat" with their so-called "agent" who assured me that I will get my tickets. But just now, three days before the match and after I finalized my travel plans for this from overseas, they sent an email that they cannot provide the tickets. This is a ripoff. The alteratives they offered are also absurd:
1. Tickets to the Liverpool-Everto game. Are you joking? I am visiting London for gods sake.
2. Use of the money I paid for a match in the next two years. But I am from overseas and I am unable to visit again for a particular match.
The least they must provide is a full refund.

In the meantime - do not buy tickets form them - your money is at risk with this company.

I've had purchased my ticket with them ( Liverpool VS Crystal Palace) before this coronavirus situation and when it became complicated, I asked them to refund my money because of this virus as I'll not be able to attend the match, they refused and for over 3 months was trying to get my money back with no luck and every email with a different excuse.
Now, they offer me a voucher of 110% who wants to deal and buy a ticket with them again?
I'll not stop until I get my money back.

Bought tickets online for Atletico Madrid-Celta Vigo game and im very pleased with the service. As i travelled to Madrid few days before the game, i ordered e-tickets which they send 24H before the game. You get a download link and then you have to print them.
Tickets arrived on time, no problems, good seats.
Getting tickets just before the game can be somewhat nervous but overall its a good place to buy them. Reccomend.

Me and my mates came to England to watch the 2015 Rugby World Cup but also decided to catch so Football action so we choose Football Ticket Net as the site to buy tickets from and we are glad we did it.

The first match was Jurgen Klopp premier as Liverpool FC manager against Tottenham in White hart lane. The match was not so good. But tickets were great and in a good price!

Although we got them only 1 day before the match to our hotel the tickets are legit so nothing to worry about with this secondary ticket company.

The next match will be Arsenal vs Bayern Munich in the Champions League. We already got the tickets and our friend told us we got great seats in a bargain price!

Also – every time we contacted them we got an ASAP answer via their Facebook page or via their customer service so great job from this company and we are happy we choose them.

Ignore all this other bad reviews As a long time football ticket fan I can promise you, there is no better place for football tickets than Football Ticket Net.

Their service is great They answered me on Facebook in 22:00PM CET, reply every issue I had on the phone and even after the match via mail about returning the membership club ID.

Ticket Prices are fair of course not below face value, but not much above it and most important the seats are very good as described.

I already ordered tickets from them to the Euro 2016 tournament and also recommended about them to family and friends. Remember there are many secondary market websites and brokers, but football ticket net Is the best one online.

On the website footballticketnet.com, we bought tickets for the Manchester City league game for 233 pounds. Unfortunately, we were extremely surprised at the stadium when the tickets were labeled fake and we were not allowed for the game! When I contacted the website fotballticketnet.com and wanted his money back, they were just making excuses blablabla, I didn't get a penny. The thieves are going! They are emphatically warning everyone to buy nothing on these sites!

Went to the france vs Honduras 3:0 match great game! As for this website, The service was friendly and professional, the selection of the tickets was ok, the price was reasonable and I recieved the tickets like i was promised.

Guaranteed tickets for arsanel match did not order the tickets at first but did enquire they phoned many times

They took £300 for two Chelsea tickets, i arranged to have them delivered to my hotel & then they informed 3 hours before the kick off that i would have to meet their agent at the stadium, they gave me a contact phone number to ring but it was turned off all all day.
I am 5 weeks later still waiting for a refund, have informed Chelsea football club of this & they tell me this is not the first time they have had complaints, they also tell me that they are not official & the tickets would have been taken off me anyway & that i would have been ejected from the ground! TOTAL SCAM but will take this further

I watched yesterday with my buddies Man United vs Bournemouth at the Traff and had a great time, so I would like to say thanks to Football Ticket Net for the nice experience and not for the first time.

As a long time English football fan my dream was always to watch live in action the end of the year Boxing Day matches In the UK.

I never used secondary ticket brokers before, but when traveling many hours to watch the best football match in the world – Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona – I had to buy tickets this way.

From the websites that offered tickets to the El Clasico, Football Ticket Net was the most serious.

They have great customer service, very friendly ordering system and most important – tickets were brought to my hotel 2 days prior to the match and were exactly as I thought after choosing them on the Bernadeau seating plan they have on their website.

Avoid at all costs! - I can't believe so many positive reviews for this apparent SCAM site are genuine. I have recently purchased tickets from several sites, and whilst I have had mixed experiences, this site was by far the worst. I bought tickets for a football match, received confirmation by email and again in a phone call on the day of the match, and even an assurance in an online chat saying they would be sent soon. Then, when it was impossible to find similar tickets anywhere, I had a further phone call telling me the price was wrong and I would need to pay an additional £100 each as there was a 'technical error' with the price. When I refused, they cancelled my order and pointed to their Terms and Conditions (barely possible to find hidden in link at the very bottom of the screen) that say, while a customer's order is final and non-refundable, they can cancel whenever they like. I have raised this illegal practice with Trading Standards authority and expect them to be closed down shortly. In the meantime do yourselves a favour and AVOID these!

Yesterday I came with two of my children to Spain, Valencia to look Valencia-Betis. I baught from Football-ticket-net 95 euros ticket plus provision 72euros and they sent me 42euros ticket with number at the stadium that do not exist. They write it was platinum number 1 tickets and it was rhe worst seats on the stadium. So my three days trip with children, payed hotel, airplane. Everything is disaster.

I recently bought a ticket for the Bernabau- Real Madrid V Celtic. The ticket was €95 which wasn't too bad a price considering the actual price.
I received my ticket on the day of the game via eticket download however I was stressed out and worried the ticket wouldn't arrive.
I had many email and live chat regarding the ticket and delivery details.
Ideally the ticket should arrive with a couple of days to spare however it worked out well in the end up and if necessary I would use this agency again if need be.

The customer service was perfect. I bought 5 tickets voor Chelsea - Aston Villa on the 27th of september. The tickets were a day before the match deliverd to my hotel. In total I recieved 3 mails: 1 confirmation, 2 Information on what time the tickets would be delivered, 3 Confirmation that the tickets has been delivered (even with an exact time).

The tickets were located directly to each other with a good view. We had a great time.
