Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. Highly recommended. ***** all the way!
I've been trying to go on their website for about two days now because each time it'll give me an error. I already cleared my cache and tried different browsers. After speaking to some beta $#*! kid on their support team I still got nowhere. You'd think their website would be easier to use but nah. I added a picture with it, I've seen that screen more times than the amount of shoes they $#*!ing have, $#*! em.
I purchased a pair of $100 Air Jordan's for my son and 2 months later the soles had holes worn all the way through, the laces broke off, and the soles were detaching. Foot Locker told me they would not stand behind the purchase. Very disappointing. The shoes are obviously not well made and should be returned to the manufacturer.
I bought a pair of salomon shoes and filed a return the next day when i noticed the size was too small. Without receiving any communication, email or update on my refund status, I notice that no refund was issued.
When I got in touch with the customer care, instead of an apology or refund or store credit or explanation, i was told the refund was rejected.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs buying online from FootLocker because if there is sizing issue, you will lose the entire amount you paid.

I place an order for a pair of shoes for my son's birthday, to my surprise when I received the package it only contained 1 shoe! How could the biggest shoe company in the world make such a sloppy mistake? My son was very hurt and disappointed and so was I! I don't know if the packaging department needs to be trained on eyesight or needs a break from their shift! But this was an inconvenience of pathetic proportions

The customer service keep repeating the same word will take 3 days to process and 2-5 days shipping. Then on 3rd day after I pushed them then only they told you the product is out of stock! Why need to wasting customer time by giving stupid reason.
First they said warehouse check. Escalate to them
Second, they said the product is already hand over to courier but the J&T not update the system- find excuse and blame j&t
Third- only they said is out of stock. I ask for refund.

DO NOT order from Foot Locker if there's any chance your child's feet are going to grow within 45 day. I bought a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter in September for basketball season that starts in November. When we got them, they fit and were fine. By the time basketball season started, her feet had grown and we just needed a half a size bigger. They had never been worn but because I was barely past the 45 day return date, they wouldn't even exchange them. Now I have an expensive pair of basketball shoes that don't fit my daughter all because I was trying to get ahead of the game and be prepared. I will NEVER shop at this store again!
I bought a pair of the puma x fenty fur slides in cool blue i got them super quick and everything was fine. I loved them so much i bought the mint green ones called bay they got here a little bit slower and when i get them what do i get? The blue ones that i already have! I called customer service and turns out the warehouse no longer has them so now waiting for the store to call me back to see if i will even get them. I cant even return them as my closet foot locker is an hour away! Ridiculous! Never buying online here again!

They've always given me good service I usually buy my running shoes from them and have to try them on so I choose to go in store a lot unless I know for sure the fit will be good from previous experience with a certain model or brand. The workers near me are always helpful and really friendly.
It's as if they're going out of their way to destroy their own company... like they're making an effort to make every customer feel ripped off and furious. No other company is this bad, I think it's really strange.
Ordered two XXXL Tank Tops for a gift. Pictured on line, both colors were shown as long tank. Both came, both were crop top length, barely covering the chest area. Called in return, told I would receive a full refund of $52.74, sent me a label to take to UPS. Took in, had to pay $2.75 at UPS store, #1 Bad Service. Then I get my refund on CC, $11.73 less than what I was told, #2 Bad Service. Just called in again, apparently because the first customer service rep didn't properly log it, I had to pay for shipping and a discounted item, #3 Bad Service. I was just told, it is what it is! Just saying, they're are plenty of other stores to shop at.
I wish I could give this company a minus star rating. They have the most atrocious customer service. I returned a pair of sneakers a week after purchase. I had never worn outside. After contacting their chat service and given the run around at least 5 times I finally got a refund after 2 months. I will never order from them again.

Said they shipped the item, DHL 'couldn't deliver' - neither to mine or alternative address. Said they delivered to alternative address but didn't even provide confirmation message. Then I asked for a refund - they say they would need 14 days for this, from the moment they item reaches them back (from DHL). Utterly useless customer service (thanks for nothing Joāo...). Honestly just go bust, Footlocker.

First and last time I will be ordering from footlocker. I was so happy with the online purchases I made. I could not wait to receive them! Most of the items were Christmas gifts l. I took over an hour choosing what gifts I wanted to give my family. I even paid for express shipping just because I could not wait to get my items! When I get them I realize one item is the wrong size which I could have made an exception for but then I realized I was missing the shirt I had purchased for my brother. Footlocker did not forget to charge me of course but however they forgot to deliver it. Seriously you guys have one job! You lost a very loyal customer. I was very upset to find out that it will take 3 or more weeks for an exchange and that I will have to wait over 6 days to be refunded for an item that I NEVER received. Ridiculous customer service! They never even apologized once for this inconvenience. Hope you guys get it together!
Do not order anything from them online! My two orders were never recieved! I called 4 times and they treated me like garbage. I finally demand a refund for both. I'm STILL waiting for that money to show up! Stay away from FootLocker!
The worst online shopping experience I have EVER had, never received the package as footlocker decided to only print my City as my full address - not a case of my own human error as this has happened to my mums order and my friends order as well.
So, I never received the package as UPS returned it to footlocker - 3 weeks ago. Not once was I given any sort of updates or anything from footlocker, I had to wait over an hour in a virtual queue of over 100 people, to get in contact with customer service who told me they didn't know why it was sent back.
It's been 3 weeks and I have still not received any refund, nor am I any closer to getting a refund. Footlocker is impossible to contact, and if you do manage to get a hold of their dreadful customer service team, it's impossible to have any issue resolved as they have no idea how to do their jobs.
Looking like I have no choice but to take this further, save your money for a good business, don't waste your time or money here.

So i placed an order on a new pair or jordan that came out, my card was charged but no, confirmation email was sent. I gave it a few days and contacted footlocker. They told me i hd to place a new order.
Then they emailed me back again saying not to that they would make sure i got my order.
Then they emailed me saying we cant fulfill the order due to system issues or whatever
And once i asked for money back they never replied.
Its been a week now and still no reply
On a recent visit to the paisley store a young woman who's name was laura couldn't have been more helpful and was great at interacting with my 12 year old daughter in finding out the best trainers for her I hope this might get Laura some recognition for her exceptional skills
I went Christmas shopping for my son and the customer service was amazing. They were able to find the show I was looking for fairly quickly. I tried them on for myself and ended up having to get a pair of my own! For some of their shoes to be made out of recycled products if was definitely just as comfortable as any other shoe
Footlocker has HORRIBLE customer service. I couldn't get something as simple as a tracking number for my confirmed purchase. Even if it's a few extra bucks it's worth it to shop elsewhere. I will never use their site again. Still don't know where my package is.

I usually order all my stuff online, but I will never ever order through Foot locker again. I had called to ask about an order placed and possibly canceling before it was shipped because there was an issue and the agent I spoke with was so rude. I really tried asking politely and he just made me feel like I was stupid for even contacting them to ask about canceling. I asked if I could please be transferred to someone else and she was nicer but didn't help. She actually said she'd call me back and never did. Instead I received an email immediately after that saying my item would be shipped. I personally don't continue to shop with companies who are rude and unhelpful and given this experience this was it for me.

My son was returning to the UK today. We had ordered trainers on Monday from another store to be delivered to Grapevine Mills. When we turned up last night there had been a big mix up by one of the assistants had sent out shoes back to the original store. The manager Lamar informed us what had happened spent 3 hours rectifying it keeping us informed the whole while and got my son his trainers that evening. Not once did I have to lose my temper he was just awesome. He even gave us his personal mobile number so we could keep abreast of the siutation( it turned out to be his wife's who ended up getting random strange messages from my son and I) Lamar went way above good customer service last night and I sent my son to London with a high grin on his face. I received the wrong shoes. I was not able to get logged in to the site after several attempts over several days. Each time I attempted to reset my password, the email would not come through. I did wait 45 days to contact them by phone. 45 days from the date they arrived and were in my possession. They refuse to exchange my shoes for a smaller size because they are basing it off of 45 days from when the order was placed and not when I received them. I spend alot of money at Footlocker. This is poor customer service. The shoes have never been worn. Upon opening the box we could see they were enormous and far too big for my daughter so there was no need to try them on. They were never worn.

I bought a pair of sneakers yesterday, the salesman brought out the left shoe, I tried it on, it fit and I liked the product and the price.
When I paid for the shoes, the salesman asked if I wanted the box, I said I didn't need it and he could keep it.
When I got home, I tried on the right shoe and discovered it was too tight for my foot.
I returned to the Coral Ridge Fort Lauderdale store the next day where they refused to exchange it or refund my purchase, despite having the original sales receipt because the sales clerk kept the box. I called what I thought was a district manager, only to find out it was a customer service call center. They were happy to keep my money, but unwilling to provide me with a product that fit.
