I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I came in on my lunch break from the hospital were I'm a nurse at mind you with my uniform on badge and all, and this lady followed me around the store like she was crazy I had to ask her if there. Was a problem, mind you 4 other white people were there and she not once asked them or walked behind them the the young white girl went to the resister and called out to the clerk and said I'm ready to check out and then the young lady said out loud if you wasn't over there following that lady around I wouldn't have to wait forever. I took my items to the register and proceeded to check out and this bi&$h had to nerve to ask if she could check my purse I cursed her out told called the corporate manager and left everything on the counter I will not spend a dime in that store it's a shame people are still racist in 2022 you should be ashamed and from the looks of the reviews it all the forever21 stores not just the one in Virginia

I never received my order. After months of them sending claims and disputes to Fedex, I called in today and they said Fedex has denied that the package was stolen or not delivered. So they are unable to refund me my money. First off, they should have made a signature requirement considering I ordered a lot of clothes which cost a lot of money. Secondly, they had me wait 4 months just to tell me they can't help me. Fedex says they can't do anything about it either. DO NOT BUY FROM FOREVER21 THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THE SERVICE IS COMPLETELY POOR.

Hey Forever 21! What is with charging people for items that they never receive!? What is with confirming the order by email with an invalid order number so you can't track it? And what is with your phone lines for your customer service always being closed (even during a regular business day) so there is NEVER anyone to talk to? How can Forever 21 even stay in business with this kind of horrible customer service? If people are smart consumers (and I know that if people are reading these reviews then they have put some thought into who they want to buy from) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM FOREVER 21. I went to forever 21 and i bought a couple stuff and I went to the register to pay, didn't get told anything about a store exchange policy. I left and I started thinking I didn't want what I bought so I went back to return it for some cash because I wanted to save money, well I found out I couldn't get cash back and only store credit. Upset because I didn't get told anything. It was a lot of money I could've got back, now I'm Never going back.

This store Takes forever To Deliver Even Though Prior To Purchasing, You are told You Will Receive Item No Later Than. 7 days... In Reality U Receive Item 3 Weeks Later Beware Especially If It's A Gift. I guess that's why they are called FOREVER21, because they take forever and Their service SUCKS SH*T. Don't waste your money or time!
I would use their service even if they pay me to.

I bought a shorts, terrible clothes, I used one time and this is complet damage, oooo Lord. I went to the store, because I used one time, but I used, then the manager said, that can't do nothing. I will not buy nothing at forever 21. It's like a Disposable thing. I am really disapointed.

I placed my order, it never shipped out! I called back in a week and asked if they had it in store they put me on hold for and hour the never answered back to me. I had to call customer service and she didnt care about my concearn on my ordered that was already paid for for a week now all she was telling me were the shipping dates and all those shipping dates had already passed and mine was still in prossesed. She didnt offer me anything she didnt try to help all she said was she could cancel the order like she was glad to cancel it. That didnt make me feel welcomed to shop with forever 21 ever again. They just lost a loyal customer and I know Im not the only one!

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are very argumentative, childish, unprofessional etc. Forever 21 motto is probably take customers money at ALL costs. I was sent the wrong item and they said too bad we already have your money. I ordered some clothes from their website on February 26, their shipping stated that the package should arrive within 3-6 days BUT it has been 6 days and my package has just been shipped and it will instead take 8 days when it is already a week late. I ordered $65 worth of clothing. But when i ordered my laptop autocorrected the adress and mashed two adressed together. As soon as i noticed this I called UPS trying to change the shipping adress, they told me to call Forever 21 and it went back and forth like that for hours. Finally, (after a few weeks of calling back and forth) a customer service associate told me they would resend my order or send me store credit in a gift card. Today i called again wondering where my gift card was. They told me theres nothing they can do. SOO i just lost over $60 which is ridiculous! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Forever 21 refused to help me after I completed an online order with an old delivery address. The moment I realized I haven't updated my shipping address (2 minutes after completing the order), I contacted them through the customer service tab, email, chat, and phone. Note, I tried contacting them through all these methods. The online chat operators are the absolute worse. They gave me the run around, never helped me to update my delivery address, and one actually just closed the chat window on me after telling me there was nothing they could do. I tried to fix my delivery address literally right after I made the online order, and they NEVER helped me. There is nothing I could do after submitting payment. I just can't believe such a big and reputable company could not help me with something as simple as updating a delivery address in between processing and shipment, after I have attempted to contact them in a plethora of different ways. It really shows the company's commitment to taking your money and nothing else. How disappointing. Safe to say, I will never be shopping with this company again, a fast fashion conglomerate that does NOT care about customer service or quality control. This is really shameful.

I bought jeans from F21 online site. I washed the jeans just once, and the jeans gone hard like rocks! I wasn't even able to wear it at all because it's the jeans scratches my legs when I put them on and it's not wearable. And yes, it shrinks after I washed it. I didn't use hot water, just room temperature water cuz I was concerned it would shrinks. And, unfortunately, it shrinks even with room temperature water. I will never buy jeans from F21 anymore.

Placed order over 300.00 in EARLY January. Today is Feb. 17. Never got a tracking number, or email, or phone call, NORE ORDER. I called them today. Because I selected the "Ship to a different location from BILLING ADDRESS, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. Now they tell me on the phone that was why. Well why do they offer that option at Checkout if they do not honor it. They gave a runaround on the Phil he and I spoke to two ladies, neither of which spoke clear English so it was very difficult understanding them. I will not ever order my huge 300-500.00 order from them again.

This website is HOPELESS! Has anyone else experienced the same problem as me? Four times I have ordered from them and everything goes through fine (Order Confirmation, PayPal Confirmation) UNTIL I get another email from F21 to say my Order has been Cancelled due to one of the following reasons. There is never a specific reason, just 'due to one of the following reasons'. It never happens on the other sites I order from. I am convinced they just don't want to send to me. I live in Australia. I do not suggest shopping from forever 21 online. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered 10 items from them and I only received 7. I messaged them about it and they told me I had to fill out a affidavit and send it to them. I have sent it over 15 times (not exaggerating) and they still refuse to answer me. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ALL YOUR ITEMS OR AT LEAST YOUR MONEY BACK. So disappointed with how this site has treated me.

I returned items 2 weeks ago. Than goodness I have ups tracking number because they said they couldnt find return. When I gave them tracking number they suddenly found it but send the return was sent to a store and want scanned yet. If I could give them a NEGAtIvE STAR I wouldn't hesitate. Not surprised but disheartening to see the two women and security staff respond to the black gentlemen in the store who were videoing their experience. REGARDLESS of what the workers thought they had no right to assume! And I believe neither are owners of the chain, but the audacity and boldness in which they spoke and responded and CONTINUED to respond should not go without consequences … and a public apology should be the start. People are assuming the worse and it is destroying the notion of human kindness

I purchased several necklaces from the FOREVER 21 website in February and they were shipped on 2/12/14 and Guess What? I still don't have my necklaces for my daughter's wedding. After speaking to Karen today on the phone which is the 10th person I have spoke with over the past few weeks she said I would get my package in a few day after I was told on 3/11/14 they were shipped. I have NO idea when I will get my package and at this point I am mad as **** and will NEVER shop with this store again. I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I ordered from them.
