I bought 5 tickets. And now - because Corona the match was canceled, and this seller refuses a refund. I am very disappointed and sad, because this is not a little money for our family, and unfortunately i don't know how I will be next year...

Giving a refund is very easy, you were not the ones who were waiting for a game of this level and two hours before receiving such news due to your lack of professionalism and organization (supplier couldn't make it)... I hope you bear all my costs, no only the ticket but the bus tickets, covid test and the hotel too! Or i will even when i'm still alive in justice with you guys... one of the worst experiences of my life as a customer and i hope i never have to go through that again.
I'm waiting for your contact so we can resolve the refund, I think it's better for good and not bad. I don't trust you anymore.

I went to the Argentina -Belgium match, and for a lot of matches before during the past two years, and I am very happy with this website.
I always get my tickets, the seats are usually good, depends on the category I choose and the price I pay, but generally from my experience - it's a very good website if you can't buy from the official organizers.

Bought a ticket from football ticket net for 100 pound each and it came up as 45 pound each ticket and i was seating as at the most back row. Not as the ticket description. So be aware! One more time they are not as good as the review is saying..

Short & simple bought tickets 2 months ago last season to watch the great FC Barcelona team at Camp Nou in the Hot Barcelona derby vs Espanyol. Tickets were e-tickets, simple downloading and great seats + a nice price. Good job you guys

I purchased 3 tickets in the Stretford End to see Man Utd V Bournemouth in March. I bought them as a Christmas present for my 15 year old son.

We live in London and travelled to Manchester the night before the game. The communication was excellent all the way along from FootballTicket.Net. I was very anxious after reading some unpleasing reviews and needed affirmation that the tickets were going to be where they said they were.

I was possibly a very nice but annoying customer in that I communicated by email, phone and online chat. But each time I felt reassured and was excited for the event.

My husband is a real football fan and it will be his 30th birthday, I wanted to make him a dream trip to see his favorite team Real Madrid playing. I bought this tickets on the 22nd of August, organized the whole trip only to visit this match. Last week the team of Footballticketnet ask my address in Spain to deliver the tickets for the match there. Everything was confirmed and 100% guaranteed as they say on there site. But yesterday I got an email where they apologized and told me that they can't provide me with the tickets I bought and paid. They just ruined my present and the whole trip. Air tickets and the hotel are 100% non refund. I understand that it's my own tragedy and they just don't care, but it's really look like a financial fraud, that you pay money (the tickets cost less when there is a lot time prior to the match) and then they just use your money for months and sold your already bought tickets to other persons for higher price. It looks really horrible

We bought and payed 2 tickets for Atletico Madrid-Real Madrid. They've sent several mails that the order was succesful and they guaranteed 100% delivery of the tickets. A week before the match, I got a mail that they will refund the tickets without any reason! I've never asked for a refund, I just want my tickets.

I think they are cheating, they use our money to buy the tickets and sell the tickets for much more money to other buyers.

They didn't come with a solution, they didn't want to help you at all.

I've booked a hotel and airplane tickets for this match (555), this is all lost money because of this cheating company!

Never buy here, it's a total scam!

We were at Barcelona last year at a game. It was so fun! The seats were great. As well as the security at the entrance. However, I think that will be better if there will be more variety of food at the place, and less expensive (the seats themselves as well as the food).

I bought tickets to a Fulham-Leeds match last month from this site. I got to the match with 2 friends and couldn't get into the match. I was pulled out of line and told the tickets were a scam. They had been originally bought as under 18 tickets and modified for resale. I was not the only one at the match with fake tickets. There were probably 200 people just at the gate I where I was entering the match with fake tickets.
The Fulham Club ticket office was as helpful as they could be to set me up to get a refund on my bank card.
I had a Whatsapp chat with a customer service rep at Footbaltickets that was useless. I did get an email from them asking for details later in the day, but they have not been in contact since then.
Avoid this site at all cost.

I bought tickets for two different games in two different cities. When I arrived at each hotel, my tickets were waiting for me. I also received a follow up email to confirm the hotel I was staying at. Great service to be honest. Best game I watched was for United. Even though I was sitting up in the third block, I wouldn't change my seat. The fans wouldn't stop singing, chanting, and cheering. I'd certainly order my tickets from here again.
