I should have taken notice of the reviews but didn't and got burnt. You will spend so much more than you can afford, they won't issue tickets and insist on delivering the to your address a couple of days before the game. Our game was 'postponed' and then we wanted our money back as we are travelling from Australia. They wouldn't refund and told us to chose another game where the tickets were even more expensive. We didn't want to do that so about 3 months later after numerous emails we finally got some of money back. Now we can't afford to buy them legitimately. They are con artists.

We are a huge group of Arsenal supporters who came especially to London to watch our gunners in action against Manchester United.

The match was amazing and we would really like to thank the guys from Football Ticket Net that showed us that they are really the biggest ticket reseller in Europe as they mention in their website.

Bunch of filthy liars! They advertise a 100% guaranteed delivery policy that is utterly false! Everything is fake! If your tickets are not delivered they won't refund you. They are based in Malta which is well know for having dodgy practises! Never by anything you will be scammed.

Ordered tickets to see Real Madrid in the Bernabeu and had a once-in-a-life-time experience!

This was a birthday surprise for my loved one and he loved every minute of it! The match was great - We saw Ronaldo, his favorite player, live in action with great seats and not overpriced tickets at all!

Stay away from this company. My family and I experienced a nightmare. They had guaranteed that we would sit together, but none of the 5 of us sat together. EVERYONE sat separately. The worst part was that the children are aged 9,13 and 15 years. The 9-year-old girl was scared, uncomfortable and crying. We tried to mix the places but without success. I paid expensive money and the whole experience was ruined. I'm not normally picky, but when they do that and there are children involved, it's not ok. It should be illegal. Ordered online with assistance from a sales person. She was very helpful and explained the seating areas and the seating guarantee. They had to deliver to my hotel in Portugal but they emailed me several times with updates and I got the tickets when they said. Overall, no complaints!

Basically, if you get your tickets, you're happy. If you don't get your tickets or there are problems, you're not happy.

I am one of them. I had all the problems other people describe. The tickets were expensive with club lounge access. They were a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. At the opening of the game, we still did not have our tickets. When they showed up, the seats were not together. The customer service was atrocious -- rude attitude, wrong information, and then radio silence.

If I were a criminal, I would model my behavior, website, and business after football ticket net. Mine is a mirror image of what others have posted, they charge my credit card three months ago for four tickets to a Rial Madrid game. This morning, the day before we fly from Oregon to Madrid and four days before the so-called soccer game, we received an email stating they do not have our tickets. This was a major highlight for my son 13th birthday. Well played Football ticket net, you got me! The sad thing is, you got my 13-year-old son on his birthday as well.

It is 14:22 on the 29/12/13 I am waiting for my tickets to Chelsea Liverpool that kicks off at 16:00. All the telephone numbers listed on the website are fake, and their office is confidently closed on a weekend so there is no way to enquire about where the tickets are.

Slow delivery service for tickets. Overcharged on fee for shipping of tickets with no option at checkout to e-ticket. Very frustrating experience. Viagogo is a much better website to purchase tickets!

This is not my first time, or my last using this company for getting the best football tickets to see a good match. I'm from Italy, but I like Chelsea very much – and yesterday I saw them winning Fiorentina 1:0.

We got the best seats in the category we ordered, my friends who bought tickets with another ticket company – didn't got at all the tickets until a few minutes before the kickoff and also the tickets they got the were to a wrong stand.

Anyway – I saw some of the other reviews here – I can promise you football ticket net are the best option – with great customer service crew.

Our game got rescheduled and footballticketnet offered us to change game. I provided all details regarding the other game we want to attend but we are still waiting for a confirmation. I have sent several reminders and weeks have passed without a confirmation. Since we are traveling from a far we would have to change our flight tickets depending on what game we will attend.

I don't recommend footballticketnet and suggest you buy your tickets elsewhere.

If you care where you sit, don't buy tickets from Football Ticket Net. I purchased tickets in a particular section of the stadium in which I wanted to sit, and paid additional fees to do so, but was given tickets elsewhere in the stadium. They say its part of their terms and conditions they have the ability to move you to a different section without your consent or notice. They told me my tickets were "upgraded", but the seat I received was one of the worst in the stadium.

My experience with customer service was poor as well. I complained to customer service, who did nothing, and claimed I was entirely in the wrong. When I asked to speak to management, I was told they were unavailable, but would call me about the issue in 24-48 hours. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for the phone call.

Terrible experience for the Copa del Rey Final 2022, I arrived to the collection point and had to wait more than an hour and the person does not even identified I had to question her and then she said that she had nothing to to with football ticket net that she was helping them get out of the big problem they were because they oversold tickets, she gave me the ticket 10 minutes before the event started and she was offering money to all that were waiting to buy their tickets as it was possible to sell the ticket more expensive on the streets, I got late, terrible seat, will never use football ticket net again. I called the emergency number given and they said all was managed by the person at the collection point and they were unable to do anything. Luckily I spoke Spanish, otherwise I would've been lost.

My boyfriend and I were very weary to purchase tickets from a site and we should have listened to our gut. We bought tickets for the Liverpool Chelsea game. Nowhere on the site did it mention that there was severe restricted view. We could not even see the goals and a quarter of the field. We requested them to take it up with the seller and requested some feedback. We had to beg for a response and the response we got was 10% off our next purchase. We will never be buying from them again as their site failed to mention the view was severely restricted and for the price we paid!

My colleagues from a hospital bought me a voucher for 195 pounds at footballticketnet.com.
Unfortunately, they were not able to provide me tickets for a whole one year, and at the end they told me that they will refund me. Sadly, they have not returned me anything for 2 months, and now they even stopped communicating with me.

What a nice present from my friends, which turned out to be a nightmare.

Very recently I bought from Football Ticket Net a pair of premiership match at Liverpool. The price was very good but more importantly the way they deal with you. I received a text the next day informing me of when the tickets will be dispatched. I then received an email when they were dispatched and when delivered including the signature of the person who got them in my address. Then a phone call to confirm I got them. Also when I bought, they tell me exactly where I will be sitting so that I could check the view. I have never experienced anything as good as this when I bought elsewhere. My sincere advice is that you can buy your tickets here with confidence. This is my first time I deal with them but will not be the last as I will buy through no one else.

I bought 2 tickets and everything works nice for me. I was quite lucky because they accommodate in our team area without we choose. I don't if they check the nationality or it was pure luck. But I was more than happy with the process and how everything works.
