Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. Highly recommended. ***** all the way!

I've been trying to go on their website for about two days now because each time it'll give me an error. I already cleared my cache and tried different browsers. After speaking to some beta $#*! kid on their support team I still got nowhere. You'd think their website would be easier to use but nah. I added a picture with it, I've seen that screen more times than the amount of shoes they $#*!ing have, $#*! em.

Think twice buy online from footlocker after you select items that is available and they take your money then two day later I received email that items is not available and refund money take 7 business day plus items never arrived on time

So i recently entered a raffle for the Jordan 6 that drop tomorrow. Received no notification that i won went to check my entry and it told me my store pickup has expired cause i did not confirm it by 6pm. Called customer service which was zero help i have an occupation cant sit all day watching my phone and their notification system is trash not once did it pop up on my phone that i have won. All the money i have spent with this company over the years i cant believe this but they have just lost a loyal customer. Footlocker you suck your trash and will never see one of my dollars earned again in life!

I ordered Jordan shoes in September for my nephews December birthday. They arrived and looked perfect. The box said correct size (size13.5). When I gave gift and my nephew tried on and they were too big, we checked size and actual size was 2. Called to return for correct size and representative said can't return after 45 days. Supervisor told me the same thing. Very dissatisfied that I should have to suffer for their error. I will stick to shopping with Nike in the future

I've had 2 pair of shoes I've ordered from footlocker each time I order from them. Something goes wrong, It takes almost 30 days to get a refund. You're better off.dealing with Nike or Adidas directly... Their customer service reps are horrible. You'll sit on hold for 20 minutes to get told I don't know... One star is too good for them they should offer minus 1 star... Don't waste your time

My wife recently bought two pairs of shoes online from footlocker. Only one pair showed up in the mail. My wife called them and reported the issue and was told there would be an investigation. They decided both pairs were delivered and is basically calling my wife a liar and thief. We will never buy from footlocker again

Absolute joke. Failed to send trainers I ordered which were on offer, by time they forced a refund on me (seriously...I still wanted the trainers!) the trainers were then full price! Their customer service is so slow it makes any dialogue impossible, just a generic answer service. When this company eventually collapses they can read back across the reviews here and understand why it all went wrong! AVOID!

BAD BUSINESS. This is the second time I'd actually won a pair of shoes and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. We all know how much time, effort, FLX points as well as money that goes into the chance of winning one. I'd contacted customer service and all they can say is they were out of stock. How is that possible? Do they not know thier inventory before selecting raffle winners? I'd ask for a supervisor but was told they don't have one. No help from customer they make me feel that no one was able to help or even resolve the matter. It's better to just have bots to handle customer care
Seriously, I would avoid foot locker, Champs, east bay and foot action at all cost. It isn't worth your time, money or sanity.

Ordered a pair of air max 270 reacts. Have been wanting a pair for a while and finally managed to get some in my size, they came and one was fine whilst the other had been worn as it showed jean marks and a cigarette type looking burn in the bubble. I am absolutely disgusting and wondering weather the person who packaged them needs glasses and the shoe is so terribly damaged that you could not miss it. Would advise no one to order from them.

I'm not sure what you had going on this past week. Ja Morants were in stock and i go to get the zombie pair and realized my card wasn't with me, so i get home a couple hrs. Later and wow, both sizes i can wear are sold out! But i saw the message saying going fast don't wait, so mo biggie! I call my local store to see if FL would be restocking and was told no! I end up buying from a shoe broker site for $200 shipped... Not bad but damn could have just got them $70 cheaper! 3 days later i accidentally clicked on the shoes, and what do i see, both sizes are available and have now been available for days. Im pissed, I definitely would have waited if i wasn't fed fake info...

I strongly suggest you do NOT order from the Footlocker website. I placed an order for 6 items. Checked out. Received an error message that there was a problem with my order and it cleared out my cart. No confirmation email received so I went through the process again. Same issue. Error message and cleared out my cart. Third time I created an account and it worked. Yay! EXCEPT all three orders went through and I was charged for (and received!) 18 items. The return was a nightmare as well. The store was friendly - the manager told me I was the second person to come in that day with this issue. But they couldn't process the return in store - had to send it back to the warehouse. It took multiple phone calls and almost THIRTY days before they processed my full return. NEVER will by from them online again.

I WENT IN THIS STORE TO GET PANDA DUNKS, I SAW THEM IN THE DISPLAY AND THOUGHT THEY HAD IT, I COULDN'T FIND IT IN THE WOMENS AREA BUT I DID FIND IT IN THE MENS. I ASKED A WORKER IF THEY HAD WOMENS SIZE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARRY WOMENS SIZE. COMPANIES SHOULD HAVE SIZES FOR BOTH, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT IS THIS POPULAR.

Absolutely shocking experience! My delivery was apparently left with a neighbour, they had cctv evidence to show this was untrue! Contacted footlocker to receive an email stating it had been delivered. After playing email tennis and repetitively saying the same thing and providing the same details, even though they were in the email thread, I'm awaiting a form to complete to claim the money back they owe me for failing to provide the goods I purchased. I wish I had read these reviews first and not diverted from JD Sports who are by far a much better company!

Please do not order from this store, read the reviews they are shocking!!!

Footlocker canada took my $180.80, for the order of my daughter's basketball shoes, then immediately cancelled my order eventhough all my payment information was correct and the money had already been taken from my account by way of a visa debit purchase transaction. The so-called helpline was useless, dropped my call twice, when I finally got the "right" department, they told me my money would not be returned for 5 business days (which would be after Christamas) comlpletely criminal. Either give me my kids Christmas present or give me my money back immediately. What a joke of a company! If the company I run operated in this manner, we'd be out of business. Get your act together, and rectify this situation. This is the same review I will be putting on Google.

I don't normally write reviews but this website is horrible. I hope someone from Foot Locker corporate sees this review and makes some changes. I'd love to spend my money with you Foot Locker but every time I go to your site, I can only browse for a few minutes before I get a spinning wheel of death or an error message. I've tried on your app and online and same thing. I've been trying for a week. Unfortunately, you've lost a customer.

Never order from Footlocker online... EVER! My son used his Christmas money to order shoes. We read through all of their "guarantees" and I felt it was going to be ok. Nope! The shoes came as expected but did not fit. So we start the process of returning them. What a joke! None of the proper information was online. Had to call customer service to see where to send them. Cost me an extra $26 to ship them back. We waited until it was received at the warehouse and called to see when the refund would be processed. Were told 3-5 days. Waited 10 days... no refund. Called again, got someone else, was then told 30 days! I said no way. Got a supervisor. Was told it would be processed in 72 hours. Waited 120 hours... no refund. Called again, was told another 3-5 days. I bet I will NEVER see my REFUND! They are a scam and unless you have money to give away I recommend you never use them. This is exactly why people are scared to order online. Unacceptable Footlocker! Shame on you!

Do not order from them online. You will never get your money back if they don't fit!

I ordered some uggs for the fall season coming up and was excited for them to be delivered when i went to go open this box i immediately noticed something smeared on the shoe and the back of it was already roughed up and the sole had a whole
Rock in it clearly I didn't walk outside with them on yet so who did and why was it ok to ship these to me?!

1. Always sound like they don't want to help.
2. Can't even get any good pairs because employees lie about how many were shipped since they take it for themselves. I don't know if that's even aloud.
3. I find this really unfair too because it's the only store I know that sells the shoes i want in my city. Wait for hours before the store opens and then be told that out of the 5-8 that shipped only half got shipped and none any size above 8? Hmmm wonder how that happened.

Garbage accommodation for their screw up on my package that I had to have by a specific deadline. Didn't even try to compensate for the lost time. And you all need to desperately fix the inconvenient server that runs your website. Had three consecutive problems, and on top of me never shopping with you guys again, I will definitely be sure to share this.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my brother almost a week ago. It's been six business days since I ordered the sneakers I was told a little arrive in 3 to 5 and the package did not move matter fact it didn't even get picked up by FedEx and when I tried to contact customer service, customer service tried to reach out to the store. The store didn't answer customer service. I contacted the store for two days straight. Nobody didn't answer. I looked up the store on the Internet. The store was open but yet no one was answering the phone so I contacted customer service once again and they said they cannot get in contact with the store and they did not know what was going on. It took me having to reach out to another location for me to find out that, the store didn't even have the shoes so here I am waiting for my refund with nothing to give my brother on Christmas. Wonderful service footlocker!

As previous reviewer stated, it's almost like they want to lose money during the holidays.

Ordered an item back in mid-December and received a confirmation email and order number. Received no other updates and then told today that my order never went through (yet I received an order number and they charged my card). Lost out on the sneakers and had to spend two hours on the phone to find out my order didn't go through and all they could offer was a voucher for 25% off on Footlocker.com.

Not sure what else to say other I won't be using their site or visiting their stores in the future.

Footlocker has the WORST customer service phone team. I've talked to 5 different customer service agents. They continue to get my order wrong. They continue to take a very long time to answer very simple questions that any other retailer can answer quickly, such as "which store has a certain shoe in a specific size" and other similar questions. They'd put me on hold for 5 minutes after each question.

Items took a month to come, and when it finally arrived it was a COMPLETELY wrong order. Not even wrong size or wrong colour or something like that. Completely different. Different size, different model, heck, even different GENDER. When I wrote in to enquire about exchange, customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, and eventually cut me off when I became agitated. Really strongly advise anyone from ordering from footlocker. Terrible experience. On the bright side, joke's on them because the wrong item they gave me actually costs almost twice as much as my original item, so i had no qualms choosing to keep it instead of exchanging, and hopefully just sell it off for a little profit. But really, never order from footlocker. Appalling service all round.

I purchased a pair of $100 Air Jordan's for my son and 2 months later the soles had holes worn all the way through, the laces broke off, and the soles were detaching. Foot Locker told me they would not stand behind the purchase. Very disappointing. The shoes are obviously not well made and should be returned to the manufacturer.

I bought a pair of salomon shoes and filed a return the next day when i noticed the size was too small. Without receiving any communication, email or update on my refund status, I notice that no refund was issued.
When I got in touch with the customer care, instead of an apology or refund or store credit or explanation, i was told the refund was rejected.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs buying online from FootLocker because if there is sizing issue, you will lose the entire amount you paid.
