I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
Adorable clothes, although some can be pricey, but its worth it after you buy it!

This is a post of a really upset friend after going to this store. I'm disgusted, how about you?: Huge shout out to the sales associate at Forever 21 who not only ruined my shopping experience today, by my entire mood, and months of work that I've done to build up my self esteem since I've had this baby. Today I brought my 3 kids to Build a BEAR workshop in the Holyoke Mall. My fiance had gotten me a gift card to Forever 21 that I have been holding onto since Christmas, so excited to use, but I didn't feel confident enough in my body to start buying new clothes, so I saved it. I wanted to lose some weight first. I decided today day was the day, as I woke up in a great mood was already bringing my kids to Build a Bear Workshop, so I was going to pop into Forever 21 to get myself something new and fresh for spring. I was SOOOO excited. As I corralled two kids into the store and a 3rd in the Tula being carried, I was browsing and searching the sales racks, I was approached by a sales associate who looked at me funny. I asked if this was the sales room, and she said yes, and then out of nowhere said, "I'm not saying you're very plus size, but the 1x-3x is actually that way. These are the regular sizes." Talk about a kick in the chest. To some that may seem like such a minor comment, but to me, someone whose been struggling with Post Partum depression and body image issues that $#*! HURT. My grandmother looked at me "and mouthed Oh my word, that was rude" and we quickly gathered the kids, I grabbed a few things and left. I'll be returning all of the items becuase the whole ordeal just left a sour taste in my mouth.
Moral of the story. I worked in retail for 7 years. I never ONCE judged a customer's body or their size. Your little comments can either make or break someone's day. Be the person who MAKES their day. I'm now left feeling like absolute crap about myself, again. So thank you Forever 21 lady. Totally ruined my day.
P.S. I'm actually a size M/L. Not that it matters lol.

My purchase was not online, but since their return policies are the same when I called their online customer service number, I will post my complaints here as well. TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING BUYING FROM FOREVER 21, PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER THAT IF YOU PURCHASED SOMETHING AND LATER DISCOVERED THAT YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, IT IS LIKELY THAT YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT - first they do not inform you that the item is "final sale", and even if they are not "final sale", they do not issue refund, you have to get store credit or do and exchange.
I recently purchased a hat in a physical store at full price, thinking that if I do not like it I will return it. I did not wear it and the tag is still on. Two days later I decided to return it. I was told that hats are accessories, thus they are FINAL SALE and you can not even exchange them. I AM ALREADY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THEIR POLICY THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. There was no signs in the store nor on the receipt that accessories are final sale. They did put something about items on sale and jewelry are final sale but maybe I'm too stupid to realize that hats are considered jewelry by Forever 21. Had I known this I wouldn't have purchased the hat. I feel I was taken advantage of by the merchant not informing me about all reasonable information prior the purchase, and then refusing me to exercise my rights as a customer.
The hat is only $13 but I will never shop at Forever 21 again, ever. I will make sure that my experience will make an impact on other people's purchase decisions. If the management can see this please consider how angry customers impact the reputation of your business. Please do the right thing about your policies.

Dont ever go to the metrotown's forever 21 EVER. Even the manager doesnt know how to do $#*!. Whenever a sale ends, You take down the sign. But i purchased two sale backpacks with red tags that LITTERALY SAID "Buy one get one free ALL SALE ITEMS WITH A RED TAG". It was $20 each so i wouldve got the second one free. So i got to the counter, Also purchased a $10 SPC card, With a makeup blender, And other brushes, So Im thinking the total would be $40. So i got to the counter and a girl rings it up, IT CAME TO OVER $60. I look at the reciept and it says I purchased for both of the $20 bags. I told her that it wasnt right, But her excuse was "Oh well the sale, it ended, Im the manager, I know what goes in this store" giving all this rude attitude. When a costumer sees the sign, The cashier must honour it and give them the deal since the costumer already saw it. She was even the "MANAGER", But a smarter girl came to counter and apologized & did the right thing to give me back my money. $#*!ty costumer service.

I ordered from Forever 21 recently and was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received after having a problem with my order. My order shipped from them on April 3, and arrived April 9th. I was extremely excited, being that I was waiting for new work clothes for once I am able to go back to work after this pandemic; and have always loved shopping with Forever 21 in the past. With that being said, once I opened the box, I realized a coat I ordered (that was on sale for the price of $23.99) was not in my package. After trying to contact Forever 21 through their online portal on their website MULTIPLE times, although I am sure none of the messages I sent went through because all their page does is refresh, I decided to send an email to them. I sent multiple emails, up until April 16th, when I finally got a response. The email more so felt as if they were blaming me, and suspecting me of not telling the truth with not having an item in my package. They proceeded to ask me to send them pictures of the box etc. as proof, which I did not have because it had been over a week at this point and like most people, you take your items out once you get a delivery and don't keep the box. On April 21st, they contacted me again after my recent response email back to them and now wanted me to fill out an Affidavit form, for them to even look in to why my coat I ordered was missing. I was really confused with this customer service approach because it not only came off rude, but is not solving the simple problem of replacing the item, or refunding me. I even said it could be 100% store credit, because I would just rather re-buy the coat, or buy something else if it is not in stock anymore. When the package arrived, everything was perfect. The box was not damaged, not tampered with, and everything I ordered was in there (and I ordered a lot) except the coat. I work in retail myself and have for years, and I know what it is like to just misplace something by accident or forget to put it in there, because mistakes DO happen. I do not think that the customer, like myself, should feel blamed for a mistake that I know had nothing to do with me, or even the mail delivery system. Sadly, going forward, I do not see myself supporting, recommending, or shopping with Forever 21 anymore after this, and now can understand partially why they may be going out of business as a company.

Just rude customer service, they aren't willing to help. Firstly, their store customer service was awful. I came in to return some items I purchased online, but didn't have my packing slip. I showed them the online receipt they emailed me. My items were within the return policy and still had all the tags attached. The lady wouldn't return them because she said my online receipt doesn't reflect what I actually paid, and I said what do you mean it shows right there what my discount was and what I originally paid. She glared at me and said "im not returning this. Go get something off the floor and I can exchange." She pointed at their clothes behind me and then walked away. I was baffled. I never like anything in store, I only like the online items they offer. I exchanged my clothes for something random, then with the store receipt returned them to get my money back. A few months ago I signed up for their credit card, and was told I would get a coupon in the mail in addition to the immediate 15% discount. When I didn't receive it, I did a live chat with them on the website to tell them I didn't get it after they said "what can I help you with" but when I told them, they never replied. Two more times I started a chat, but every time they kept logging out without responding. And then, yesterday I signed up for their emails to get 10% off my order. I received a coupon, but when I typed it in it said my discount does not qualify for my order (I had $288 worth of clothes). I refreshed the page and typed it in again, and it said my code was expired, even though you're supposed to have 7 days to use it. Anyway, I messaged their customer service explaining this, and she said, "I see! Please try back again in 2 hours. Is there anything else I can help you with?" I replied, "Is there another code you can send me? I'm worried if I wait to purchase my items they might get sold out." And she said, "unfortunately, that is beyond our ability" which I thought was weird, aren't they supposed to be customer service for a reason? So then I asked if I could order my items now and then get them price adjusted, to which she again replied, "No, unfortunately we are unable to do that." Like what else is their service for then? If they "can't" create another coupon code after the one they sent you doesn't work, or if they don't send you the coupons they promise at all and don't care, what's the point of even having a customer service? Lame. Won't be shopping with them anymore

Re order number: *******
I have not received my merchandise with Forever21, they refused to replace the order or cancel the order, yet they have initiated an insurance claim with UPS and have told me that UPS will have to refund the order.
Despite UPS's claim to have delivered our package and left it at our front door, we have not received our package. Unfortunately our town and nearby towns have streets with the same name, and UPS, whenever its usual deliver person from our area is on vacation, assumes the address on the package is incorrect and then delivers packages sometimes three towns over and to a different number. When this happens and if we are awaiting a package, every other company resends the package, files a claim with UPS, and they receive compensation from UPS for a misdelivery. Everyone is happy - and these are companies that care about their customers.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the person who declared he is the top phone customer service person for the US and Canada, I am dumbfounded at why Forever21 will not replace the items, will not cancel the order, and is asking me to wait until an investigation through UPS is finished. They declare that their "user based system" prohibits customer service from refiling an order or even amending an order. To declare that you have a user based system without actually being able to fix a problem (ie, not having received items - it was your decision which carrier to use - a carrier which misdelivered my package - my agreement was with Forever21, not the mail carrier, and it is with Forever21 who has chosen to not fulfill its agreement with me - I am left without the items I purchased and waited for, have been charged for them, and now must await a refund from UPS, rather than Forever21. In essence, Forever21 has decided that their customers are not their top priority.
I paid for items and have not received them am being charged for them and was told I should just drive to a Forever21 and repurchase items.
