I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

“Package undeliverable”

I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

They did not send me the item that I purchased. When I tried to make a complaint they did not care. NEVER again will I buy from there. That's how they make their money by stealing.

This company's attitude towards their customers has completely deteriorated since I started shopping here years ago. I ordered $200 in merchandise back in June. The package was lost, and Forever 21 refuses to issue me a refund. Their claim with the carrier was denied, but I have called the carrier twice to confirm that both myself AND Forever 21 reported the package as lost. The carrier that Forever 21 chooses to work with is not my concern. Their responsibility is to me as a paying customer. Forever 21's customer service team has been sending me the same generic responses for months telling me to reach out to the carrier to obtain proof that the package was lost so that they can issue me a refund. Today the carrier told me that they couldn't send that documentation of proof to me even if they wanted to because their contract with Forever 21 requires them to deal with these claims with the company, not their customers. Yet Forever 21's own customer service team told me to reach out to them? Their customer service has essentially just been stringing me along, wasting my time, telling me that I need to do A, B, and C in order to get my money back when I now fully understand that they NEVER intended to give me a refund for the merchandise that I never received. I used to spend hundreds of dollars here a year. Most of my clothing was from Forever 21. They have lost my patronage because of this. The quality of their customer service, clothing, and physical locations has completely deteriorated. I will never recommend that anyone shop with them.

Forever21 used to be my favorite and my go-to place when I had an event but, things have changed the last year or 2 and my last straw happened this week. It starts with their awful return policy which I dont even know where they get it from because I dont know any other store that strict(forcing you to only get store credit back on returns even with receipt... having to pay for shipping on returns and Cant return an online order to the store, etc.)then the prices keep slowing going up and now Im seeing how rude the workers are(in stores and on the phone) and now Im having to return shoes I got online that didnt fit and they didnt have a bigger size and couldnt return to store. One worker told me it would cost me $6 to ship back but i got to the post office and they quoted me $20! Waited a week for a manager to call me back who shouldve called me back the same day... everyone I speak with is rude and is no help and has no respect or sympathy for the customer... its really sad and embarrassing... at least I would be embarrassed if they were working behind my company. Long story short... I refuse to spend anymore of my money at this store. Id rather spend more money on better quality clothes to be treated with respect than save a couple bucks and be talked to like crap. Sounds like from the other reviews, lots of others agree and feel the same way.

I really like forever 21 the quality of clothes isn't the best but I ordered something online and they ship right away and items were exactly what I wanted! I recommend forever 21 it's awesome

I placed an order online beginning of March, received items and was dissapponted by one and the other piece was a jumpsuit-which was way to big on me. The jumpsuit was return by mail only, so i proceeded to mail back a top and a jumpsuit. A week and a half later I received a credit for the top only. When I mailed off package I was charged $11.00 by postal. When I called to inquire about return they stated the received top only. That they would have to look into scanning process for me to call back in 2-3 days. Proceeded to call back, spoke with Jesse he stated that they were still looking into it and that the supervisor had been informed and that I would be receiving an email within the week. Never received an email so proceeded to call back. I was basically accused of Lying to them about what I returned. A company this big you would thing of not speaking to the same people, but guess who I spoke to again, Jesse! He accused me of lying about my return and kept saying there was nothing more they could do on their end. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and waited 30 minutes before I spoke with Chris. Doubt he was a supervisor, both of these employees were Rude, unprofessional, and did nothing to resolve my issue.
I am out 70$ plus what I paid for shipping back the items. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Closing my credit account.
Very poor customer service!

I always buy from Forever 21. NEVER had I had a problem until now. I bought with MY money a top but when I received my package along with other clothes the top was not in there, instead they sent a random dress. When contacting and explaining to them the situation they acknowledged that YES THEY MADE A MISTAKE but until they received the dress back they couldnt send the top I BOUGHT with MY OWN MONEY and they would let me know if it was out of stock by the time they received their dress. I needed the top this weekend but now I have to wait for something I purchased because of a mistake they made. Oh and also, it might be out of stock by the time they receive their iteam back. Its frustrating. I spend hundreds of dollars with them monthly and they cant just send me my 20 dollar top? Like really Forever 21. Its stressing enough that you guys messed up my order, send me what I bought!

First of all my shipping confirmation email was blank and when I called their customer service # an agent gave me it. Order didn't leave Cali until several days after I ordered. When it made it to my part of town their was a delivery date given which was the 10th then that date changed to the 9th. Stayed home on the 9th no delivery was made & the status changed to pending for a day. On the day that it finally changed I stayed home again, sat in the window and waited for the delivery man like a crazy person. Especially since I've been ripped of by F21 before I had my doubts and I'm glad I did since my package was marked as delivered while I was sitting in the window watching my front door the whole time. Come to find out the Fed Ex delivery person gave my stuff to someone who lived in my apartments and they gave me her stuff. She signed for it with a name that didn't even match the name on the box/ order which should have been a red flag for a true delivery person. Well the lady had opened up my clothes and tried to keep my jewelry whilst I left her package unopened. I'm very hurt by this and I vow to never order anything online again unless it's from Amazon since I've never had a problem with them.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order anything from F21 online your best bet is to go in store.

NEVER SHOP ONLINE THERE. I shopped at forever 21 online and ordered 4 small dresses. I got my items in 3 days, and was happy. I tried the dresses on, and relaized they didnt fit. Youd figure theres not that big of a difference between SMALL and XSMALL but i guess so at forever21. Anyway i went to a store to take them back. The cashier told me i can only get store credit, no refunds. I was pissed about that, but i liked forever 21 so i just left it alone. I went to forever21.com when i got home and it said I CAN SHIP ITEMS BACK AND GET A REFUND. The cashier lady told me those were the only options i had. Still not finished. I ordered more items online $80 worth and shipped them to a address, which i made a typo accidentally. I wanted to change that so i called forever 21 and they said no. They have terrible customer service and they rip you off. NEVER gonna buy there again

I ordered a package and it never arrived. I was waiting and waiting and finally I received an email saying it was sent back to their shipping department. So once back from holidays I called the 1 -888 number and they wanted to charge me again to ship it out again. When I ordered it, it said standard shipping 5 - 10 days, nowhere on the check out it said it was coming by Purolator otherwise I would have given a physical address not my mailing address in the country. Then I start asking questions like why did Purolator not contact me when the package could not be delivered? Her response, you did not supply us with a phone number. I paid by paypal that was my checkout and all of my information is there. This has been the ultimate worst experience ever. I have ordered a ton of things online, even a stroller that made it to me in 3 days yet a $7 shirt can't make it to me. By the time it would actually get to me it would have been over $25 dollars for something that is not even worth the $7 I was paying so I told them to return my money for an item that I never received. Sad thing, they still get to keep the $10 for shipping.

The shoes in this store have a great material and durability, also the promotions are insane and when I use a promo code the price falls considerably every pair of shoes I have are simply awesome

I orederd three item. I received only 2 item. I already paid money for 3 item. I tried to contact customer service they don't response call at all. I mailed them 100 times regarding the issues they reply nothing but just an auto generated message. Guys don't order anything online its not worthy. Customer service sucks. Don't buy but if u want to buy do not pay money in advance becoz these fraud people will take money and thn they will not give you the item.
We ain't millionaire kids if we paid for something it means we need it... we r not donating our hardworking money on your rich brand...
Didnt refund my money also I told them to call me but they ignored me nd they cheated me they are cheater.

I order one dress ane one pant 17of November then I was returned that 19of November still no one inform me how can I collect my money before return I ask them how long it will take for the refund the sed it will go 3to 5 days until now no any update if I send massage the sed every time I will inform you
Don't order online this shops very difficult to collect our money

I would rate it lower if I could believe me. The website leaves out certain aspects of return policies with use of discount codes. I spent $550 dollars on their website, and unfortunately the only thing that fit was the necklaces. I had never shopped their before, and although I followed the size chart everything was HUGE on me. I called to get a return code so I could get the correct sizes, and they informed me they would not let me exchange because I used a 20 percent off discount code. The way the code was applied was they took 50 cents to a dollar off each item, which made everything a "sale item", which meant I couldnt exchange or return anything. I begged the lady and told her I was stuck with ALL of it because nothing fit and that I was a first time shopper who spent alot of money. I even pointed out that NOWHERE does it say that if I use a discount code, I wont be able to exchange things that dont fit for the correct size. I have never and will never spend another dime there again. I have two big boxes of clothes that im stuck with now.

I placed an order on the July 6th that said it would be delivered by the 13th. I was so excited, and then the day came and went with no package. When I went to track it, it said it had departed from California, but there was no longer a scheduled delivery date but instead said "pending". It has now been 2 weeks with no new delivery date. Costumer service was nice, but said to wait 2 days and if I still did not receive it to call and submit a claim. I feel like its all a big waste of time and I am just not going to get my package. Last time I ordered from forever 21 was about a year ago and I got my order in a week. I don't know what changes they have made but I will never order anything from them online again.
ALSO, on the tracking page of the Forever 21 website there is an option to put your phone number in to get text updates. DO NOT DO IT. Literally the day I did that, I started receiving random, spam texts all day long that still continue.
I love their clothes, but their online shop needs some serious work.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND i APPARENTLY THEY TRAIN THEIR AGENTS TO NOT CARE. I HAVE A ORDER THAT I PLACED AND 3 WEEKS NEVER RECEIVED IT BECAUSE IT WAS SENT TO THE STORE, AND THEY REFUSE TO RE PLACE MY ORDER AND SHIP TO MY HOUSE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

The customer service is a joke. They have minimal information to answer your questions with, and every time you call back the story is different. NOT pleased at all, and will not be using their site again.
I placed an order, only to find three hours later that it had been cancelled by them. The email claimed that I had been contacted and given five days to respond, but since I had not, they had gone ahead and cancelled the order. I received the cancellation email three hours after placing the order. When I called, I was told the accounting department had cancelled it due to a 'discrepancy', but they could not tell me exactly what had happened. Also, I'd used the same credit card an hour later at a different retailer, and the order had gone through perfectly fine. They told me a 'hold' had been placed on the funds, and that it would be released by them either by the end of the day within 24-48 hours.
Two days later my money still hadn't been returned to me, and when I called again, this time I was told that it was my bank who had to release the hold, and not them, and that it would be done within 24 business hours, or, rather, three eight hour business days. I finally called my bank to get a straight answer, and was told that it wasn't any of the above, but rather after five business days, if Forever 21 hadn't claimed the funds, the bank would dispute it, and my money would finally be returned to me.
Overall, a terrible experience. I will not be ordering from them again. Their customer service is a joke, and they can't seem to get their story straight, nor do they seem to care.

I have more than 10 days and I have not received the garbage of the order. Forever 21 is affiliated with the worst shipping company "fedex" is the worst of the worst!
