Lousy. They don't worn you how common it is that the games are re-scheduled and no return or compensation policy, even they have not even delivered the tickets; that happen only 1-2 days prio the match! " We received your request to cancel the order. According to our Terms and Conditions, no cancellation is possible. The seller like the club is not cancelling the paid and confirmed orders.We regret but no cancellation is possible at this stage. Tickets will be delivered as ordered."

They advertise that you can buy electronic tickets and then you are advised that the tickets have to be delivered and that you may not get them until the day of the game. When you try and get money back they will not reimburse. Review all the negative reviews across sites this happens to a lot of people. You will lose your money and you will not have a ticket for the day and in many cases they get a ticket but then it does not work to get you into the game. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Watching FC Barcelona in the last match of the Spanish La Liga season trying to repeat winning the Championship for the second year in a row was a MUST for me.

Tickets to their last match of the 2016 season in Granada were very tough at first to get but not so If you use Football Ticket Net Without a doubt - the number 1 ticket agency website online for football tickets.

Sure, Prices will never be as the face value of the ticket especially if its a decisive match of the season, But comparing to other secondary market websites the prices were fair and most important the seats were great! Exactly as we choose as the tickets arrived to us 1 day before the match.

Watching Luis Suarez 3 goals bringing Barca the title is something I'll never forget Thank you Football Ticket Net!

Do not buy your tickets from this company. They are totally unethical and their customer service is non-existent. I received zero communication from this company about my ticket purchase and had to hound them to get any information. They kept saying my email wasn't working, but it works just fine. Even sent them 2 different email addresses to use and still received nothing. I received a different excuse every I called. The date changed for the event and I only found out less than a week beforehand. Our travel plans could not be changed and they advised me to write an email requesting a refund. That same day they sent the tickets by courier. I called the next day and told me there is nothing they can do and no one ever told me to request a refund. So, they basically called me a liar - John Sabia was the supervisor that said this to me. They don't listen, they talk over you, they don't give a crap about you as a customer. I purchase tickets online for sporting and theatre tickets all the time and have never experienced anything like this. There are a lot of great companies out there to deal with, this is not one of them.

Matches can move to different dates, the decision is taken by the organizers or clubs, not by us. This is why we are informing everywhere on the site about it. Not for nothing this is simply the first remark on the page of the match where you bought your tickets and also on the confirmation. There we write “ you are advised to check occasionally the correct date and time and make your personal arrangements for attending the match on the new date and time“ and also this “We are sorry but no refunds can be made for postponed matches - tickets will be valid to the new date and time.“.

I ordered two tickets for a game between Barca and Rayo in Madrid and kept asking them continuously if i will get the tickets. I even called them one day before the match and they ensured me that everything is fine and i will get my tickets. In the evening they sent me an email stating that they are unable to provide me the tickets. I paid for our flight from Germany to Madrid, for the hotel and everything else but they didn't even compensate the costs. Such a terrible service and they ruined my trip. When i asked them for the costs incurred because of them, they just apologized and that was it. I will never purchase tickets from this website again. If they would have cancelled my order one week before the match then i would have said Ok but one night! Before the match is very annoying. $#*!ty service and my first experience with this website has been really bad. Not recommendable and not reliable at all. It's also possible that this does not happen all the time but it happened to me and i rate their service very bad.

ORDER NUMBER: ******* The people who work at FootballTicketNet are shamful. The take peoples money and keep it no matter what. No refund is their mantra. Everyone is suffering in these dreadful times and some companies step up and help. These heartless creeps continue to make a living while we just lose our money. I paid $800 for tickets fully knowing that I would get my money back because they have a 'Money back guarantee' if your event is cancelled, which I needed as it was a one off trip to England. They LIED. Demand your money back, it's your damn money! Why do these criminals get to keep it? As for the Credit Option? It's a well known scam because they know a big percentage of the poor suckers, like myself, ruined by covid will not be financially able to fly to the UK for years. Fight these nasty a-holes! CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY YOU USED TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AND EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW YOU WHERE SCAMMED. A REFUND IS POSSIBLE!

I purchased 3 silver premium tickets for Liv v Southampton 25. 10. 15. I purchased several months ago, and as date got closer and no contact received I must admit I begun to suspect that it had not been a wise choice!
So, I contacted customer services. I participated in telephone calls, emails and live chat, and the response, which was prompt, was great each time. I must specifically thank Clovis who was very helpful!
Initially I was told tickets would be posted, then collection at stadium, then that I would receive email re pick up point. I was worried. However on day of match the rep and a bus, and more importantly, our tickets were there as advised.
I wish I had known that we had to travel on bus to receive our tickets as I had made other plans, however it worked very well and was a comfortable journey there and back to our Hotel (conveniently this was our allocated pick up point!).

Several reviews I have read have complained re seating and price. It states that prices are higher than face value, and I was fully aware when purchased, am not sure why others are complaining. Also seating, pairs are gauranteed, more than are not. This is stated in terms and conditions. I requested 3,2 adults and child, and I contacted customer services to request together. They couldnt gaurantee but would try. This was a chance I took.
Thankfully I got 3 together, which was a bonus!
All in all I could not fault. Exactly as advertised. Worries were my anxities and not football ticket nets doing.
I would use again, yes expensive, however they followed through as promised!

Came from Croatia to watch our national team playing in the Euros and bought 2 tickets via football ticket net to matches against Spain and vs Czech

From our experience You can trust this company 100% - we had nice seats and didnt over pay too much like other friends who bought tickets with other sites

We already bought tickets with them to our knock out match vs Portugal and we hope to continue buying tickets from them at least until we reach the final hahaha

So lets repap:
You lost the tickets the day before game day and insisted it was my fault
I inform you of your mistake and ask for you to secure new tickets
You refuse to secure new tickets and continue to insist that it is my fault
At close to midnight, you then realise it was your fault but you have no backup of equivalent tickets (which you try to hide)
I inform you that the tickets you then have sent me is of another category than those I bought.
You again insist that I am wrong and that you are right.
After the game and coming home, I continue to insist that the tickets you sold me was not in the same category as I bought.
After a few days of constantly complaining you finally admit that it is not in the same category and that I will be reimbursed
You inform me that it may take 21 working days before I get credited (the equivalent to 30 calendar days). Are you seriously going to write here that that is the equivalent to a few days?

However - according to yourself - you have done nothing wrong and always provide excellent service and never ever make any mistakes. That is the definition of what I call borderline fraud, arrogant and consumer hostile company.
And your answer and tone to this review and tone further emphasises that fact.

We do all we can to make things right when something goes wrong, whether the fault is ours or not—but we have consistently acknowledged the mistake with your order.

When we saw the delivery failure, we called you, called Royal Mail, and called your hotel to resolve the problem.

We did not blame you for the delivery problem when we called. We did suggest, in one of the calls we made to update you about and to help resolve the delivery problem, that the reason for the problem could be because part of the street address was not provided. We did this to inform you of the situation using the knowledge we had at the time, not to blame you.

We bought and delivered free replacement tickets the day before the match. We refunded you for the difference in price between the category you ordered and the category you received.

We did not hide the fact that these were not in the same seating category but did tell you by phone and by email that we must check which seating category you received and what the price for that category was compared to the category you actually purchased, so that we could refund you the proper amount.

We wrote you a few times that once the refund is issued it is with your bank and it is up to them when it would be available to you and we can see it took less than 10 days to reach you.

These are not the actions of a company that only does the minimum and doesn’t acknowledge mistakes.

The level of standard that they uphold is just above being a complete fraud.
If you are so lucky that you ever get your tickets be sure that they will not be what you paid for. And good luck getting your money back! If you do, then be prepared that they keep them for 30 days before they pay you back!
They have a whole team just trying to keep the rumour of them at minimum level. (All of them named Lara...)

We purchase 4 tickets for the Real Madrid game in Madrid. We bought the tickets 3 weeks before the match, it said they will ship to a Spanish address only which is fine, we put down our address in Spain and by the time we got there the tickets hadn't arrived yet nor I had any news about them. I called to find out what happened and they told me that they didn't have the tickets yet and that they won't deliver to my address because I was not staying in Madrid downtown. A day before the match I got an email saying that I had to pick up the tickets from a random guy near by the stadium an hour before the match and because they were not tickets they were season passes I had to bring them back to the guy afterwards. So here we go to pick them up and the seats were not together. I had purchases 4 tickets and they were not on the same row. And not even behind or in front of each other. We couldn't do anything as it was too late at that point the match was starting in 30 min. I emailed them afterwards about that and just kept sending me emails with excuses as why they were not together and how they dont assure tickets together. Total scam!

I will never use football ticket pad ever again. I used this website to buy tickets for the Manchester United vs Manchester City game on the 6th of November. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. When I would go on the chat with ‘Michael' he would not respond to any of my questions and one time messaged me and told me to stop wasting his time. It is clear that they need to be trained in customer service skills as it was honestly appalling. I was told I would get the tickets a week before hand, then 5 days beforehand but only managed to get it the DAY before the match because of my pestering using the chat function. If I had not pestered them I would not have received my tickets as they clearly forgot. I wasn't emailed an update once and the tickets were sent using WhatsApp. The tickets were a screenshot and I honestly thought it wouldn't work. Although I am grateful that I got into the match, I am really disappointed by the way I was spoken to especially as I have never bought match tickets before.

Ordered tickets for the Championship Playoff Final and requested to be sat at the Forest end. Their site has a very misleading description for tickets - specifically when you're buying Pairs (£400), because the site says: "Best Available Pairs: Any Available Tickets in Pairs" BUT what you're ACTUALLY paying a premium for is a SINGLE ticket and the privilege of being promised to be seated together IF you purchase another Best Available Pair ticket. So that's two tickets for £800 plus the extortionate booking fee (£42 that day). Reading other reviews here, it appears that even sitting together doesn't always happen.

Yeah, work that one out!

When I eventually got allocated my tickets, to my immense shock and disappointment, they allocated me the cheapest possible tickets (£18 each) at the Huddersfield end (despite more expensive tickets being available. They were also VERY far away from the ground.

So, what I paid (£400 per ticket) was DOUBLE the going rate for Huddersfield end tickets at other ticket resellers.

It might not have been as bad if I had gotten Category 1 Huddersfield end tickets so being allocated Category 5 showed me they were more interested in making as much money as possible from desperate fans.

My advice - choose another reseller if you can't get tickets through the official channels.

Football Ticket Net simply ISN'T worth the (massive) price premium.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T use them. Go use another reseller if you need too.

Untrustworthy, refusing to give money back, lying.
Untrustworthy, horrible handling and refused to give money back. Bought tickets for high profile El Clasico in Madrid, which were very expensive. I ordered and paid for 3 seats together in a good category. Received three tickets alright (a few hours before the match) but they were in a much lower category than I ordered and paid for, high up under the roof. Would have been at least 130 cheaper per ticket. I called and complained, but I was told that it would later be refunded according to their Terms&Cond. After that, I was offered a voucher to use for future use on their website. I said no thanks, I want my refund back as I was promised. Later they said I would not get anything. At lastly, I have been offered 30 discount, even though I can calculate that the tickets I got was 390 cheaper in total. Absolutely not trustworthy and horrible customer service. I expect to receive the tickets that I paid for. When I then receive cheaper tickets, I understand that the more expensive were not available, but then at least give me the difference in pricing back... but no... they keep the price difference, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only reason I give two starts (could just as well have been 1), is that I at least got some tickets. Could have risked that I would not have gotten any, and still paid...

We ordered 2 x tickets (Man u vs Fenerbahce) to watch at old trafford in Oct 2016. We got the tickets confirmed early Oct by this company including the mailing address in England after some long waited reply by them...

Unfortunately, we need to change the mailing address in England due to unforesee circumtances one week before the match. Sent several emails to the support team to informed them and they only replied after days... and claimed that they will change the mailing address. Two days before the match, no confirmation email and login portal not updated! I sent my chasers again (at least 3 emails)... No response!

Match day, the delivery man called me and he was at the OLD address! I told him the story, he was nice enough and sent it over to me at the new address (thank god!)

One day after the match, the support team replied my email and informed me that they just updated the mailing address?!

All I can say is the support team really need to wake up their idea and know what they are doing. They need to be VERY efficient since they are charging 3 times or more comparing to the actual tickets (got to know this when we met a fan there). Thanks to the delivery man to save my day and my $$$!

I purchased a 177e ticket for the Lyon Sevilla game. The category I selected was lower central longside (first or second tier). I could have selected upper central longside for less than half the price but I wanted to be in the lower bowl. When I received the ticket, I noticed immediately it was in the upper bowl (actually 12 rows from the roof of the stadium). When I contacted them (before the match), this is the response I received:
"I have checked the issue with the management: the ticket you have received is within the category ordered. Parc Olympique Lyonnais has two tiers, the lower tier composed of two levels. You can see on the map on the ticket itself that the gold and blue sections are connected and that both can access the pier zone. The red section is separated entirely from the other two. Your block 413 is well within the penalty boxes on the second tier and therefore within the category ordered"
The fact that they would justify a ticket with 55e face value as being in the same category as a gold or blue tier ticket is ridiculous (when they specifically have 2 categories on their website to select - upper and lower). This is the type of behaviour that gives resellers a bad name. If they can't get the ticket category they advertise, they should offer the one they can get at an appropriate price point and refund the difference. Don't end up in disappointed, there are other sites out there that will tell you if they can't provide the premium seats you are looking for. Don't trust this site.

Like answered to you by email already, these tickets were described as long side, first of second tier, between penalty boxes and the block you got is on the side, second tier, between penalty boxes so exactly as described, exactly as you selected and exactly as we confirmed and delivered. That you dont like the selection you made I understand but to blame us for delivering you exactly what you bought is, at least, unfair.
This is the type of behaviour that keep us at the top among all brokers in Europe: to deliver what we are selling and, if not, to admit and to compensate; to give prompt answers to all our customers and to keep answering them, even when customers already got answers.
Last but not least, I am happy to have this public opportunity to, once again, answer you, and to register one more time that we, sometimes, like any other co decent company, commit mistakes but we do fix them by replacing tickets or, if the time is not enough, by compensating our customers BUT we do it for wrong tickets delivered and not under a threat of publishing bad reviews everywhere.

Never again! WARNING!
Never order, but never order tickets from this organization. We had bought two tickets for Chelsea-Liverpool for 514 pounds (around 585 euro) and the places were so terribly bad. We sat in the back against the wall of the Matthew Harding stand on the short side. We looked at a concrete roof and could only see one half of the field. What had to be a beautiful day became a big disappointment. So people never buy tickets with footballticketnet! Overpriced and terrible places!

Bestel nooit, maar dan ook nooit kaarten bij deze organisatie. Wij hadden twee kaarten gekocht voor Chelsea-Liverpool voor 514 pound (ongeveer 585 euro) en de plaasten waren zo verschrikkelijk slecht. We zaten achterin tegen de muur van het vak op de korte zijde. We keken tegen een betonnendak en konden maar één helft van het veld zien. Wat een mooie dag moest worden werd een grote teleurstelling. Dus mensen koop nooit kaarten via footballticketnet! Te duur en verschrikkelijke plaatsen!

They are thiefs I booked 2 tickets for a game on sunday Order n. ******* and booked a whole trip to london to see chelsea vs west ham and they just sent me an email saying they can not sell us the tickets and they told us we could have a voucher? For that to happen again? HELL NO! I saw all the very very bad reviews but saw good ones and still decided to trust them and proove people wrong but they're SCAMMERS! I guess all the good reviews are fake reviews! They just made us lost ouf money and our dream to go and see chelsea fc play.
Wanted just to have 2 tickets that I paid 590 chf! This is hugeee. They are really not ready with what is coming I'll go way further than a bad review starting with my lawyer.
