I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I ordered some clothes from Forever21 and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered. I am so frustrated because I ordered it for a trip I am going on and I leave today. So now I won't have it for my trip. Other times I have ordered there, they sent me the wrong size so now I have to return it.

I ordered an e-gift card for the 18th birthday of a dear friend. My bank authorized the payment, but one week later, Forever21 STILL hadn't sent out the card. When I called customer service, they gave me the runaround. They promised a supervisor would return my calls, but that never happened. Ultimately, I cancelled my order, and felt terrible trying to explain what happened to my friend.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of shorts, for the size of the shorts I put size 27, but after i ordered and checked it, it had it listed that i put i size 25. So I talked with customer service and the guy was nice enough but he didn't do anything to fix my situation. In the end my order came fairly quickly and it turned out that size 25 did fit! But that was just luck. I would order from here again but i caution you to be careful when you put your order in.

I ordered a four pack body mist a hydrating concealer a plum colored lip crayon and a eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadow is okay, yet when I opened the hydrating concealer it has been broken off the tube and the lid was filled with ( the little bit it had) of the concealer. Useless. Threw it away since it fell on the floor anyways lol. So then I open up my lip crayon and surprise surprise its not as I expected from the color the site had and called it plum. More of a red deep dark ish. Body mist time. I open up the body mist ( since I was in Ottawa and bought the hand creams which smelled great! And tempted me to order the body mist versions) And sprayed once or twice. Nothing. Sprayed like ten more times and hardly a smell. So this is my review, believe it or not forever 21 has some downs and I am surprised. Not to mention I get this parcel On the day of my birthday.

Based on today's experience I will never come to the monroeville's mall forvever21 store again. I was treated like a disease because I was gay by one of your female employees. This has never happen to me in the past. I'm Frequent shopper and love the store. But after today, I will no longer give me money to this particular location ever.

Terrible customer service. The return shipping label was addressed to the forever 21 across the street from my house. When I went to the store to drop off the package, I was told I couldn't return it this way and I would have to pay to have it shipped to the exact same store. Not only were the customer service representatives rude but the policy makes no sense. Will never shop here again

It's a nice store to get fashionable clothing. The prices are ok and because they are kind of cheap the material could be better but it is wearable. The items look like the pictures 97% of the time, the only concern is the size, sometimes they are just a little bit off (but for like a centimeter to two.) Worth giving a try.

This is the second time I have ordered from Forever 21 that my order has been dropped. PayPal sends me notifications that my order was submitted but somehow it gets dropped. I was supposed to get free shipping on the day I ordered. So I told them I wanted free shipping. I talked to 4 people & they claimed that it wouldn't help to talk to their supervisors. They were not going to give me free shipping even though I offered to send my PayPal receipt from my forever 21 purchase on day of free shipping. They were rude & unapologetic. I will never shop there again!

I placed an order on May 5,2017, today is May 18th and still it has not been shipped to the store. I called and each time I was told its in transit we will follow up. No follow up took place, no call, no email. Requested a refund and was told it would take up to a month, insane!

I don't like the fact when you purchase something from forever 21, they accept the money but won't return the cash when you return the item. I just purchase the item and brought it back the next day. I don't like the policy, it suck just like this store...

Buyers Beware! I had to return an item due to forever21.com sending me the wrong item and they promised to refund the shipping costs after I sent back their wrong item. After several phone calls and email attempts to resolve the issue, they refuse to refund me the shipping costs. I reported them to the BBB and if you look at their website, Forever21.com has a grade "F". I will not order anything from this website again after this experience. I'd encourage other potential customers to look into asos.com (free shipping and free return shipping) or nordstrom.com and get better quality product from better companies!

It is NOT worth the measley discount!
They don't give you access to your account (they refrain from giving you your CC account number)
So you aren't allowed to immediately pay off your purchase till you receive your CC (credit card in the mail). After 10 days.
Pretty $#*!ing sneaky and lacking in integrity if you ask me.
They're relying on the more than likely possibility that you'll forget to pay off your card so they can charge you their CC fee.
CC have been made ILLEGAL to market to individuals under the age of 25. Why?! Because they are not yet capable of understanding the severe consequences of CC debt.
This shows me Forever 21 is lacking in integrity and looking to profit/exploit KIDS.
Please don't support this company (or others like it) with your money.

I'm very dissapointed in their Customer Service. I placed my order and got my confirmation via email... when I noticed that I was charged an overnight fee of $28. And I clearly asked for ground.( I qualified for free shipping) I called, but they couldn't help me... my only option was to cancel the order and go back on line and create the order again! Not going to do that and have my credit card charged twice! Not happy!

After reading several reviews, I took the risk to order from F21's online store. I took their free shipping for minimum $21, and ordered six items to get free shipping. A day later, I received the tracking number and was told the package would be received on the same week. I just received it and it came just as expected. Overall, my first was a success. Everything was wrapped, but the box that came was a little beaten up.

So annoyed! I ordered 4 items online and I was sent 3 of the right items and a random skirt instead of the jumpsuit I paid for. The skirt was 10$ cheaper than what I paid for and not even something I would wear. I called customer service and they told me I had to ship the item back and wait for it to get exchanged. I complained about having to pay for the return shipment and they are going to email me a label in the next 48hrs. Either way I was hoping to wear that particular outfit this Saturday for valentines day. In addition, I now have to go out of my way to find a UPS drop location to ship this skirt back. I am beyond annoyed. I spend over $120 dollars and all they have done is inconvenienced me. I will likely not order from their online store again.

Been there twice to just check it out. This is a good place for young gals looking for playwear. Not expensive, and not trying to be all things to all people. Most young gals don't have unlimited funds. Some stuff was in poor taste, but mostly there's a young vibe and a lot from which to choose. Lots of colorful clothes. Not to step on feelings, but this is a shop for young people of normal weight. Just my opinion.

I attempted to waive late fees for one month. I was sick with a COVID-19 in September 2020. Late fee was waivered X1. My daughter gets COVID-19 in September 2021. Late fee waiver was denied because it has been less than 18 months. Then the manager tries to explain how she went through the same thing but she paid her bills. (Everyone's financial situation is different. Maybe you can afford it but I cannot). Warning to consumers. Think twice before you accept their credit card. They are all about money. I did not think this would happen to a loyal and faithful customer with 2 teen daughters. None of the other credit cards companies did this today during this pandemic. They all empathized with me this year and last year. I do not call every month asking for a waiver. *No compassion nor empathy* I will be sure to stop shopping with them and pay off this credit card ASAP. Loyal customers beware.

I tried to order jewellery on the site. I have put all my details in but does not take me to the last page that confirms my purchase. It just reloads on to the home page. I have tried this about 4 times and does the same thing. You would think the website would be the easiest part of any companies structure. Wow unbelievable! I got an email saying %50off all sale item, tried purchasing sale items with that coupon, wouldn't got thru, I called them after I placed the order to pls honor the %50 off, they said they can't! Asked for the manager, she was so rude! (Murmured under her breathe 'on my god' when I insisted on getting the %50 off)
Horrible Costumer service!
And there coupons are not always valid.

I hate your company, I will never purchase anything from you. I had an order for over 1,500 dollars. You canceled my order for no reason. When I called to find out why it was canceled you losers say its because they thought it was fraud. So we replaced the order over the phone, and less then 12 hours later my order was canceled again, I call back and you losers tell me they dont know why its canceled. I called my bank, they said its canceled because you losers didn't verify the address correctly when replacing the order. Your customer service people are stupid morons. Where are they all located? In Poland or what? They can barely speak english,, I asked to talk to the manager, and the moron wouldn't let me. I gave up, I will give my money to another company that actually wants my money. I will never waste my damn time on your company again. $#*!ty customer service, cancels orders for no reason, and does NOTHING to fix the problem. LOSERS.

Forever21 has scammed me by giving me a wrong and completely useless item. And when i returned they said refund will be given to you, on opening my account i had 200 points on my previous orders. And 319 from my refund credits. On paying upi the transaction didnt go through and all my credits had gone.
Nor did I get through with my delivery but they also took away my credits.
You guys need to stop cheating your customers. So disappointed. The worst shopping app.
I do not reccomend.

My Walking group and I walk past the Mall early in the mornings (between 6:00 and 7:00 am). When we walked past the Forever 21 Store, employees that were putting out the New Arrivals had the clothes on the 'Dirty Floor" instead of using racks to hang the new Merchandise or until they were hung in their proper areas. We were appalled!

I was always very loyal to Forever 21.90 % of my clothes are from this store. But last time I ordered online from Forever 21, i got sweater size smal which is look like M or L! And the dress... on the website it was yellow like a lemon, in real life the color was lime yellow + it looks through (I ordered totally different dress). Anyway, I would be ok with that if I could get my money back, but I couldn't! Because I used 15% discount code and my items transformed to final sale. But there was no sign anywhere and even on my online account it's saying that clothes are not on final sale. When I contacted with the store manager, she denied me in returning my money. Please don't make my mistaked and never buy anything there.
