I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
Ordered 2 shirts from them for my uniform for a new job I got two months ago. I paid for the 2-3 business day shipping to try to have it in time for my first set of shifts. 2 weeks later, have heard nothing, have received nothing so I email them (I ended up finding some shirts that worked for the uniform locally in the meantime). I emailed their support about why I haven't received my $60 worth of merchandise and they blame me for putting down the wrong address. I check the order tracking email they sent me initially and confirm that the address I had put down is my current address and is the address I wanted the shirts sent to. I emailed them back with confirmation the address I had put down was correct. They continue to say that the address I had put in was wrong and that it was therefore my fault that I didn't receive the package. Blaming a customer who has proven your attempt to cover your $#*! as invalid is a shifty business model. I've been a customer of Forever 21 for awhile buying everything from shirts, pants, and other accessories for myself and my younger siblings but I will never buy another item from them if this is how they handle mistakes online.

I was hesitating between 3 stars or 4 stars, but since I'm in a good mood I chose 4 (If I could I would have put 3.5 though). I ordered a couple of time from Forever 21 online and it's ok. I always received the right item, in the right size. Although it did happened once that a necklace came in the mail broken up in tiny pieces, I was confused a bit, luckily I was able to return it in store ( they didn't give me a refund, they put the amount of the broken necklace on a gift card - a whooping 6,50$). The only big problem I have with them is sizing. Am I the only one who feels like their proportions are off? Some items just fit completely wrong and look one to two size smaller than the size I ordered. However I think this is just their sizing so not a 'real' problem. (But still like, why do my thighs are getting asphyxiated by the legs of a pair of jeans but my waist is literally not touching any fabric because it's to big?) would not put forever 21 as my first online store choice but would not, not recommend it.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Return an order of 8 pair of jeans; which were all too small. I paid $20.00 to get a shipping from USPS. After three weeks and no refund, I contact Forever 21. They inform me the items has not been returned to the warehouse yet that I need to make a claim with USPS. Which is ridiculous as online is clearly saying the package was delivered. I went to post office and they provided me with the person name and exact time the package was received by the warehouse. I call Forever 21 back with this new information and they say the warehouse has not scan the package yet and advise me to call back in a week. I call back, still no items. After 3 months of dealing with several very rude customer service reps, I finally get a nice rep (Gerlie) and she email the warehouse and find the items were there. She kindly email me and said my refund will issue in original form of payment. I check my account and Forever refund $8.38. They said I only return 1 item. Why would I pay $20.00 to track an $8.38 pair of jeans?
Even worse, the customer service rep (Monica) today act as if its no big deal and she will email the warehouse. I ask for a supervisor and she said no one is available. I ask for contact information to the warehouse and she said its confidential.
Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER order or purchase anything from Forever 21 again.

Some things are way over priced. And customer service is always a problem. However, I still shop in and out quickly if I find something I really like or if I find what I'm looking for.

Was looking for some new summer dresses and Forever21 came to mind. Everything on the website looked great, so I filled out my order and everything seemed fine. Payment went through right away and received email notifications that my order had been shipped a few days later. Waited about a month for the order to arrive, then another email popped up to let me know that my order had been returned to the shipping center and that I would have to call in to reship the order or refund it. I thought that was a little annoying considering it did not give any reason for the order being returned but I decided to call in and try to reship it. The customer service representative I talked to was actually very nice and set up my order to be reshipped (which did end up costing my the shipping fee which was originally free since I had ordered more than $60). So again I play the waiting game and after another month of waiting an email appears and lets me know that my credit card is being charged for the original amount of my order again. After checking with my account I find that yes, it was charged the right amount originally, but then refunded twice for some unknown reason, then charged again. Needless to say the extra hassle was not appreciated and in the end I never received my order.

Definitely YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, that is why I can try to understand their return policy. What is totally unacceptable is that an assistant manager has no manners and is rude, on the top of that, a disrespectful employee shouting in sarcastic tone as you are leaving the store. That is what happened to me at the Forever 21 at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, yesterday November 17th around 4pm. I used to like the store, but after that I do not plan on coming back.
To Corporate: These kind of people representing your store, are really tarnishing the company's name.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH FOREVER 21. Never received my package and I can see that tons of people have also not received their package (or had missing/incorrect items) and have experienced horrible customer service dealing with not being able to contact anyone, no one answers on the phone, no one responds to emails. Since I cannot get a refund, nor store credit, nor a re-shipment of products through Forever 21 because NO ONE RESPONDS I have to CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get this purchase off my card.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn't help me at all. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That's the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it's really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they've gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

I shop very carefully on this website. I just bought $500 worth of clothes and only had to return four items. I have a credit card with Forever 21. I only purchase things on my card. That way you get an order confirmation, Notice of shipping and an email that it's arrived. I have had very good luck with the quality but, like I said, I shop very carefully and check the fabric content on everything. I have pieces I have washed over and over and they still look nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 It's because today I had to call customer service for a return label. The man on the phone was very rude and instead of letting me talk he got louder and spoke over me. I said please listen to me several times and he would not I just hung up. I called back and the 2nd person I got was very helpful and solved all my issues. I also had to call A different call center about my new credit card that I have not received. I reached a woman at a call center in Jamaica and right in the middle of my conversation began to scream obscenities at her boyfriend who had apparently just entered the room. I was mortified. After she was done fighting with him she returned to the call. Wow! If they would improve their customer service they would get 5 stars from me. Most of what I buy from them is 100% cotton and wears very well.
Tip for consumers:
Get a Forever 21 credit card . Since I have gotten a card they take very good care of me. Orders arrive quickly and returns are processed quickly. Check the fabric content on everything and shop carefully. Their tops are usually more junior sizing while Pants and bottoms are usually true to size.

So I ordered a top online, since the store is not available in my town, and it was only $15CAD. The total came up to $32CAD, then f***ing shipping is over $15CAD. So thinking it would be $6 like they said I rang through, then last second I take a glance at the total and realize the money. I try to go back and cancel my order, because I'm not paying $30 for a cheap top at a trash store, AND THEY "CANT MODIFY ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER". A multi million dollar company can't afford to change one order, please never order from them online, they scam so hard.

I bought myself these over the knee high boots along with brackets and necklaces BEFORE Black Friday and it took SOOOOO LONG for my package to arrive! When it finally arrived the necklaces and the bracelets broke and I tried on the boots the heel snapped just from that first try. I called customer service and smh worst experience ever just to get a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They barely speak English and all the time "the supervisor is unavailable". This company is trash and always lies to their customers. NEVER will I be buying anything from this company again! They only gave me a refund for the necklaces and the bracelets but not the boots because of some bull$#*! refund policy that isn't on the website. This company sucks. Do not buy anything from here

Why is it taking and extra week to ship 1 item to me? I ordered a hoodie from the website on the 1st and it said on the shipping tracker it would arrive on the 8th, then it said the 10th, now its saying the 13th, i was just wondering why a single item takes so long to ship and hy they have to push it back so many times.

I bought from Forever 21 a few times, and twice they used Lasership to send my items. Once, two packages arrived with one box open with items removed and the second retaped insecurely. The second delivery date was changed 3 times; then on the date anticipated delivery-- they reported the packages as delivered-- on the previous day. The Customer Service Rep and Supervisor at Forever 21 were very courteous and listened to my concern, yet all they did is refer me to the delivery company, Lasership; and they were no help at all. Neither Forever 21 nor their delivery company, LaserShip could provide any proof of delivery, no picture confirming delivery, only that the driver reported dropping it off. We live in a gated community with security cameras. Besides this, other delivery companies like UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Uber Eats, Dominoes, and USPS all get their packages though but LaserShip doesn't deliver-- or delivers poorly. Forever 21 really needs to do better!
We were home all week, they never delivered, did not provide proof of delivery because they couldn't; and they didn't take accountability for their error. I paid for the items, lost the money and have not received replacement items. This is bad business practice and I am thoroughly disappointed in LaserShip and Forever 21.

This is second time happens to me when I order on line, did not receive my merchandise, and when I contact them, they told me that they were going to open a investigation with ups,... I wait like 3 weeks, and when I called back, they told me that my merchandise was been delivery to me, but they didn't know what happen, I guess they send it to wrong place, so at the end, I lost my money, cause THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY, theI don't know why people like this song, it's just some guy singing in a high pitch auto tuned voice to the plot of a dumb game in wich you sit on a chair look at a camera and close a door when these robotic animals are near you.and this is a "good game". Like really there are tons of games out there and this game get tons of support, in fact so much support that this comment will possibly get hate y don't care if u receive you order or not, not even replace it, sure this place Sucks,,,,,,,,,,,

I went into a Seattle store and made a purchase of $180 of their products. I got home and in going over items, I realise there is a smell coming from 2 items. I never wear clothes I buy before washing them first, so I gave this no thought, other than to place them in wash, upon washing the items with other clothes of mine, I realise that all the clothes in laundry now smells like the 2 items from forever 21. So now the rest of my clothes are ruin. I took the 2 pair pants black into store explained what happened and asked for an exchange( not a refund, not to be compensated for my other cothes). I was told by a manager there is nothing they can do, but I was given a phone number to customer services. I called twice, it was not a number for their company, so had to go back to the store, I asked for them to call this time to resolve the issue, however I still ended up leaving the store with the items. I am now waiting for something to happen, I have a disable child and carting her back and forth for 2 pairs of pant is infuriating. This is 1 of 2 of my favorite clothing store I shop at and its disappointing to feel like I gave this company my money and they gave me a unusable product. I will be posting a review of this infraction until this is resolve.
