“Cute clothes for great prices!”

I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

I placed an order 17 days ago, and I still didn't get it. They say that my address was not deliverable! When I called customer service to see what went wrong as what happened is very odd, he was very unhelpful, he said I don't have time to call the postal office to correct this, it's a Monday! When I asked him to give me his first name, he was like "they call me ER". I asked him to let me talk to a supervisor, he stalled and said the supervisor might not be available then he put me on hold and said this might take a while, like 10 minutes. I said no problem I'll wait and guess what! It was only 20 seconds till I talked to a supervisor which was fully aware of the whole situation (I don't know how in 20 seconds). Anyway, the supervisor named "Joycee" told me she will personally look into this and will investigate and get back to me in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later and nothing, I called them again, and asked to speak with her, they said she was not available to speak right now. They said I have to wait for my order to go back to shipper which might take up to 3 weeks, then they will send me an email asking what to do next, If I was to ask for it to be shipped again it will take an extra 5-9 business days. Do the math. That's like getting my order after 2 months! Absurd! They refused to make another order and expedite it then cancel this one. Seriously by far, that is the WORST customer service EVER! Never again shopping from there!

DO NOT GET A FOREVER 21 CREDIT CARD. MY DAUGHTER RECEIVED ONE. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY DISHONEST! IF YOU USE THEIR CREDIT CARD THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU MONTHLY WHETHER YOU USE IT OR NOT. EVEN IF YOU DO PAY THEM ON TIME, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE. SINCE THEY ARE NOT IN THIS COUNTRY THEY DON'T CARE. MY DAUGHTER RETURNED A PAIR OF BOOTS AND THEY DID NOT CREDIT HER ACCOUNT AND DEMANDED PAYMENT.

I have been haggling for 3 months for a package that was shipped to store, and lost in transit. My order was placed on April 21. I received an email shipment confirmation on the same day. One month later, the package had not been received by the store, and the order status still stated Shipped. I called customer service and was told they would investigate the matter, and I would hear from them in 3 - 5 days. Customer service never contacted me; the store did not receive my items; the shipping status remained at shipped. I called back in June. Same ordeal. Customer service told me they escalated the matter and would get back to me with results. Two weeks later no word from Customer Service; no package received; status still says Shipped. I called Customer Service yet again, and requested that, since it has become evident my package was lost in transit, and as a customer courtesy, that my items be re-ordered and sent to me via express shipping as a courtesy. Customer Service informed me that PER FOREVER 21 POLICY they will not re-order the items, and instead, told me my only option was a refund. In order to process my refund, they needed to reach out to the store for a THIRD time and wait for the store's response. I frequently shop online and I have never before encountered a store that will go out of their way to displease the customer. Three months in transit with no receipt renders it obvious that package is clearly lost. I will go out of my way to tell anyone and everyone that I can about Forever 21's dishonest and fraudulent practices.

Ordered 4 items about 11 days ago, still has yet to be shipped or have a tracking number. It says it was prepared to be shipped on the 23rd, it's now the 28th and it has yet to even leave Florida. I can imagine it will take another week to even receive it when it leaves the warehouse. DONT ORDER ONLINE

I used to buy from Forever 21 a lot because of the convenience, but always ran into trouble with the fact that they didn't accept returns. Recently, I needed some clothes for a themed event I was attending and looked to Forever 21. I found a couple things and saw that they now accepted returns up to 30 days, so I went ahead and purchased them. Apparently to my mistake, I used PayPal to pay.
Fast forward two weeks and I'm trying to return some items to the store. However, the lady at the register AND the manager tells me that she can only return them for store credit. Before this experience I've payed with PayPal multiple times for the convenience of not having to put in my card every time I place and order and NEVER have I ran into this problem before. I even asked if I ship it back would it be for store credit and they said yes. And the dumbest part is that this is not advertised on the Forever 21 website. Now I'm stuck with almost $70 of merchandise or store credit that I do not want. Really terrible experience and customer service. Will not be shopping at Forever 21 again.

Don't buy online. They charge retunrs. Locations are far. No solutions unless you drive to a return place you will have to pay even items are in really poor quality

Tip for consumers:
Buy somewhere with more convenient places for returns

Cheap quality, bad customer service, even worse return policy. Overall not worth shopping at, and if you haven't encountered a problem with them yet- you're bound to soon. There workers are all extremely rude and surly, they roll their eyes and don't even look at you, and secretly make fun of customers with their coworkers behind their backs. They do not know business and hire absolutely repulsive people who don't know what they're doing. I bought a couple things that were expensive from there, used a measly 10% off coupon, when I reviewed my order everything looked fine, but when it came they looked nothing like the picture and did not fit. So I try to return them and on the receipt is says everything is final sale and you can't return them? I knew sale items were non-returnable but with a 10% off coupon? It did NOT say final sale on any of the items on the receipt online, that is FRAUD! Whole website is a scam and absolutely horrible quality. Also the people that shop there are even worse, they're all rude wannabes. Not a good store to associate with. And their return policy is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! You can't return anything and get a refund, you only get a store credit. Which is useless because I will never shop there again. Also their shipping service is really bad and slow, it took over 2 weeks to get one little item I got from there. Overall I would give them a one star rating and would not buy from them ever again.

THEY SUCK. I had spent $30 on shipping to be expedited. I needed the outfit 2 days from when I ordered. I had no idea about the time slot as to when to order for expedited shipping to occur. They were no help, did not refund my shipping, AND I have to ship BACK to the store since they are only online. SO F THIS COMPANY.

YOU WILL MAKE A ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT. INVESTIGATE THEY CALL IT. HOW YOU GOING TO INVESTIGATE A MISSING PACKAGE. ALL THE REVIEWS SAY THE SAME THING. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. I THINK THEY ARE JUST TAKING YOUR MONEY. I GOT A TRICK FOR THEM THOUGH BECAUSE I ORDERED THROUGH KLARNA AND THEY WON'T GET ANOTHER PAYMENT BECAUSE I STOPPED THE PAYMENT PROCESS. I HAVE NO OUTFIT SO THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. DON'T SHOP HERE PERIOD! OH BY THE WAY I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS WHAT SO EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS AGAINST YOU AND WON'T SEND OUT THE ITEMS AGAIN OR GIVE YOU A REFUND. THEY JUST STEALING YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a package that costs about $55 and it never came while my sister who ordered the same thing got her package within 2 days. Now that's fine and all but when I called them a week later after my purchase date they directed me to usps. I called usps who said that they printed a shipping label but never actually got the package. I called forever 21 who appointed me to usps again saying the package left the warehouse. So I called usps again they said they don't have it. I called forever 21 again who then sent me an affidavit to fill out so they can "investigate". I filled it out right away waited a week. I never got confirmation that they even got my affidavit nor did they tell me what was going on. I called again they said they received my affidavit and that it was approved they just never informed me about the process at all and the lady said I would get a refund within 24 hours. I never got my refund so I called again after 3 days they told me I have to wait a whole billing period (a month) to get my money. Which is bs if a returned package takes a week to refund this should not take a month when they already finish investigating. Anyway never got my refund even though I kept calling (which every call wait time is about 20-30 minutes plus the time it takes to explain the situation another 10 minutes plus useless answers and attitude from the person). I had to call my bank to resolve this because forever 21 sucks.

First I put in an order and the discount was applied, processed payment and the discount wast applied... I called and asked for a credit for my card and they said I could only cancel and re order... I explained that 5 of the 14 items I ordered were no longer available... and they were very rude and said there's nothing they could do... So I cancel my order

I re order and the same problem happens, when I click to put my card info in the promo removes it self from the order... I call to tell them its not working... They say on their end its working and again are rude... I try on my lap top, phone, apple tv... same thing... then am told its because the offer is only in US... Which I asked why am I being emailed with the promo... I then try an hour later and it works...

Cut to tracking my order now, the info not available... I call and they say there was an issue and the item cant be tracked... I review a bunch of reviews and this seems to happen all the time that people wait up to 6 weeks to get their items... Where I was told 2-10 days. Now its untraceable and I have dresses for bridesmaids that may not be here in time so I have to purchase them some where else in the off chance they don't arrive...

All and all the biggest headache and most unorganized place I have ever had to deal with.

I have never had a problem with forever 21 until about three months ago. I order 55 dollars worth of clothes that I never received. I spent a month going in circles with them and the carrier only for them to say that it was lost. After a 10 day waiting period to receive the proper paperwork for a refund and sending it back it has been another month (May 21st) stating that I would receive my full refund in 8 to 10 business days and it could take up to two billing cycles to see it. It is now June 20 and I have yet to see in enter my bank account. So I called the customer service line and all they had to say was "it was posted on into your account on May 21st". But I told them that the email stated 8 to 10 days. And she replied with "I'm sorry it says here it was already posted to your account. I can send over the right paperwork for you to send to your bank so they can investigate it for you but there isn't anything else I can do." So now I don't even get my money back because they want to run you around in a circle and keep all the money. This is pathetic and wrong. If you aren't going to refund someone's money then don't tell them you will and make them go through the long process of trying to get it back just to be lied to at the end of it. I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know and then some not to shop here as well. It is the worst customer Serrano worst business on the planet.

Its always the items that I like the most that somehow get lost in the shipping? This has happened several times now. And then to put the salt on the woud they make you wait till the last day possible even thos the tracking is not even showing up to get your refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ie.
Order placed Jan 6th.
Shipping & tracking notification received Jan 7th.
Jan 14th - shipper has not received the package as of yet.
Jan 15th I call the CS and they say I have to wait full 10 business days for them to address the no tracking showing up.
Jan 20th- THey say the SHIPPER lost the package and I now get the refund because they are now sold out on the item I wanted. I have to wait 5-10 business days to receive my refund.

Edit: The item i wanted is now full price and they wont honor the same price I placed an order in the first place.

Wow! This company shipped a large package worth over $400 to the wrong address, an address over 6 years old that their system somehow pulled up for an order even though every other package I've gotten over the past six years has come to the correct address and the woman in a different country refused to put me on the phone with a manager and said there is absolutely NOTHING they will do to help me receive my order that they are not liable. How they billed my card with an incorrect billing address that is that old AND incorrect I do not know and I will be contacting my bank. I have to rate everthing from the order 1 star since I have paid for the items but will never be able to wear it, DISGUSTING to treat your customers this way!

I order at forever 21 and had some items I wanted to send back. I have been waiting for 4 facking weeks to get the return labels and FOUR WEEKS. Its a facking joke 100 usd flushed through the toilet... NEVER ORDERING THERE EVER AGAIN

I ordered about 7 items online and I did store pick up as I had a bad experience in the past for doing home delivery, therefore I have decided to do store pick up since then, thinking it will be convenient. But no, this time I never got my package. I ordered on 08/27/2018, after few days later I got a confirmation email that my items are ready for pick up in store on 09/07/2018. I went to the store to pick up on 09/12/2018, they told me they do not have it. I called forever21helpline, the representative from customer service told me that the item was delivered and it was scanned at the store by an employee, she also shared the employee ID number who received my package with the store manager over the phone. They just didn't even investigate about my package and told me to get a refund. I told them if the item was scanned, then how can it be lost just like that. Such a bad experience, I was excited and was looking forward for my shopping. They have wasted my time and energy, I drove to the store to pick up. They didn't even look around properly. By their actions and what forever21 customer service representative told me over the phone, one can only assume that there is something fishy and my package was not lost instead the store people might have kept it. They don't care about their customers. Such a waste, I will not suggest anyone to do business with them if you want that kind of service. It was very unprofessional..

Completely disappointed in the company forever21. Never going to get my business again. Order well over 100 dollars worth of clothes and accessories for my vacation coming up. Apparently the bill information was wrong so the cancel my order. The next day when I saw the email, i immediately called there CUSTOMER SERVICE (where they had extremely bad customer service) I have emphasis on the CUSTOMER because they didn't seem to care about the way I felt and argued with me about speaking with a manager. Anywho, I called forever21 and tried to re-submit my order. Then proceed to tell me that the clothes I ordered are no longer available. So just because my billing information was wrong they sent my order back out to the public so people could buy it without even giving me a day to correct my mistake. Now they are telling me I am $#*! out of luck and the cloth I want to purchase have been sold. I can't believe they don't hold the purchase for at least 3 day to give you a chance to get your order corrected. Just goes to show that big company only care about money and not their customers. Hopefully this will inspire others to NEVER shop that there store and maybe invest into a small business where they will take care you you 100%.

Atleast they don't hate fat people like Abercrombie... I'd by Forever 21 clothes over their anytime. I like these guys- find them similar to Mandees and Joyce Leslie.

I almost forgot about Forever21 until I saw a promotional email stating their sale items were up to 60% off, which seems to be the norm these days given that the popularity of this brand is going down.

OVERALL QUALITY: 5/10

SHIPPING: Almost 4 weeks =/

I purchased $200 worth of workout attire, jewelry, and a few random clothing pieces. It was honestly not worth spending the money on since the quality wasn't the best. While Forever21 was great in my teens, I wouldn't really recommend it now that I'm in my mid-20s. There are far better online stores you can shop at that are reasonably priced.

Anyway, the only item out of the whole purchase that I wore out was this dress which I will include a picture of.

I would give 0 rating but that's not allowed. The GM was annoyed my returns where holding up her line, even though I pre-explained I had a lot of returns at the moment. I expressed frustration over not being able to return a couple items. She got annoyed with us and started cursing at me and refused to ring me up for the last three items that I was going to purchase for that day. She walked away and I push those items from the counter onto the floor and cursed back at her. She came from behind the counter and pushed a rack of clothes on top of me, Which made me fall to the floor. Her and two other employees grab me by my hair and drag me behind the register and proceeded to beat me. I have a 2 x 6" wound on my right leg, a head laceration approximately in the middle of my forehead, she exacerbated already current conditions such as fibromyalgia and severe arthritis. I had to be helped out into the lift and I'll end up to my apartment when the wife drop me off. I Ended with her a 2 employees beating and assaulting me in store. The GM name is Sebreonia Goodman and this was the store at 200 E Pratt at, Baltimore, Maryland *******, in the gallery mall inner harbor, below are bruises from the locked and hitting me.

As if the extremely low quality of clothing wasn't bad enough. DO NOT SIGN UP for their Comenity Bank Credit Card. Tried to close my account, nothing but lies on the other end. They keep charging even after the account is closed through a scam-like system called ACCOUNT ASSURE. One man authorized my payment without my consent at the Comenity Bank service line, talked to a supervisor not sure what happened with that.

Never work for Forever 21. It is the most ridiculous company to work for. They will change the weekly schedule AT LEAST 3 times per week, with or without your notice. They will make you work sick if you don't have both a dr note and a cover. They made me come in and work stock from 1am to 11 am with the flu. Go to school? Nope not anymore, that's pretty much out of the question here. They are not flexible with you. My co-workers applied with a set availability based on school and they still scheduled and made them come in. Another co worker needed time off during holiday season because grandma is dying, they would not give her a single day off. She quit. Amoung the other 20 of us. Not to mention they have 72 hours to give you your final paycheck... yeah, no. They said they were mailing it. I came in a month later, they still had it in the store. Also didn't give us our w2 on time. Way last due. Horrible company, unorganized and very disrespectful and careless. This is from my experience at Clackamas Town center. Take my advice. Even my assistant managers quit.

I had made an online purchase that had 4 items. Out of these 4 were 2 pairs of shoes that did not fit. I drove up to the store 20 miles from my house 3 times. Every single time I went up there, their card machines did not work. They were unable to refund my money, and the 30 day limit passed for online purchases because their card machines weren't working. I didn't want to send the shoes back by mail because you have to pay the return shipping. Why would you want to PAY to return something that is brand new, with tags, and has never been worn before?!? I contacted customer service, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do because the 30 days were up, which I would've met the 30 days if it wasn't their fault for the card machines to work. (By the way, this Forever 21 store is the one located at the Mall of Georgia, later I Googled them and came to find out their ratings were at a 2/5 stars. Now I understand why, i even tried to reach them on the phone and no one ever answered after waiting a good 5 minutes listening to the phone keep ringing) My business will be taken elsewhere since it seems like they're all in it for the money, and not even about the customer experience.
