As the title says, it was generally good. When I tried to click on the links in the email to see the status of my order - and found that the links were dead - that freaked me out because I thought I had been scammed. However, when I got confirmation by email the next day, I was relieved. I should add that the process of receiving my tickets by email, and then being able to transfer my tickets to another family member's cellphone went exceedingly smoothly. That part was excellent.

The ability to choose venue/event, pick seats and check out was easy. Using words like "ship" is unnecessarily confusing. It is also odd that once you go through the process of downloading the app, registering, etc. you still do not see your ticket. My call to customer service could have been avoided with better word choice and more clear description of the processes after purchase. No level of explanation will probably make me comfortable with not seeing my tickets until the day before the event (potentially).

We purchased tickets but the event isn't until August. Everything has been good thus far. Hopefully it remains good.

This site took me less than 5 minutes to receive my concert tickets. The site felt secure and will use again in future. Cannot wait for Friday's concert! Woot woot!

Options for sending tickets to friend didn't work, as they didn't want to sign up for, of in to, the Ticketmaster monopoly.

A friend helped me get my amazing daughter tickets. We just adopted her and this is her "Birthday" present. I would give 5 stars, but it would not let me purchase the advance line purchase to get her upfront. I'll do better next time.

In terms of the buying tickets that was easy and the tickets worked so you couldn't ask for more. But the seats we chose were by entry door. They had too much talking! The people who worked at the concert who helped guide people to their seats, did not know how to speak quietly and yelled. We could not hear the opening act. I did not realize they were by the entry doors when I purchased them. Live and learn! Thank goodness the talking, quieted down once the main attraction got on the stage, Zach Williams. He was awesome! Wish we had chosen different seats So we could have enjoyed the opening act as well. They would've been much cheaper also!

Easy to find seats. But the cost was high. I wish they made them more affordable for decent seats

The obscene amount of pop up enrollment you have to click off of drops it a star. Otherwise great.

Experience has been great so far. Orem was very helpful with my issue of not knowing if my tickets I purchased were seated together or not. He was very clear and up front about the questions I had. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We need more people like Orem in the customer service industry.

One of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing online. Initially it did was my bad that I was in rush to buy a ticket and haven't read disclaimer about pricing. But I mean 3 times higher - that's ridiculous. I bought a ticket for Miss Monique for 159 instead of 49 and they refuse to cancel it. Be aware and check/compare their prices with original or best just don't buy from them.

The seating in the lawn area is a little bit confusing. The areas all had the same letter combinations, but the pricing was different. I am not sure where I am sitting. Also, I would like to be able to download my tickets and print them at home. I am older and having tickets on my phone does not feel as secure to me as a paper ticket. Luckily, I am bringing my 20 year old son and am sure he can navigate the digital ticketing process.

Very easy to do my experience a lot of these websites ticket sales are too hard and too complicated.

Service fee x2? Really? That's very gross, delivery fee is higher than getting an actual thing delivered from Europe? Honestly I think people would just prefer the ticket to cost more over adding these gross fees.

Tickets on sale is a predatory site that price gouges with their "service fee". I typed Ticketmaster into Google and tickets on sale was actually what came up--the old bate and switch. Sure, I should have paid more attention to what site I was going into, but I was excited to buy tickets while making the plans with a friend. Now, looking back, if I'd purchased the ticket directly from the venue, I would have paid $80 less (for 2 tickets)! Such a scam.

So I mistakenly bought 1 ticket for a concert. And within 48 hours I wanted to cancel it or take it back or whatever. But there isn't a way of actually talking to the seller just to Tickets on sale. I mean maybe I could work something out with the seller. And now the ticket won't come to me until April 30. The show is May 2. People make mistakes and I guess in this day and age it doesn't matter. People don't care about your mistake they just want to punish you for it.

I emailed ticket on sale they said there really isn’t much they can do based on their rules. I get it but let me talk to the actual seller. Maybe they are a nice person and are willing to work with me.

I did not get my ticket sent to me yet by email. Says it may take until the day of. Worrying. They better accept my payment receipt and order confirmation at the door?

Very easy to get tickets after subscription. Knew exactly when they want on sale and before they sold out.

First time buyer. Excellent service. Was a simple process and excited to go to the game

First time to use. Bad experience. Needed to cancel purchase before I even received verification of purchase but I was told that refund was not possible. All I had at time of refund request was my PayPal transaction code. Had not received TicketsOnSale verification code yet but they still refused to cancel my order! When I finally received the verification the only time on it was from original order time not the time that I received my copy. Great big hassle to get refund.
