Transfer for large amount from savings account on the 8th of October at 9am still not gone into our nominated account. Horrible advisors so arrogant and just saying issue with faster payments and is happening across all industries. This is not true. They have put no message in there website. You can still make transfers and it will go into a hole. This company in trouble and taking our money. I have no roof on my loft conversion as cannot pay builders. In this freezing weather. Sorry to report this horrible issue but they are doing. I thing and customers need to be aware. They are losing our money. Had to involve *******@quintessentialpros.com before I got my fix.
