Ordered the shoes my son has been wanting for so long, and had them delivered. The item I received, however, was entirely different - different size, different shoe, different colours etc. so I contacted the online support to report and request a solution. I provided everything that was asked of me, but was then completely ignored for days, despite contacting on various platforms. I finally managed to get through to someone just now, only to be told that it's not possible for me to go in store and exchange these shoes for the correct ones, and the only option available for me was to have my money refunded. HOWEVER, the item I purchased for $170 is now going to cost me $230 and I am expected to cover that difference for YOUR mistake. On top of that, my refund will not be issued until 5-7 days after you receive the returned item, meaning I'm already $170 down, expected to fork out $230 as well as the stress and pain of having to go into a store; and I'm not going to see a cent from you for WEEKS!
$#*!ing Christmas and THIS is how you think you can treat customers who did everything right, only to be absolutely SHAT ON by such a greedy and immoral company. Absolutely appalling, you should be completely ashamed.
