I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I bought some clothes way back in December 25, and in got "shipped" in January.
As per their tracking it says that my product was delivered but never received it. I contacted them and asked them where is my purchase and I asked either they refund me or send me my product. They do not respond to follows up and after 2 months saying that they are not refunding me because it was delivered...
Grr... I have contacted my bank and I will campaign to make sure that these people doesn't pull this scam ever again.

I made an order online and i never received my order, it was 141 dollars and they sent it to me thru fedex, they said that they delivered the order which is no true, has been 5 month ago since that, now they are telling me they cant do anything about it because it has passed 4 month, like its my fault, they never tried to contact me, or email me or whatever it was me calling every monday so now i just lost my 141 dollars, never again forever 21, i am going to sue them.!

I LOVE forever21! Never shopping in penney's again! Forever21 prices slightly more expensive but much better quality! Its my new favourite shop, my clothes from there have being in the washing machine and dryer so many times and still look like new! Bought E80 worth of clothing online last week. Even though there was a bank holiday the package still reached me within 5working days, FREE shipping, excellent service. Very happy customer :)

Placed my order a month before and than got a email stating it has been cancelled. Such bad service they have. U hv no gurantee of receiving your product after ordering. I m really very much disappointed

The order with them has been a mess. After ordering, the package didn't arrive for 3 weeks. I wanted to make sure it arrived before Christmas. They told me my only recourse was to reorder the package and pay for it again. So I did that only because it was a Christmas gift. And if I wanted a refund for the package that didn't arrive, I needed to fill out a complicated affidavit that it didn't arrive. But then both packages did arrive, so I sent one back (you HAVE to mail it, even though the return store is 5 miles from my house) and they gave me a partial refund. When I called to inquire, they told me that the refund was pending as all items weren't scanned. Three weeks later still only a partial refund and they are saying that not all items were shipped back to them, but they were. I've wasted SO much time on this. Customer service agents are friendly, but ultimately unhelpful and have wasted a ton of time. Will NEVER shop here again.

Went to Florida Mall shopping with friends. The other stores we went to had music playing; however, the music at Forever 21 was so loud we could not talk with each other or enjoy the visit. Sadly we had to leave. I'm wondering if this is intentional to keep customers out so the staff can party?

Been waiting for my shipment. Every time I call, they say itll be there today. (This has happened 4 times in the last 10 days). Yesterday, they told me that if it wasnt there by the end of the day, they would finally do something. I spent the hour in the phone with them today. Guess what they did? Told me itll be there today. They wont let me cancel the order, either, so Im stuck in Forever 21 hell.

I ordered a size 24 and what I got is about third of the size I need. When I attempted a return I was informed it was not returnable because it was a "Final Sale Item" a fact that was not noted in original order. There is no way listed but a physical address to contact company.

Usually shopped at forever 21 every single weekend. Spending money every single time. Today went in with my three year old daughter who needed the restroom. The "manager" says," she can go next door. Store policy is restrooms are not for public nor customers." Well hell I'll be shopping next door to then. Pretty sad that the store can't cater to customers and make the place comfortable while we keep them employed. Notice how I started with the word shopped. Never going back to that place.

I ordered 2 dresses over 2 months ago. I filled out the return slip and sent it to the address they said to return it to. They received it because I tracked it. When I call to see why I never received a dress in a different size that I wanted they say they have no record of my purchase. I got the order number from my email even. Nope nothing shows up. Oh what's your last digits of bank card u used. The girl on the phone says nope not showing anything. Everytime I phone we need the order number. We need bank card last digits used. Sorry no record of it. I guess I am out a dress.It is gone to a different address for returns and there is no way with their returns to find out. I tell them and I could give them my post office tracking but they don't care.Not playing their return games anymore it's a scam.

I live in Southern California so my orders typically come with in 2 to 4 days.
They have never not sent something. It has always been as described. It is helpful to read all the specs for each item, such as "light or heavy weight" "fits true to size" or "runs small or runs large". I also pay attention to where items were made. Stuff made in china is more likely to have that weird chemical smell I have noticed. I try to only by things made in America because they'll be higher quality and not smell weird because of laws and regulations here. Anyways, its really easy to exchange items, because i have 3 brick-and-mortar Forever 21s storefronts in my city who will refund or exchange online orders.

F21 has been one of my favorite places to shop since my preteens. They always have cute and trendy clothes, and you usually get what you pay for (sweaters tend to be on the itchy side, thin fabric, etc). However I purchased a pair of black booties from there for $20 and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Still my go-to pair of shoes to this day. The only downside to their clothes is that a lot of the tags say "hand wash" or even "do not wash" which can be disasterous if you put them through a harsh cycle. Just remember to read the tags and expect that they won't last forever, being fairly low quality.

This experience has been the worse. I purchased 15 bathing suits in June and sent 12 back because they didn't work for me. I sent the 12 back thinking I was gonna get my money back. They sent an email stating that they were final sale items and that they had to send them back to me. I was upset but I said ok cool what do you all need from me. They said I need you to pay shipping and handling and I haven't received them YET. And btw it's the end of September. At this point I want my money back. The summer is gone now

Love this store with a passion. Everything i order is the same as it is on the screen. I love the trendy styles. Im always buying a new shirt or bag from here. Accessories are always worth the price. Love it!. NOW here is the down fall the pants. I cant shop here for pants. They simple aren't long enough. Being 5'11 with curves comes back to hurt me :( yes the have plus sizes but the length DOESN'T i repeat DOESN'T cover it. Other than that its still a good store

Its takes "forever" to get your money back its not my fault USPS left it on my patio where visitor and tenant walk pass while I'm at work and someone stole it I did what they asked now I'm getting the run around for my money. They just lost a great customer because now I'm not shopping at forever 21 period. No way don't do it I'm telling y'all

Just terrrible cutomer service. Honestly, I almost never want to shop there again. I paid for priority mail Next Day Saver, and they assured my I'd receive it within one day. Well that was July 1st. I contacted fedex and they still haven't got any updates as to where my package is. Everytime I call Forever 21 they give me the run around. Hopefully I can receive a shipping refund because this is definitely not what I paid 20 dollars extra for. I will never shop online with them again.

We went to the store and asked someone about black friday deals and an employee told us it was 21% off the entire store so we looked around and found lots of clothing and waited in a 20 minute line only for the lady to tell us the offer ended at 11am so there were no more deals end of story dont go to forever 21 on black friday!

The quality can be somewhat cheap but most clothes have decent to high end quality for the price. I'd say Forever21 is in my top 5 sites that have super trendy but affordable clothes. I don't know what I'd do without Forever21 & I especially love shopping on their website because the selection is much wider and I can find cuter things that people I know don't really wear. There shipping (I think it says 5-7) almost always gets to be on the 7th day, which stinks but it's worth it. Also, beware of their return policy. You will never get your money back, even if you have every receipt, tag, and original form of payment. You will only ever get store credit or an exchange if you don't like an item. So if you're not sure you like it, don't buy it unless you're okay with getting only Forever21 credit back.

Forever 21 never disappoints me, their clothes are always so cute and they always ship on time unlike some other stores. I've never had a problem with them, I honestly love their clothes so much and I will always be a loyal customer to them. I think forever 21 deserves more than 5 stars because they are so amazing.

There clothes are really good and cute. The workers are really nice and willing to help you on getting stuff. They'll do stuff for you and they give good fashion advice. The reason why they get stars instead of 5 is because they don't give you your money back. They'll give it back in a gift card, but not cash. If you order online they will, but not at the store.

I had a coupon for 15 dollars off because of my Forever 21 credit card. I earned it and the coupon doesn't work. I have been calling for 1 week now they keep telling me that they would get back to me same day. They never do. I called Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I asked for a supervisor and they said they would call me back in 1 hour. They never called me ever or emailed me. They are a bunch of pieces of $#*!s. Screw them!

I had ordered a top online on October 31,2017. My order on their tracking application stated that I should have received my order November 17,2017. It is now December 7,2017 and have not received anything. I Called customer service December 7th, to track my order, the representative told me that my order had been returned and I did not receive any notification or updates on their online order tracker regarding any returns. The online website where you are able to track your order is not helpful at all! The item was returned November 30,2017 at their LA warehouse, and it's been 7 days the representative over the phone (James) told that it should only take 3 business days from the time the package was returned (Nov. 30) to now (Dec. 7). There's a reason why "Forever" is their brand title, and that is because they take "Forever"!

I buy a lot of items from F21s website. A lot of the times, I'm very happy with what I receive. HOWEVER, I have received items that are far off the size it says it is. For example, I bought jeans and bought my waist size but when I received them, they were 3 sizes bigger! It's final sale so I can't return it but I ripped off. I didn't get what I ordered, yet I'm stuck with it. They need to improve on their sizing. Also, their website sometimes doesn't work when you try to do a review. Nothing happens with you hit "submit"... maybe that's why some items don't have any reviews, cause it's so hard to leave them.

Well I had two separate shipments cause I realized I forgot to buy something. So they both conformed my order was coming, then 1 week and a half later, one of my orders came, and since the other order was shoes which was another one of my orders, I thought it would take longer. Oh no, I ordered this on black friday, since christmas I still haven't received it. Then I called customer service and checked online and they canceled it for me and still haven't refunded back my money!

Get too many unwanted emails from the forever21.com mail server. Called to ask for it to stop to no avail. Was given an address to forward screenshots, address was not valid. This cony has 0 social responsibility. I've never shopped there before and fornever will.
