I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
Nice Cloth easy to use, it is very comfortable to wear with this cloths. Washing time is very less to dry this cloth.

Forever 21 is absolutely awful, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will steal your money - beware!
I ordered some stuff from here which turned out to be super cheap-looking / low quality, so I returned it, using the pre-addressed return label which was provided in my package and which was addressed to a F21 store in Albany, NY. They don't cover return shipping, so I paid that myself and made sure to get a tracking # in order to prove the goods were delivered back. Well, a month after I saw from the tracking that the merchandise was delivered back to them, I still had not received a refund, so I contacted their customer service. This was where the problems started; you get transferred to a call center where the workers barely speak English, and all I kept getting told was to wait "24-48 hrs" and someone will get back to you with an update. Well, I never got contacted with any update and never got my refund, even after contacting their customer service about 5x over 2 weeks. So after 2 weeks of that, I opened a case on PayPal for my money back, but F21 told Paypal I had sent the goods back to the wrong address (their main returns address is in California) and therefore they never received the goods! This is insane, since I used the pre-printed return label which THEY provided. I will have to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau now.
Beware of this business at all costs! I will never give them another cent of my money and hopefully they will go out of business soon, considering the cheap goods they are peddling and the abysmal customer service they provide. If I could give negative stars, I would!

I am an 18-year-old girl who so happens to fall within Forever21's target demographic group. I also happen to be very forgiving of bad customer service (as mistakes could happen), but what occurred today has put me off the brand for good.
At the XXI in Upper Canada Mall, I bought a cosmetic bag as a gift for my friend (clear vinyl with black stripes), and at the cash register, all proceeded as normal. However, I came back a couple of days later to return the cosmetic bag, and they chose to inform me THEN that the cosmetic bag was on final sale and was non-refundable. I had not been informed at all of the final sale by ANY of the associates in store, and furthermore, when I initially purchased the bag, they provided a gift receipt for my friend at my request.
However, when I went back, they told me that the bag was non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and the gift receipt was void no matter what.
The thing that disappointed me the greatest was the not the loss and waste of a good $10 that could have been used elsewhere, but was how associates reacted to my issue. There was a lady in who called the next person up (me), and she behaved entirely unprofessionally by popping and chewing gum loudly while I was telling her that I wanted to return the bag. She, then addressed me in a rude voice, telling me that "all bags were final price". I told her that was the first time I was even notified of the final sale status (I wasn't even notified during the initial checkout). So I told her that I had a gift receipt also, so that would enable me to return the price no matter what. HOWEVER, she just casually yelled to another associate, whether I could return this with the gift receipt, being entirely unprofessional and uncaring of whether the customer (me) was satisfied.
I do not plan on returning and purchasing from this store.

I bought two dresses for an upcoming Christmas party. I did not have time to try them on, had picked out the two online and ran into a store to pick them up over a lunch break I had during a long work week. I need convenience when I shop and know plenty of people who will buy multiple items, take them home, and make a decision, then return what they won't wear. I wanted to take the dresses home, try them on with the shoes I had and see which one I liked better and return the one that didn't work. I attempted to return the dress, obviously unworn, with tags, the receipt, and the original form of payment and was told that they only do store credit or exchanges for returns and that was a standard policy with the company. I don't want store credit to a store like Forever 21. Even though I had everything else with me, tags, original receipt, had only tried the dress on, they would not let me get my money back. I kind of get this if every cashier is telling EVERY customer this is the return policy when they check out, but that is definitely NOT the case. When I can return an unworn item with everything in tact at probably 90% of every other retailer I shop at, how would I have known that was the case? I rarely shop at Forever 21. I worked at Banana Republic for 6 years, so I get retail. I understand it's not favorable to deal with returns--->that counts against sales, obviously, but if something was clearly unworn, we would never question the customer and of course return their money if they had the original form of payment with them. The reason I chose them for a holiday dress is because I was going to spend money on something that I wouldn't be wearing that often, so I didn't want to spend a TON of money. I will never shop at Forever 21 again, ever, for this reason alone. After speaking with store managers and them not helping me out at all even though I would never have known that was the return policy unless I had gone online and read over their website, (which no customer should have to do every time they want to buy something) I am convinced more than ever, how cheap and crappy their store is based on this fact alone.

My order was never delivered to me. Forever 21 never told me that it wasn't delivered and left me waiting. When I called they told me that it was being sent back because my address was "undeliverable" which is not true. The customer rep even told me when she checked my address it was deliverable. My order "apparently" took a MONTH to get back to them which they never even told me when it finally was back. I kept asking for a refund and they would just ignore my emails and not help me at all. Finally after calling over and over again, another rep told me that my order had been sitting there for awhile. She said If i wanted it reshipped i would have to pay an additional $5 or I could have it refunded. I told them i just wanted my money back and for all of this to be OVER. Weeks later they sent me an email for my refund and they didn't even refund me the entire amount! When I called and told them that it was NOT my fault my order never got to me and since when is shipping $5? They replied by saying: well its not our fault either. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. If i wasn't so persistent about calling and emailing for over a month i would have never gotten a cent back. NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM! They truly do NOT care and are with out a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I will never be shopping with them ever again, they are cheap and have piss poor customer service.

I decided to reluctantly give this company another try! Huge mistake! Of course my delivery date changed last minute, which ok fine, than the next delivery date came and no pkg. I spoke to customer service and was lied to. The person told me it was just delivered, so I go to the post office and no pkg. I speak to another customer service rep who confirms it's not delivered but would guarantee it would show up by 9:00 that night or call first thing in the morning for a full refund. Of course I could see the pkg hadn't even left the state it was shipping out of. So fine, the next day I get up to call after the pkg didn't arrive but surprise! Customer service just so happened to he closed that day for some reason. Meaning I was lied to once again by customer service. So I have to wait until Mon to speak with someone. Mon I explain I had been lied to repeatedly, cancel the order and refund me as I was promised I would be days earlier. I was assured yes, we have put in for a refund for you, you will be refunded. Several days later the pkg arrived and I get an email from customer service stating my pkg arrived no refund would be given. Now I was already told days prior the refund was issued mind you. I explained I no longer needed the items and since they were still in their state to cancel the shipment, all of which I was told was done. Essentially all they did was lie and by themselves more time for shipping. Since it would have taken about a month to ship the items back, get the return process and get refunded I didn't bother at this point because to be honest I doubt I would have ever been refunded anyways. Such horrible customer service and service in general! Refunds take weeks, shipping is never on time. It's easier to throw something away and cut your losses than try and exchange or refund! Sad

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM FOREVER 21. They falsely advertise their items as "unavailable", nobody bought item, nobody buys their items or clothes, and item never sell out on their website, warehouse just destroyed items. Items are available they just have a messy glitched up error outdated website. Their items never sell out, and seeing all the bad reviews they have everywhere online, of course their clothes and items NEVER sell out. They have all items available they just don't want to update their messy glitch website and warehouse just gets rid of items. They have many unsold items, none of forever 21 items sell out, warehouse just gets rid of them and they have messy crappy glitched up error website that is surely outdated and they have plenty of item inventory, warehouse just destroyed items and messed up website. And phone call representatives don't know anything and they lie and say item "unavailable".
WARNING: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT FOREVER 21. FOREVER 21 LIES AND SAYS THAT THEIR CERTAIN ITEMS AND CERTAIN CLOTHING ITEMS ARE "SOLD OUT", THAT'S OBVIOUSLY NOTHING BUT A LIE BECAUSE NOBODY BOUGHT ITEM AND NO PICTURES OF ANYBODY WEARING ITEM, AND NO REVIEWS OF ITEM AND ITEM NEVER SOLD OUT, FOREVER 21 USE FALSE ADVERTISING ON ITEMS.
And if any reviews on items, just nothing but fake phony lying reviews just written by forever 21 employees who never bought or seen item either, and bots comments, not by real actual people.
It's nothing but false advertising and a lie when forever 21 website shows certain items as "sold out", that's nothing but a lie because nobody bought items.

So I ordered a dress for my birthday. I ordered on 9/4/18 paid the extra money ($10) to get express shipping to my home. My birthday is 9/8/18 so paying for the express shipping it says 2-3 days. I looked at the tracking and nothing was showing so I called cs... spoke with some girl named Kay... she was super rude told me I couldn't talk to her manager that the manager would call me back, so I gave her my number to have a call back (never got the call still to this day) but the conversation with her was about when my dress would arrive. She says "oh yeah" (nonchalantly) "there is a 24 to 48 hour processing time before the 2-3 day wait"... I told her that the website never said anything about processing time at all and she was just like "well you can cancle the order and go to the store". I said oh no no no, (plus the dress is not in store in the state I live in) I need this by Saturday (9/8) and again explained how the web site never said anything about processing (now me also working in a call center, I know what I needed she couldn't do. So thus why I asked to speak to her manager) again I paid to have express shipping she got rude and told me I couldn't talk to her manager that they would call me back. And never did. So after that call, I get an email from FOREVER 21 saying that my order had been shipped. I looked at the eta (estimated arrival time) and it says 9/10 so I paid for regular shipping NOT express AND my dress will not be here for my birthday. Also I don"t have the money to buy a new dress I'm a single mother of two and I paid all my bills so I'm broke. I'm so up set about this. The least they could have done since the website was misleading was overnight my dress for me. I mean I already paid them extra for express shipping that I did not receive. I loved the store but they most defiantly just lost a loyal customer. I may go to the store but will never order off line EVER AGAIN!
