I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I purchased a shirt last year in october 2016 i believe it was and it was damaged. After sending them email after email they finally said i can send it back for a refund. I sent it back, emailed them and waited... i recieved email after email saying i would get my refund and to just wait a little longer. Well it's March 20,2017 and I have not recieved my refund, they continue to tell me to wait... wait for what? I don't understand why it takes 6 months to get a refund. They're Bulls hit, they have my money and the shirt back that I ordered.

It has taken 10 days for my order to arrive. I think that's appauling as it stated delivery would take 2-5 days for delivery. Very disappointed. Also don't use the track my order on the forever21 website as it's useless. Instead once you receive the email saying it's been shipped, click on the big long code (tracking number) and it will take you to a much clearer website- UPS delivery. I wouldn't be annoyed if they hadn't stated it would take 2-5 days cos that's not true!

I emailed them as they told me an order i placed (which was a present for my daughter on Christmas!) was out of stock now. Which of course is very disappointing, they wouldn't offer me a small discount or an exchange for the inconvience. I emailed them again to see if anything can be done and they ignored the email, I emailed again to say I had been ignored and they didn't answer that one either. Very unreliable service if any order problems go wrong, I wouldnt recommended ordering from this site.
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to get good assistance from the customer service, they just don't care.

Worst service, got purse, the shoulder strap was missing, so I called and they say to ship it back and they will refund me the money, so I did only to find out their policy is to only refund $10 the max of the return shipping and it cost me 21 from Yukon the cheapest rates I could find. I called head office pissed about the lie they say. But the phone do not conect or they hang up on your nose, so I emailed from online too but never heard back. They literelly lied when I phone is nobody to talk to on a higher level and will make sure I tell everybody the sneaky bad pracrice they do to customers. Shameless company don't fall for it.
Tip for consumers:
Do not return is the worst return policy I have ever encounter. Every other company refund you return as it was their incompetence to check the quality and integrity of their product. Shame on them.

DO NOT shop at this company! I ordered an e-gift certificate and it was NEVER sent, I sent multiple e-mails to customer service, no reply, don't bother calling they won't answer. I am telling all my friends that I know have shopped at the brick and mortar stores to boycott, they are dishonest, and it took them less than 30 minutes to STEAL the money out of my bank account. And no gift certificate...

They advertised "spend $50 and get a $10 coupon for next visit". We spent $98.00- they said they were "out of the coupons"?. Suggested we call the Regional Manager- we called 6 times- only got voicemail- then the message said " voicemail box full."
We called head office- no response- we sent an e-mail- and got an apology and a suggestion to call Regional Manager again!, Been there done that.
Scam me once shame on me, scam me twice shame on you. Never going back. Buyer beware!

I was very anxious to receive my new cloths! I opened this email thinking that my items had come in. I had checked the tracking and it said it was due in on 6/5/21. Two days later and still no cloths, my tracking number is not in the system and when I wrote to ask what happened I had no response. Can anyone say RIP OFF? I don't have the money to go out and buy the cloths I need so badly so thanks for literally NOTHING but taking what little money I had.

It is disgusting to walk around the store. It is locateD in a pretty area, with the best stores around it, and going inside of this store is like going inside a trash can!
Going upstairs it is sad to see that the manager or managers don't care about the presentation and care for the customers. It looks that nobody cares about picking the trash, cleaning the floors or anyplace around the store. It is FILTHY. The store should pay to the customers to go inside. This one is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

I placed an order online for the first time. The order came with a missing item and the one that I didn't order. So, I thought, not a problem. Because I order from Victoria's Secret all the time, and whenever it happened with them, it was an easy fix. NOT FOR FOREVER21! The lady at the customer service, named Monique, was so rude and told me that I am lying about the missing Item. There was no way for me to get an item that I ordered, through the customer service. So, I have to pay for the shipping again to order an item I want, and hope for a refund in 2-3 weeks, after I will fill out some papers! How ridicules! Don't waist your time with this store and ladies like Monique! Shop Victoria's Secret!

I bought a e-gift card for my sister for graduation and they did not send a claim code with the email. I called and they would not give me a claim code because I used my husbands card and since I was not HIM they would not give it to me. I asked for the email to be resent with the claim number and they said it would take 24 hours. There is a 50 percent off sale going on which she would now miss because it would take 24 HOURS TO SEND AN EMAIL! She did not offer me anything else but 10% off her order even though this a obviously a system error. Livid is not even a word that describes how I feel right now. I had all the information and just needed them to give me a 4 digit number. I will never buy anything from this establishment ever again.

I am still waiting for my refund. I keep calling as Fed Ex delivered my return that I refused back to them and it was logged into their system but they keep telling me it will take 3-4 weeks before they can verify it is their item and it is in good condition. This package was never even opened or delivered. It was refused by me and shipped straight back to them. I keep asking for a supervisor and keep getting told that there is none available. I will never buy from them again. Please people don't get scammed. I have turned them into the BBB. These are all foreign people that I speak to and they will never let me talk to anyone else but hang up on me instead. They never let me talk, instead they say that is all we can do for you at this time.

This company is unprofessional. They mistreat their employees, especially those internationally and then charge obscene amounts for clothing that cost less than $5 to make. I ordered a package where they gave me a jacket with a broken zipper and shoes of the incorrect size, and they refuse to answer the emails I've sent them. I called to complain and request compensation for their mishaps and unprofessionalism, and they said the most they could do is give "free shipping on my next order". Ummmmm, you guys are not paying your workers fairly, you're not refunding money to your customers nor giving them compensation for your faults, and your clothes are dirt cheap to make... WHERE IS YOUR MONEY GOING THEN?
Beware, this company has no morals and they $#*!ing suck. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will be telling all the people I know what scammers Forever 21 is.

Most of my clothing are coming from f21. The styles are always in and I got a lot of choices. Its very affordable and most important is the quality. I love the softness of the fabric of my shirts and dresses. I used to buy my shoes and cosmetics too. I love forever 21.

I paid for express shipping which is 2-3 shipping days, but with July 4th it should arrive only one day late than expected. And I am fine with that. But tracking said that it would arrive on the 11th. That is very LATE. I called customer services and they said that they couldn't do anything about it and just kept apologizing. Why did I pay $13 for express shipping then, when free standard shipping was to arrive at the same time? I paid extra money for express shipping for a reason. By the time it comes i won't be home and won't need the products no more.

The customer service is terrible! I bought a keyboard cover for my MacBook Pro 5 inch and it did not fit even though it was advertised on the website that it would! I wanted a refund for this item and a refund for my shipping cost for it to be delivered to my house and they wouldn't even do that! Why should I be punished when Forever 21 falsely advertises their products?! I would rate this company 0 stars if I could.

I'm always hesitant to shop online and I ordered high waisted shorts (the first time buying them). I knew it was a long shot that I would like them or that they would fit. But they did! Packages take forever to get to my school but it arrived in a timely fashion and the size was exactly the size I wear in other jeans and shorts. The Cami i bought also fit perfectly. I love Forever 21!

I had a orders that was about 240 and was told it was going to be deliver on Friday, waited until 10 PM Friday but didn't see it waited for Monday morning and went on tracking it and it says it was deliver on Saturday morning 11am. Which I didn't receive I ask them to sent my orders but they refused. I'm not buying from a company who takes advantage of people who have their store credit cards to steal from them. And I'm not paying for something I didn't receive and when they try to mess with my credit score I'm suing them.

I bought some shoes from a Forever 21 store and got home and realized I should have gotten the next size down. I went to a different F21 store to exchange them and it turns out that store doesnt have shoes. I asked for a promo code for free shipping so I could buy them online, but no such luck. A) Why the heck do their stores not carry shoes? And B) Shouldn't I get free shipping automatically? Or be able to order them in-store and have them sent to me? I know Old Navy has a policy like that. Terrible customer experience.

I placed an order through the forever 21 mobile app and it removed the promo code when placing my order. I called customer service about this issue twice and they offered me 10% off my next order rather than honoring the 21% off my original purchase as it should have been when I placed the order on cyber Monday. It's absolutely obsurd to be offered 10% off my next purchase rather than reimbursing me $30 off my original order! Their customer service is robotic like they reading a script and a manager is not available which is likely due to the many other situations such as mine that they are dealing with. I suggest shopping elsewhere, and not using their app!

I ordered $50 in stuff that they had on a sale. I received a confirmation email that everything went through. With in 24 hours I received another email stating they cancelled my order due to billing issues. When I contacted customer service and went over my billing information everything was correct. They then proceed to tell me it is my credit card, when I told them no its not my credit card and its their screw up, they told me there is nothing they can do and I can re-order the stuff but it wont be at sale price. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I love the clothes at forever 21, HOWEVER I will NOT be purchasing from them again. They are an extremely disappointing company.
1. The return policy is absolutely RIDICULOUS
2. If you have to return something, be prepared for a complete nightmare, including NOT getting your full refund when you finally receive one. When I called them out on being shorted a refund they said that they would put in a request to do so, HOWEVER they couldn't tell me what items weren't processed initially or how much it would be - that makes no sense.
3. Customer service is terrible 99% of the time
4. If you're upset and try to express that to customer service, they will not care.
5. I also tried to express my concerns via Instagram, and nobody bothered reaching out to me.
Forever 21 is a selfish, deceiving company and I refuse to promote them any longer.

I ordered thermals worth of 6500/- INR. The ordered stuff was oversized. When i contacted the customer service they said its no returns or no exchange for sale items. My bad that i didnt read the policy like any other laymann however this made me realise we should buy stuff from every damn website so what it is some known brand. Its just not acceptable, donot buy stuff, they are not worth even quality wise
