I bought tickets for the Everton vs Man United match five days before the game, opting for UPPER tier Gladys Street end tickets to avoid the restricted view issues of the lower tier. The total cost for two tickets was £430, plus a £150 booking fee. When I received the message to download the tickets, I was surprised to find they were for the Lower tier, back row. These seats only offer a partial view of the pitch due to the overhang of the stand above. I spent four hours of my workday arguing with customer service over WhatsApp, providing links to prove the restricted view, but they insisted the tickets were a "free upgrade." They refused to send the tickets I had paid for and demanded I attend the game to prove the restricted view. I contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback. The bank representative advised that attending the game might invalidate my claim and suggested I refuse the tickets. After recording a call with the Everton ticket office, where a representative confirmed the restricted view, and threatening a chargeback, they finally agreed to send different tickets. Upon arrival at the turnstile (after spending £125 on travel), the tickets scanned red, and we were directed to the ticket office. There, we were informed the tickets had already been scanned 40 minutes earlier. We ended up watching the game in a nearby pub on a small screen. Attempts to message the company failed due to poor signal. The company has been entirely unhelpful. They eventually acknowledged the ticket issue but only agreed to refund the ticket price, not the booking fee, leaving me £150 out of pocket, not including travel costs. I believe they fobbed me off with previously sold tickets to get rid of me. Neither set of tickets matched what I originally purchased, raising serious concerns about this website. If I hadn't meticulously documented everything, I believe they would have scammed me out of the entire amount. As it stands, they are trying to withhold the booking fee, which I will recover through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid! Paid £856 for 2 tickets for Brentford v Arsenal on New Years Day. Was denied access because the tickets were void, having travelled a long way for the game. Provided all the evidence that they requested, but they went out of their way to ignore me/ find reasons not to pay. After three months got a refund, but they refused to repay the booking fee of £340. How can you charge a booking fee for selling void tickets? Complete scam.

They advertise that you can buy electronic tickets and then you are advised that the tickets have to be delivered and that you may not get them until the day of the game. When you try and get money back they will not reimburse. Review all the negative reviews across sites this happens to a lot of people. You will lose your money and you will not have a ticket for the day and in many cases they get a ticket but then it does not work to get you into the game. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought tickets from New Zealand, in 2023 for a game in Rome in 2024. No tickets arrived until about 2 days before the match - which was worrying as we were en route by then.
FootballTicketNet advised by email the day before not mention them if we were questioned about the tickets, instead to say "they were given to us by a friend". This was equally worrying.

When we arrived, no one questioned them - but they were appalling seats. Right behind a glass panel and several steel bars; I had not paid for obstructed view seats.
We also discovered that the €115 (each!) that we paid for tickets was significantly higher than a local would have paid. (I was quoted about €50 for a much better area of the stand)
I strongly recommend not using this site. Instead, contact a club directly, if you can.

Purchased 2 VIP tickets for the Real Madrid vs RB Leipzig match on 06/03/2024.

However, we were declined entry, because of cancelled or fake tickets.
We contacted support, of course and they cannot help and tried to offer us another tickets, but it was very late and without guarantee that the new tickets would give us access to the match.

We asked for an immediate full refund, but they sent us several emails, like we will check and so on, so on.
Unfortunately, they didn't answer until now.

Bought 3 tickets for Euro 2024 (France - Belgium). Tickets were 'guaranteed up to 4 seats together'. Finally received the tickets the day before the game, turned out 2 of the seats were together and the third in a completely different block. Immediately contacted them, but no response from them whatsoever. I had to sell the tickets to a least recover some of the money that I spent, because their service fees are absolutely through the roof. Right before the game starts they contacted me to send the tickets back to them to see if they could provide me with new tickets. Since the tickets were sold because they provided no assistance at all, I could not send the tickets back and now they are claiming that I 'refused their assistance' because I sold the tickets. I didn't ask for a full refund, just a refund of their service fee (€225 for 3 tickets!) because they did not provide the correct tickets, but in every email they send me they are basically laughing in my face.

Absolutely vile, criminal organization. Avoid at all cost!

Be wary of this website as they sell illegal tickets and when you cant use them at the stadium, they will come up with all sorts of excuses not to refund your money. Luckily i purchased the cheapest ticket for the Arsenal Liverpool FA Cup game on 7 Jan 2024 at £99 and true enough could not gain access to the stadium. My mistake also for not reading the reviews posted here before booking the ticket. Pls be forewarned.

Lousy. They don't worn you how common it is that the games are re-scheduled and no return or compensation policy, even they have not even delivered the tickets; that happen only 1-2 days prio the match!

If you were trying to use this website for a single ticket you might be OK, but I tried to purchase three tickets from them, and they did not seat me together. I specifically asked if the seats were together, they assured me that they were, and then when they sent the tickets 48 hours before the match they weren't together, and they told me there was nothing to be done— as far as they were concerned, they fulfill their terms and conditions, as there was small print at the bottom of my confirmation email that said the seats may not be together. Definitely not what I expected, especially when paying a 400% markup. Would not use this site ever again.

I was scammed, I could not get into the tickets I bought for the Brenford game. Neither of the 2 tickets worked at the box office, an error appeared making a queue and the stadium staff had to intervene, they asked where we got the tickets from. The salesman stopped writing me back, I will not leave the matter like this, I feel strongly cheated by football ticket, I do not recommend to anyone. If you do not want to have stress then do not buy from them.

I purchased 5 lower longside (near the pitch/playing field) tickets to an English premier league game five months in advance. The tickets were delivered about 23 hours before the game. They were completely different - upper seats behind the goal. I complained and was told that these seats (and included access to hospitality suite) were better than the ones I originally purchased.
At the time of purchase the tickets I chose were more expensive than the ones I received. Between the time I purchased and received the tickets, the Liverpool manager had announced his departure and the price of tickets skyrocketed. I did not get the seats I paid for.

I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal. They sent me home fans "hospitality" tickets, claiming they were more expensive and won't refund me since it's an "upgrade".

I was only interested in the away fans section. I had to cancel my whole trip, as the price for away seats had gone way up on other sites since I first ordered.

They ruined my summer vacation, and didn't even try to help. Please stay away! I have ordered on other websites before without fail, and this is the first real scam site I have come across.

On the website footballticketnet.com, we bought tickets for the Manchester City league game for 233 pounds. Unfortunately, we were extremely surprised at the stadium when the tickets were labeled fake and we were not allowed for the game! When I contacted the website fotballticketnet.com and wanted his money back, they were just making excuses blablabla, I didn't get a penny. The thieves are going! They are emphatically warning everyone to buy nothing on these sites!

Paid 600 US dollars for Arsenal ticket.
Contacted day of match with instructions that sounded sketch.
Fake tickets delivered 15 minutes before match.
Then I was blocked on email.

Fraud! I got a ticket that didn't work. Stewards in the stadium said "it's fake". And I didn't get a refund for it. They just stoped communication. Cheaters!

We bought Manu/Newcastle tickets for Dec 26. We live in Canada and when the date changed for the match, we could no longer attend, we have to fly home. Instead of doing the right thing and re selling our tickets (which they could and make more money) they offered us 50% of our money back. That is criminal... DO NOT use them... The guy on the phone actually suggested that we change our flights...

We paid approx $500 for an FC Barcelona game and were guaranteed seats together via email. Instead, FootballTicketNet booked seats with consecutive numbers but in different sections. This was confirmed by two staff members at the stadium when they forced my girlfriend to move. When we complained to FootballTicketNet, their customer service rep (Max) stated that we were mistaken instead of taking accountability and refunding us. Shameful. Avoid booking with this company.
