“Cute clothes for great prices!”

I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

“Package undeliverable”

I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a pair of glasses and I ask the dude to take the tag off. He throws the tag away and then asks if I want a receipt. Without thinking, I say no and walk away. Literally 2 seconds later I'm out the store and realize that the glasses are broken. I walk back in and politely tell her what happened. She calls the manager and of course, she is the most snotty person ever. She looks at me and is like "You didn't keep the tag or receipt which means that we cant take these back" She says it in such a mean way that I like just wanna chuck the glasses at her. She gives me this like death stare and I just leave. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND DON"T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME WITH CUSTOMERS! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

This is the worst store in London. The customer service representatives and the supeevisors do not understand English well. I have always loved Forever21 from living in New York but the service in London is embarassing. When i make purchases they take about 2weeks to arrive!!! Then to make matters worst they charge you if you want a refund. I sent a shoe in to do an exchange and i was told they only do refunds for online purchases so they have taken £2.50 from my money all because I want an exchange. Then the supervisor is telling me to go online and re order for the size i want!!!! Im furious, who gives forever21 the right to take my hard earn money. Telling me crap. The online forms gave the exchange option and I ticked it over 2 and a half weeks nw and i have not even received a courtesy email. Now when i call im being told they will subtract 2.50 and refund the difference then i can go online and re order...$#*!ery!!

Affordable but cute clothing. Some items run a little big, but most are true to size. The clothes are very affordable and hold up for quite awhile. Over all very pleased with this company

I ordered a lot of things on-line. Half of it was a perfect size for me. However some dresses were too big even though it was the same size S and my bikini were too small. I tried to return at the store. However, I could not get my money back. The only option was to get a store card, which was ok, because sometimes I go to Forever 21. However, some things such as belling suits and bikinis could not been returned at the store... WHY? So you have to ship it back. Shipment I had to pay myself. Plus... I never got my money back. I sent my bikinis on time, but money were never refunded. I called in a month since there says allow 2-3 weeks for company to credit your account and I gave it extra week or so. When I called, customer representative told me to email my receipts with shipment to them just to show that I shipped my items in 10 days. However, the email address that was provided by representative was not accurate, I had to find it myself on Google and it is another story. There are a few email addresses and not all of them are valid. Than I called again to a customer service and they told me that I have to allow them to process my request. Anyways, long story short. I never got my money back and an excuse was that my claim was frozen or declined since it was more than a month since I returned my clothes and they can't send them back to me.
I will never recommend online shopping at Forever 21. Because of $35 just to lose a customer is not worth it.

FIX THE DAMN SITE! THERES NO REASON WHY WINDSOR, CHARLOTTE RUSSE, H&M ETC ALL MAKE SURE THEIR WEBSITE IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL INTERNET BROWSERS AND YOU CAN'T! I'M SO TIRED OF TRYING TO CHECK OUT AND THE DAMN BASKET KEEPS SAYING EMPTY! FIX IT! I TRIED INTERNET EXPLORER, SAFARI, CHROME AND ON MY IPHONE AND I CAN'T CHECK OUT ON NEITHER!

Virtually anything I have bought from Forever 21 that has rayon in it has shrunk despite following care directions exactly. Nothing is preshrunk. Don't waste your money.

Unprofessional management team at Forever 21 1040 Broadway New York New York. Arrived at 11:00 AM Monday morning supposed to be interviewed by Israel brown very unprofessional person he just walked around with his protégé and ignored me I left After a hour People like Israel brown should not be in the retail business I've been in this business for over 30 years never seen nothing that's so unprofessional

I love Forever! This review is just for the site as often customer service at the stores leaves a lot to be desired. It's true that sometimes shipping can take a little longer than usual but it's usually free so I'm willing to wait a couple extra days. The clothes often come in plastic so they are clean and it's really easy to return anything to one of the stores. I wouldn't waste any time sending the package back since you can just get store credit or even exchange it right away. I actually have a lot of luck with shoes from the site too - they come fresh in the box with all tissue so they have never even been tried on. Sizing can be interesting but remember Forever 21 doesn't make the clothes, they buy them from mass distributors. Just be prepared that you may want to return some things - the prices make it worth it as the stores always have different products than the website. Most of my wardrobe is from here and I get complimented on my clothes regularly - so be patient and you'll be happy!

Forever 21 Online Buyers Beware... 1 item was missing from order (there was a huge gash in FedEx pkg & looks like it fell out. I even took a time-stamped pic just in case...) and it has been a month and they refuse to credit back my bank account until they are finished with their inquiry to their shipping company/or until they hear back from their shipping company who made the mistake. What if it takes 6 months or even a year?! Does that give them the right to hold MY money hostage?! This is crazy! Have never had this happen with any other company... if an item is missing, I automatically call to report it and receive a refund. Then they said there were no supervisors/managers available or there... really?! At 10 a. M?. Wow! Forever 21 then had the nerve to flag my account so when I tried to call back (couple times) to get a manager, they automatically forward me to the last person who refused to help me in the first place, until I asked for a different gender. Unbelievable! It also appears that they have outsourced their customer service department to another country and they were not nice/helpful AT ALL! NEVER shopping at Forever 21 EVER AGAIN!

Don't order from Forever 21 online. Id tattoo that on my forehead if I could.

I ordered items, they never arrived. $400 worth of clothes ( new wardrobe for my weight gain that included panties, bras, pants, shirts, one or two dresses so I have clothes for any occasion). I called them many many times for three months straight and they kept on refusing to give me back my money, I don't know why because it was mine in the first place.

I even got to the point where I didn't want back my money back and asked if it's possible for me to get store credit. Nothing. They never made an effort to call me or email me back on my issue in those three months, I always had to contact them first. I was informed four times that a supervisor would call me within the hour. Never got any of the four calls.

I've never begged back for money for this long and hard in my life. I pretty much started to feel like I'm being too desperate for my own money and it felt really awkward because it didn't make sense... clearly.

I've gotten emotional over it many times and eventually decided to let it go so I can forget about it. Not a day goes by without me remembering my hard earned money going lost like that. I'm writing this review 1 month after I gave up and I'm still so upset and pretty much depressed that no one at Forever 21 was willing to help.

Whenever I think about my situation with them, wherever I am and whatever I'm doing, I just get so upset still for some reason. Dealing with customer service in America is overall really hard but Forever 21 sets a whole new level of $#*! $#*!ery.

The last review says their apart of Fashion Mia and they are not. People please do your research before you buy. China steals stock images from websites and mislead many people on what they get. FOREVER 21 IS NOT APART OF FASHION MIA. The quality is what you pay for so its a 50/50 chance. Honestly do your research before you purchase something because China does steal stock images from websites like forever 21 macy's and many more.

My experience with forever21 has been always not so satisfactory. A. There are no hours of operation on the door. B. customer service is so bad my daughter wanted to buy a shirt and wanted my opinion, we walked in the store 15 min to close a girl said " Hi we will be closing in 15 min" I replied " Hi we just need to buy this shirt thanks" we took the shirt on our way to pay for the shirt another girl goes" Hi we will be closing shortly like in 10 minutes" I got upset and told that girl "Yes other girl did reminded us but if closing time is so important to you may be you should have that on the door so everyone would know". I left the store WITHOUT BUYING THE SHIRT If I would be treated like this I would NOT BUY AT THAT STORE.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
BAD PRODUCTS IN A WEEK OR 2 YOU WILL SEE WHOLES IN THE SHIRTS
WORSE RETURN POLICES.
FOOLING YOUNG GIRLS WITH BAD PRODUCT PREMIUM PRICES.
I wish I would have read the review before wasting my time and energy.

Is what I say to myself every time a cute top or a cute lil pair of shorts catches my eyes! Cause then I would probably buy it then after two days... TWO DAYS of owning it and just barely trying it on, it breaks. IT LITERALLY BREAKS INTO HALF! This has happened 8 times to me. You've been warned.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ONLINE STORE. YOU CAN ORDER, BUT THEY MAKE YOU GO THROUGH HELL TO RETURN IT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOCATED IN INDIA. I RETURNED THE ITEM BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG. I SENT IT BACK RIGHT AWAY, WITH ALL TAGS INCLUDED, NEVER WORN. They said that they couldn't see the package on their system. The good thing is I paid with PayPal so I know I'm going to get refunded because thank God I kept the tracking number for the package. Besides, right now their website it's telling that their payment system got hacked so they're saying to all customers to check their credit cards. So yeah, if you want to order, be very careful and I advise using PayPal. I've order from Bostonproper and venus.com and I've never had this awful experience. You're already aware.

This was my third time having issues with forever 21 online, so now I'm done. They have lost a very good customer. This past month alone I spent almost $500 and I've spent close to 2k in the past two years. Every time I've called Customer Service for help no matter what the issue was, they would offer no help, they would just give me some random email address to instead contact with my issue. I Would have to take all sorts of pictures and waste my valuable time going back-and-forth with them. Yet Never have I been offered a resolution for any of my issues. Except one time they did tell me they were going to refund me for a defective item along with provide me with a coupon towards my next purchase, but then after patiently waiting for weeks I got nothing. I called three times to ask where was my refund or coupon was and again nobody helped me they just gave me the runaround and eventually I gave up. That's what their customer service always does, they give you the runaround until you give up with no actual expectations to resolve anything that goes wrong during your online shopping experience. Shame they lost such a loyal customer. Never have I had such horrible retail experience dealing with customer service especially when I'm spending good money. In this industry you should really take good care of your customers to get their repeat business. I'm so fed up I actually hate them, regardless of how much I liked their clothes they will not be getting another penny from me. I hope they learn some day.

I love the look and style of the products at Forever21. However, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I purchased a cami dress with a zipper on the side. Upon arrival, the zipper was hard to move but I figured it would get easier with more use. After the FIRST time I wore it, the zipper broke. Since I had removed the tag to wear the dress, the company WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE RETURN even though the zipper was faulty (since I only wore it once for an hour or so). I have never seen people disregard customers like this before. Normally companies are supposed to cater to customers to keep them happy. This company seems like it couldn't care about us at all. They have lost me as a customer

I ordered a dress, paid for next day express shipping. This was in February, still haven't received the dress. It's September. I have called a dozen times, first two they weren't able to start a claim. Gave it some time, four calls in a row, the started a claim, but really didn't. Each time a new claim was supposed to be processed. Three times a representative was supposed to call me back with information on my missing package. No calls. I had also been emailing, never received a response. Called last month AGAIN, only to find out my package has reached the date of expiration for claims. So, no longer their fault or responsibly. $75 throw away. This is the third missing package over the course of a few years. Also, if you use their PayPal option, you cannot get a refund, only store credit. This used to be my go to for inexpensive basics and the occasional wear once or twice' dress, since the majority of their products don't last longer than that. Their customer service is a joke, in and out of their stores.

"My order # *******. I had spent over $350 at Forever21 online. In the past, I never had any problems shopping online at this store. Not this time. Nearly every single article of clothing I had bought were not sized as advertised. They were much, much smaller then the site said they were.

I tried on all my clothes, every single shirt and skirt too small to even fit on. I thought, "No big deal... I will just exchange them". I have exchanged with this company once in the past and had no problems what-so-ever. Apparently they had changed their policies in the past year.

Not only do they not exchange, you can only return. If you return you have to pay money out of your own pocket to send the shipment back. Customer service told me it would take up to two months to get my money back for return items. They also said I could drive to a store to return them, but only for store credit.

Not only are they lying about the clothes they are selling, they are stealing from people. I wrote 5 comments on several of the the clothes I bought to let other girls know that the clothes run small. Forever 21 deleted the comments, only keeping the "good" comments about their products. I am never buying from them again. "

AM A LOYAL GREAT ONLINE CUTOMER SHOPPER... I WENT TO GO MAKE COUPLES OF RETURNS ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS OLD AND NEW ORDERS... I JUST ASK FOR A SIMPLE GIFT CARD EXCHANGE OR CREDIT... AND I WAS DENIED THAT... SO I WILL NO LONGER EVER SHOP AT FOREVER21 ONLINE OR AT THE STORE. AND I WILL TO ANYTHING TO LET OTHER PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS RIDICULOUS POLICY YOU PEOPLE HAVE AND EVEN REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! GOOD BYE!

I almost always get DEFECTIVE items, which they never ever own up to! This time i'm pissed! Odered a pair of shoes and they broke, INSTANLY! Spoke to a few representatives, one (Angelica) who says she put me on hold, but she muted my call never got back to me. And another, Erwin, who at least sent m to a managers #, but they never answered, I waited more than the 20 minutes you see in the picture...
NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

I was with my friend and she was trying on clothes. I have never had a problem standing outside the dressing room in the hall way to give my opinion of the clothing. The lady that was working told me that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room because I was a male. She said extremely rude it was policy and forced me to stand outside of the dressing room area. Keep in mine there was a mother sitting outside her daughters dressing room. I then grabbed a cute pair of pants that I would have bought if I wasn't so rudely disrespected and asked her to try them on. She then goes up to her manager and ask (loudly) if I was allowed to try them on. The manager told her that she could not tell me I couldn't and she proceeded to lead to a dressing room. When I left the dressing area I spoke to the same manager who was very helpful and explained the situation to. I have never been more disrespected and will NEVER shop at the forever 21 in the mall of Acadiana.

I was a online forever 21 customer for a long time till i didn't receive my order which was placed in middle of June. The tracking number (ups) i received only shows it's delivered to local postal office. After few days waiting, I decided to request my order status. This time, they gave me another tracking number (usps) which shows the package is delivered and ask me wait till 10 business days to start their investigation. On July 17th, I called them to request my order status again and got an affidavit form (pdf) to fill out by email. Meanwhile, I was informed forever 21 will need another 3 weeks to finish the investigation. On July 18th, i got another email says they can't accept the one i sent b/c they only accept the hand signature. I can't believe this is how they solve the non-delivered order issue. Always create new problems for customer who already paid but receive nothing.

One more thing... the customer service over the phone told me they can send me the form and i can send it back after filling it out by hand. No doubt, she said it gonna take longer to process the investigation.

I ordered a sweater using my forever21 account last night, and on the first couple of tries there was an error. Either my shipping address was apparently wrong (it wasn't), or some popup error came up and there was no indication that the order had gone through. I decided to try a guest checkout on my phone, which did work, and I got the email verification right away. However, today I looked at my account since I was shopping again, and it turns out that two of the orders on my account, even though they had errors pop up when I tried to submit them, had gone through. So I had 3 orders (2 on my account, 1 from the guest checkout) of the same item. I called customer service, and had to wait about 5 minutes (not bad, I understood that they were busy), and luckily, without much trouble, I was able to cancel 2 of 3 orders. Overall, I was a little upset about the mistake, but happy that forever21 at least corrected it. Just a warning to everybody though, I called only about 8 hours after my orders were put through, which means that they were still new and had not been shipped or processed yet. I saw some other reviews that said if you did not notice something was wrong for a while, forever21 might not refund you. I probably won't shop online again, but I will definitely still go to their stores in the mall.
