“Cute clothes for great prices!”

I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

“Package undeliverable”

I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

Only ordered once from them and don't want to again. They cancelled my order for no reason then it took them over two months to give me a promotion code. Just judging by the codes name it doesn't even look worth using, i'd rather go to a store and actually get the clothes I ordered than waste my time. Also whoever I was emailing about this missing code made it out like it was my fault for not receiving it. I find it strange how I get all of their other emails yet the one with the promo code somehow gets lost. I never got the clothes in the end as by the time I received the code they where out of stock/no longer available and I spent my money elsewhere.

I purchased 5 pair of Leggings from Forever21 online after Christmas out of the 5 pair 3 pair have ripped. I will never buy anything from this store ever again. Things are cheaply made now i know why their stuff is so cheap. Save your money and buy elsewhere. I agree with other posters wish could give 0 stars.

Forever 21 has been my go to clothing store for about 2 years now. It has some very trendy, dependable clothing for very low prices. Although I have had to return clothes in the past, the return process is very easy and straightforward. Furthermore, they refund you back by giving you store credit, which some people may have a problem with, but it's really not bad. Happy shopping!

First and foremost, let's talk about the quality of the clothing I purchased from your company. I was under the impression that I was investing in well-made garments, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The materials used were flimsy and felt cheap, and the stitching was haphazard at best. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on clothing that falls apart after just a few uses. Your company claims to provide high-quality products, but my experience suggests otherwise. If I could give this company a rating, I would give it a zero. Since that's not possible, i'm giving this store a 1.

Tip for consumers:
Given my overall experience, I can confidently say that I will not be recommending your brand to anyone I know. Your lack of attention to quality, terrible customer service, and disregard for efficient shipping has left a lasting negative impression. It is disheartening to see a company with such potential fall short in every aspect of the customer experience.

About 60% of products I've bought from Forever 21, I've either had become extremely worn after one (gentle) wash. The remaining product either completely comes apart at the seams before I've finished wearing them for the first time (i. E. the pants I bought for work). Good thing they make clothes that look cute, because nothing else about my experiences with this company are cute.

Horrible experience in getting my refund. I had bought some stuff online but did not like the quality so had to return it but I never got my return refund back. I have been reaching inquiring abt it but their response is the same everytime, your return not scanned yet. It has been more than month. How can you move slow? I do lot of online shopping and by far forever21 is most disappointing retail store. Not a very good experience shopping here. First my order gets delivered to a wrong address and now I can't even get my refund in timely manner

My package was never delivered, i called forever 21 over 5 times, sent 4 emails which I never got a response from, chatted with their representative and I was unable to get it resolve. They have horrible customer service!

I love forever 21 and the prices but I hate the long lines, lipstick on the clothes, and struggling to find my size. Now that their online store has free shipping with anything over 50 dollars I no longer see a reason to endure the torture of their retail stores. Definitely check out this site!

I got the wrong product. Promptly shipped it back, as per instructions I included a shipping receipt so that they can reimburse me. This was months ago. I sent them a message weeks ago, no response. Sent one today. Doubt I'll hear back. I'm now down $30 with nothing to show for it. I want my shoes and I want the $13 I spent in an attempt to get my shoes.

Their site says they respond in 24 hours. Ha.

I've never had an online ordering experience go so horrible in my life. To begin, I live in a small town and noted to either send to my po box if usps or FedEx if physical address. Forever 21 send it via FedEx and didn't include my entire address, so it went to the postal service (which doesn't deliver in my town). I've been dealing with both fedex and usps all week trying to find my package and forever 21 has done nothing to accommodate this. It finally went back to forever 21 and they are asking for me to repay shipping and they said its not guaranteed to ship any particular way. So they said "put your physical address and hope it works out. We don't take responsibility for lost packages"
Total bull $#*!. Had they gotten my address right in the first place I would've have to deal with their horrendous customer service and sorry excuse for a return policy. Will never shop here again!

I have tried to pay off my forever 21 card and when I do they tell me it "makes it there" East coast times minutes after the deadline even though it has cleared from my bank on the west coast by the due date - they keep doing this and charging me a fee - a card that has been paid in full on the due date will literally take 2 months and over $50 in bs fees to pay off and close! I will never shop there again- when you call the customer service department is useless and unintelligible with their answers and explanations. I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business with the way they treat their customers!

Unfortunate, forever 21 failed to deliver items on time. The 5-7 days shipping days became more like 20 days.
After waiting 30 min to talk to someone in the call center and asked for refund, was told I would have to wait until item was delivered to store and, only then, could ask for refund.
Unacceptable level of customer service and Terrible customer experience. Will not do business with the company again.

I bought several items from the store and I wanted to exchange a couple of things but apparently this was not possible because they don't exchange or return items on sale. This was not written on the receipt or even told during my purchase! How should someone know that without it being clear. I even send my complaint via their website and their response was "sorry we can't do anything because these are our guidelines". Yeah guidelines that you know because you work in the place but you have to declare these policies! Really dissatisfied with the service!

I've never been disappointed with my orders from forever21. Fast shipping, good online selection, and cute clothes. Just be aware that a lot of their clothes are made out of pretty thin material, so the quality isn't incredible, but for the prices it's a pretty good deal.

Placed 3 orders within a week. The second order was missing two items and after paying for overnight shipping for the third, it has not arrived. When calling customer service, there was a 30 minute hold! In order to receive my 5-7 day refund, I have to print, complete and return and entire page affidavit! Before processing my refund for returning my overnight shipping charge, I also must wait for the package to arrive! Horrible company, Terrible customer service! Probably faster to dispute it with my bank then wait for service that will probably not even occur! Zero stars- never shopping here again

They made it so difficult with all the glitches on their site to put in my address for an order. Then they end up shipping my item to the WRONG address where i used to live. When i called them to see if they could correct it I basically got told that it was my problem now and i had to pay an extra $20 after an hour on the phone with usps to fix a problem from Forever 21. I will never shop here again. The phone rep was so very rude and cut me off 3 times during the phone call. Cant believe this. Wont even get my dress for the wedding i was going to now.

I always check this site before I order anything off a clothing website I am unfamiliar with. I'm shocked to see such bad reviews for Forever 21? I've been ordering off this website for YEARS. I have never had any issues. I actually ordered a pair of pants and a top but didn't like it on (sadly I had already removed the tags.) I went to the Forever 21 in Winnipeg and they let me exchange it for something I liked more in the store! The workers are so sweet. The quality of the clothing is good - considering how reasonably pricing this store is. I give it a 5 star. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away - I think Forever 21 is great. ALSO. My package ALWAYS arrives within 4-5 days which I love.

I LOVE forever21! I work 18 hour days at my factory job so I literally never visit malls. So online shopping is my passion. This site has proven time and time again to be a success for me. Never late with products, always receive what i expect. Plus the LOW LOW prices are my favorite part. Not many online site stores have such low prices on comfortable fashionable clothes! I love it! Also their accessories are the best thing about the store products!

I love their clothes, so I typically just shop in a physical store now. When I ordered online in the past, the shipping was sometimes more than the total of my order, which is absurd. Especially when I wanted to buy a simple plain skirt (priced at $4) for Halloween, and then the shipping was $7, uh no! Shipping can take a weirdly long time, I ordered one small pair of earrings for my mom once, and it took almost 3 1/2 weeks!

I hate this store. Customer service both in-store and online is horrible: they just lie to you and give you the run around because they don't care enough to help their customers. And I'm speaking after having contacted multiple agents over the course of a month. Never again am I going to shop at this terrible outfit.

Don't. Don't use this site. If you have any problems requiring customer service, you will not get them resolved to your satisfaction.

My daughter order three pairs of jeans with the distressed jeans and two of them tore right through on first wearing. It was hot where we live so she worn them over the weekend but was told they had to be damaged within 30 days and sent back. We were 4 days past the 30 days and they said no not even for a exchange that she should have worn them right away. Bottom line not good customer service and they do not stand behind their product.

I have an APO address. They have on their website they will ship APO yet when I put the address in, it does nothing. I sent an email with no response. I then called and she kept telling me that they needed something else. Really? I've been over in Germany for 14 years and have never had a problem. I emailed AGAIN and AGAIN got no response. Terrible! You won't be in business much longer Forever21 with all these negative reviews. You lost a potential customer here.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a few items on their website and would like to return half of them (do not
Fit) but nobody answers the phone nor do they answer emails. There is no information on their website ref returns, nothing. Steer clear of these people.

Yet they are too cheap to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label... cool. I guess I'll lose money on your cheap as $#*! clothing item because you require me to return it online and can't spare $5 from your 4 billion to send me a pre-paid label.
