“Cute clothes for great prices!”

I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

“Package undeliverable”

I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

Forever 21 was my all time favorite store... notice that I wrote "was". I ordered about $170.00 worth of clothing online. While shopping around for shirts, I glanced at the reviews and noticed many people mentioned to buy a medium. Apparently it was supposed to shrink after the first wash. I was excited when my package arrived at the end of the week. Seven shirts were too big, so much for the helpful reviews, and I also bought shorts and long denim jeans, both way too large. I read the return policy and it said return to this LA address. So... I did. I tracked my package and it arrived on time and was returned to the right location. But one week went by and still no credit. I went on the website and looked at the return policy. Two bullets into reading the paragraph, I saw in bold: Non-refundables. Under that bullet was E-cards. Well there went my $85.00. This store is one big joke. It's so cheap that the packages have to be returned by USPS... they can't be returned the same way they came, by UPS. I had to spend my own money, which was $13.00, on sending the package back, and then learned I'm getting no credit for the clothes that didn't fit. That whole process is just one ginormous joke.
Forever 21 just lost a lifelong customer.

These people need to learn how to run a business as well as some customer service even if they are "forever 21". I place an order, I order $40 worth of stuff so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping one one top. This meant slower than snail mail from California to Indiana. They said at tops 8 days from order to delivery but the way they count their days it was 10. I complained about the slow service and they told me I should be thankful for free shipping. In the days between ordering and delivery I placed several orders with other sites all with free delivery, some came in 2 days every order came before 21's except the order coming from China. The quality of the items looks ok for the price. The top they claimed to be off white or cream turned out to be pure white(I know off white or cream are tough to match but I know pure white too!). I'm not as miffed about that as the shipping and cavalier attitude. There is no time to find another desperately needed cream top for an important event.

WORST SERVICE EVER... I ordered four items for an event I had and paid $18.00 for express 3 day shipping. TEN DAYS LATER I received my packages in two separate shipments and one of my items wasn't even there! I have tried to contact the company as I would like to be reimbursed for the extra cash I forked over for the quick shipping multiple times and have had NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Absolutely furious with this awful experience

Tip for consumers:
don't ever do it, take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

I bought 7 pants from the online store but it was way too long so I returned it to the store which was so far away from my home. When I got to the store returned it all and got my receipt which confirmed that they will refund to my original account.

Guess what, wait for 3 weeks my bank isn't reflect the refund from forever 21.

So I called to the store and then called to corporate office, even called to my bank tried to resolve this problems. The bank said forever 21 never did a refund, no information at all. The guy at the corporate office didn't care at all, they ask me to call my bank. This forever 21's customers service was not helpful at all. I have a business too and I know they can check with their own merchant company easily and did the refund, the guy simply not willing to help. The store manager said it's the corporate office's responsible to do the refund. I tried to call back my credit card services and ask for dispute right away.

Forever 21 such a scammer. Even though I have the refund receipt, but it's useless, be aware they will never refund to you!

Tip for consumers:
No refund from this store. Even thought you have a receipt confirmation, they have no promise. Do not do business with this store.

I purchased $120 worth of clothing and was not aware of the return policy, which is "ONLY STORE CREDIT". I went the same day to return my purchase and was told by a cashier to "stand outside and sell my store credit". This store is ridiculously unprofessional and I will not be returning. All I want is my money back.

Purchased a bomber jacket and within the first wash the seems became undone. They will not guarantee their products and not replace them. Terrible Customer Service, Poor quality!

Well I recently purchased 2 skirts from F21 and I couldn't wear them even once! The zippers got stuck and broke and it was a total disaster. They aren't the nicest material either but I got them because they looked cute and everything was fine when I tried them on in store... the kicker though is they wouldn't let me return them even though I never got to wear them once. I didn't want a store credit either to buy some more cheap clothes that'll probably won't last. Soooo I'll be shopping elsewhere. If i could give a 0 i would. NOT IMPRESSED!

Though it has huge variety of clothes, I don't recommend anyone to buy anything there. The quality is the worst I've seen in my life. My new dress tore apart the first time I wore it.

This might more of a comment than a question, but a blouse/shirt purchased from Forever 21 as a gift for my great neice on her birthday and she wore it once then it was washed per the instructions and when it was taken out of the wash it had shrunk up so badly it was to small to wear again, so we took it back to Forever 21 with hopes of exchanging for another item, however the staff would not take it back for exchange as it was a gift and we did not have a receipt and we did not keep the tags, but clearly it was purchased at Forever 21as the tag in the shirt tag stated Forever 21 and we did not expect it to shrink up to fit a toddler. So we walked out of the store disappointed and i would never purchase anything from Forever 21 again... it was my first and last shopping to this store. Hopefully the other items she recieved from Forever 21 will not shrink like the shirt. P.S.
She was very disappointed as she realy like that shirt.

One star is too generous for this store. This store is the WORST store Ive ever shopped at. How can they prohibit you from returning something less than 30 days from receipt. They use the postmark date as the date you receive it. It's total fraud. I informed Marco M, supposedly a supervisor, of the fact that I was out of town and came back to my package. Washed one of the shirts the day I got home. Quality is HORRENDOUS! I can't say enough bad things about this store. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I can't believe that they will not allow you to return merchandise 43 days after it's ordered. And that day is from
The postmarked day which means you have even less than 30 days to hold your items. I WILL BAD MOUTH THIS STORE TO EVERYONE I CAN. I would be embarrassed to be the CEO or work at this store.

I was a little disappointed while trying to return something. Even though the clothes are very inexpensive they are appealing to the eye and can do the job. The cashiers are perky and willing to accept your cash/credit card or check once your ready to buy. The moment you need to return something beware. They have the worst return policy. I never thought I would need to use it until I purchased a dress that was defective. The dress was my size and very nice looking. I didn't try it on in the store because I bought a dress just like it and the size was right. However my zipper zipped but it opened in the middle after you zipped it. I told them I wanted to exchange it or get store credit. Well it had been 25 days not the 21 days since time of purchase. It was a delay because I didn't wear the dress for a while since I purchased it. It was too much I went through at the counter for them to tell me no it can't be exchanged or given a store credit but I can go to a tailor. The cashier said "it's probably going to be expensive but we can't take it back here". However I will never purchase another item from Forever 21. They will not get another dollar from me. 11 and G street location

Tip for consumers:
They have the worst return policy. Try on your items before you purchase it.

You guys need to be more like fashion Nova they give you 30% off your entire order if they see you left something in your cart they'll send you a 20% off your entire order also your customer service in Willow Grove Mall sucks the employees are very rude I'm starting to hate this store

Not only does it take over a week to receive goods with no option for express shipping they have Absolutely terrible customer service who are rude when replying to emails and they do not refund you on time even after two weeks of received the return back.

Telling you that the returns are shipped back to Netherlands center for their approval when you have ordered and shipped back to their uk center.

Worst thing is they dont even care just look at the number of bad reviews they have here and they dont care to even reply. Its not long before this company goes bust. This kind of attitude with customers and trying to hold onto their money for as long as you can will not get you far.

I would advise to shop elsewhere this is not a trusted company when it comes to refunds. They will try to do whatever possible to keep your money.

If you buy with a credit card make a chargeback claim so it goes against them. Companies like this that make me sick especially when they patronise you with their email replies.

Forever 21 used to be all about teen fasion and style. Now you guys have went totally Grandma on us. If may say you should just change the name to Forever 80! I'd rather shop at H&M for now on!

My daughter loves this store, I open a credit card to get rewards since we are there almost every week, I open my statement and I see a $15 rewards that expired I called for the first time to ask if theyll allowed me to used and they said once is expired theres nothing they can do, but yes I have a $0 balance, have a high credit limit and they dont care care about customer service, very disappointed

I was very disappointes with my products. After I placed tbe order the delivery date was set for thursday and I ordered in on Sunday. On Thursday the date switched to Friday, and then on Friday the date switched to Saturday. So that kond of upset me. Iordered a tank top and a kimono. The tank top ended up coming in like I wanted it to. But when opened the package that had my kimono in it, I saw that the on the shoulder it was ripped. I chose not to send the kimono back as I haad been waiting for it for a while. Im very disappointed in the quality and the shipping.

Tip for consumers:
choose a different store to shop at. These clothes are priced too high for such low quality.

I went to forever 21 at the nebraska crossing outlet just to pick up some stuff on sale. When i got to the check out its was about $45 for 4 tshirts. The guy who was checking my clothes out told me he couldnt sell me a jacket so i was already mad. He added up all of the clothes wrong and instead of giving me $30 in change HE GAVE ME $7. I didnt even leave the store when i realized it wasnt right. I looked for my receat but it wasnt in my bag like he said it was. He kept it because he knew he took my money. So i go back to check out and after an hour they just hand me a store credits card... I DONT EVEN LIVE NEAR THAT STORE and you can only use it at that one store in town. UGH im still mad. The guy was rude and so was the manager. NEVER GOING BACK!

I tried to buy from Forever21.com but they just wouldn't let me place my order. I live out in the country so we don't get USPS mail (we have a PO box in town), but we do get FedEx and UPS. Websites generally let me place an order with my street address and PO box address as part of the zip code -- not Forever21.com! They rejected my street address with no possible way to override their irrelevant check, and so tried to charge me extra for USPS priority mail to ship to my PO box even though my order qualified for free shipping. I tried to start a chat session to get a representative to override their address check, and their chat provider doesn't run on my Linux laptop. HELLLOOOO Forever21 -- you DO know you have competition don't you? Why can't your website work like everybody else's website? Goodby Forever21.com!

Don't believe their promotions! Free shipping is not free.

Do NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT order online from this company! The clothes are far smaller than they suggest and they will NOT return your money or exchange on sale items. Emailing them merely provides the SAME response and they are not willing to negotiate, assist or keep a customer happy. HORRIBLE customer service and POOR quality of clothing. I would never walk in their store again.

The pants are elastic and form fitting. Perfect fit. I was not sure if the fabric was going to be comfortable by viewing one of the photos but they are great!
