I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I will never shop at this store again! There return policy is a joke. This whole store is ridiculous! The customer service is horrible like they dont even care and when you ask to speak with a supervisor you need to wait for a call back. I recommend to shop elsewhere!

I ordered my clothes online, they did not fit me and so I went to the store to return them. Upon my arrival, I was told I cannot return those items because of FINAL SALE. When purchasing those items, there was no final sale written. I contacted them and they told me they can do nothing about that. Customer service was also rude. I will definitely not purchase from them again.

I placed an order on 6/27/16, fedex shipping #**************859, which they confirm was returned to them on 7/20/2016. Despite this, they REFUSE to refund me my money or let me speak with a supervisor. Every time I've asked for one, the rep has either "placed me on hold" only to hang up on me 30 seconds later, or I was told they were on the phone and someone would call me back within 24 hours, which has YET to happen. It's just something they say to get you off the phone and hope you go away. This is complete FRAUD and I have no idea how they are still allowed to be in business with these kind of operations. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me w/this company where they took my money, never received my shipment and refused to refund me. I am sick of them and will sue them into non-existence. I placed an order Aug. 20th, 2022, it is now Sep. 6th not only have I not record my order there has been no shipping update. Customer service agents have not been able to provide details about the order and have refused to supply a refund.

They deserve a below zero star. Forever 21 has the WORST customer service. I never received the items that I had bought online and I have been unilaterally communicating with them for the past two months. They do not respond to the communication system they have on their website. When I call, they keep telling me I am placed on a "call list" and should expect a call back in the next 24 hours and they have never actually called me back. The representatives I speak to guarantee me that they will reach out to me once they have additional information. They never have. They will not refund me for the items that I NEVER received, nor send them again, nor give me any sort of compensation. I had spent 170$ on that order and I got absolutely nothing in return. They literally STOLE my money. It is quite shocking that a company this big has such HORRIBLE customer service and does not care whatsoever about their customer satisfaction. I am never purchasing anything from them again.

Their styles are hit or miss for me. I feel like there are times when I want to buy everything and others when I can't get past the first few pages when browsing. Over all, the quality of their clothes is decent. I don't like their return policy, so I don't order online.

There sizes run small and also after a couple washes my clothing starts to come apart. There clothes are beautiful but made from cheap fabric. Also there is a much wider selection for normal sizes but I would love to see more plus size especially some of the normal sizes made plus size.

I went to exchange a shirt for a smaller size. When I bought it it was 50% off. Today when I went to exchange it, it was 30% off. Now I was just exchanging but I had to pay the extra money since it was only 30% off now. That does not make sense. I contacted customer service and they said I have to reach out to the store manager because they can't see in store purchases. This isn't the first time I have had issues with them. I would not recommend this store to anyone.if

Worse customer service. Ordered dresses for my daughter not on final sale but when received them the invoice stated final sale couldn't exchange or get store credit. Worst exchange policy I have seen. I paid full price on it. Such crap store.

I have been a long time customer of this company for years. I recently made an order a month before Christmas. I kept watching for my package. As per my email and their site it told me the package was delivered. It never was. I have a camera on my porch. I contacted them three times by email before I finally got a response. They told me it would be under investigation by UPS. I waited a month and then called forever 21 customer service. They gave me a date that it would be resolved. The date is a week passed and they have still not replaced or refunded my money. I cant get anywhere with these people. I will never order from them again. I feel like I have been scammed.

I ordered a couple of things online worth about $100, they arrived disheveled and in very poor quality. Needless to say I put them back in the package and shipped them back with a shipping cost of $25 out of my own pocket. I waited a week to get a response saying I will not be refunded as the items were worn, just to be clear these items were NEVER worn and with the original tags still attached. I have still yet to receive the items back and also lost the $25 I spent on shipping... oh and don't even bother trying to contact customer service. I've called multiple times and the customer service reps have all given me different answers and could give a s#!* when it comes to helping you out. I will never buy from this company again... it's a total SCAM!

My daughter purchased a top and unfortunately the fitting rooms were not open. My daughter tried on the top and it did not fit. I tried to return it and although I had the tags and receipt I was not allowed to do the return.

I remember the first time I walked into this store; the glitter floors, clothes from wall to wall, the warm greetings. My money was burning a hole in my pocket, I had to get rid of it. Forever 21- trendy clothing retailer aimed at young women. This retailer offers clothing and accessories for young women, men, and teenage girls. This American chain store is located in major cities in America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Offering sizes from juniors to plus size, Forever 21 has sizes for everyone with affordable prices.
Although the sizes vary and the prices are appealing, Forever 21 is extremely unorganized. Finding something is a steal because all the valuable clothes always seem to be hidden. The staff are friendly and attentive. Forever 21 always has a sale. Besides the hassle of searching through the unmentionables, Forever 21 is a great store. Defiantly recommend this store to my friends.

I used to love F21 as a young teen and quite honestly, I only see this store as a store for young teens. Their clothes are very cheaply made, and their prices do reflect that. I can't shop there anymore because I know that when I wash it, it'll shrink 4 sizes and I'm done. I ordered from F21 and nothing fit me. A size small fit me like an extra-small and in other items like a large. I wanted to return it all but it was on sale and their codes are so tight I didn't even bother. I wear a small almost always but only one out of the seven items I bought fit me and after I washed it, it shrank and frayed on one end. I've always been disappointed with the store and it's quality of clothing and after my order I never went back. They could do so much better.

I have ordered from this website a couple of times, if not more and overall I have been pleased with the results. There have been times that an item looks a different color online than the real deal but that'a not really a BIG deal. The one thing that ticks me off about this site is that you can't return merchandise -.- woohoo. But other than that I'm happy with my experience and I will continue to shop there.

I'm from Canada and Plus size clothing that are sexy and trendy aren't that easy to find. I ordered a couple of items from Forever 21 and was positively surprised by their Plus size line. Prices are good and clothes don't look that they are made for grand mothers. Sizes are real and everything fits perfectly. Shipping was fast and free. I will definitely order from them again!

I buy mostly every year in forever 21 :) the material of the clothing are nice and soft. I've recently bought a few winter jumpers, cardigan and a pair of pjs and all are so warm on the body! Love it, could not ask for more!

Worst return policy I have ever seen in a store. Will not be shopping here ever again. Despite COVID and their stores being open for shorter hours they won't accept my return a week late. No other stores have this crappy of a policy. Waste of money for poor quality clothes.

I placed an order on line with multiple items totaling $160.00. I paid for next day delivery & never received my items. They stated package was left at front door by courier & they would have to investigate. One month later, NO package & they denied my refund.

I am a forever 21 frequent shopper. I bought my daughter clothes for christmas online to beat the holiday rush in stores. I ordered in november. Christmas came and some articles did not fit. I attempted to at least exchanges, and they refused. Horrible, horrible policy for the holiday for faithful customers. I spent 1000s in this store. Never again. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I know about this.

I placed an order more then 6 times and it kept getting cancelled for "security" purposes just deliver my $#*!ing order. The card holder placed the order is it my fault that the order keeps getting canceled? None sense I put the right address, billing number or whatever else I'm supposed to put to place the order. I did everything correctly why the $#*! isn't my order getting placed? Also customer services are so not helpful y'all dont do $#*! on god. I ordered a pair of boots from them On November 15,2016 and have not received them yet. I was told at checkout that they would deliver in 5 to 7 business days. When I called the company they told me that it wouldn't ship until on the 17th which prolonged my order. Have not received it yet. And the worst thing is it was from site to store. Will never do that again. They are trying to keeping up with other companies and are lacking those services.

I love the experience of the store, and spending time trying out each outfit but the pricing (I've noticed) isn't the same when shopping online, regardless if it's the same item or not. Common sense, but why would you buy from the store if it's cheaper online? Free shipping would be nice!
