“The Most STRESSFUL event of this year and I'm extremely exhausted!”

Their system OVERCHARGE me upon checkout and after weeks of processing, they still weren't able to resolve the issue and return the funds! I've made numerous follow ups and this had been the worst STRESSFUL event of this year I'm extremely exhausted!
