I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.
I was always very loyal to Forever 21.90 % of my clothes are from this store. But last time I ordered online from Forever 21, i got sweater size smal which is look like M or L! And the dress... on the website it was yellow like a lemon, in real life the color was lime yellow + it looks through (I ordered totally different dress). Anyway, I would be ok with that if I could get my money back, but I couldn't! Because I used 15% discount code and my items transformed to final sale. But there was no sign anywhere and even on my online account it's saying that clothes are not on final sale. When I contacted with the store manager, she denied me in returning my money. Please don't make my mistaked and never buy anything there.

For an online order, I had a 20% code to redeem from when I signed up for the Forever21 card. When I submitted my order with the code, the website glitched and autofilled the incorrect shipping address. No problem, I thought. I cancelled the order and went to re-order the same things. However, it says I cannot use the 20% off code because its already been redeemed. Okay thats fine, website glitch I figured. Well I called customer service the next day explaining my situation, and they basically told me theres nothing they can do and they're sorry. WTF. I shop there all the time. How can 20% or even a 10% off compensation be hard for such a huge company to give their loyal shoppers?! I feel so disgusted and the customer service reps I spoke to were rude, unhelpful, and did not care about their customers whatsoever. I cannot support any business that treats their consumers this way. Will NEVER shop there again.

Ordered some stuff for my daughter online in 4/18/17 and until now havent received anything. Never shopping with forever21 again, im really disappointed with this company. I was supposed to get an email to get update but no email. This company doesnt seem to care.

I ordered several items express. The items came out of the packaging and were sent back by fed ex. I did the research and found this all out had a claim number from fed ex. They refused to send the items out again. Said I had to wait for the package to be received by their whar house. I had ordered the items express because I wanted them for vacation. So Im not sure how they thought waiting would benefit me. Or why I needed to be punished because the packaging fell apart.

Bought a bunch of jackets and hoodies for some kids at the teen homeless shelter. Package got delivered to the wrong address. Im wondering how the order went through if my billing address was incorrect? They told me to contact FedEx to see what can be done. FedEx tells me they need Forever21s permission to try and retrieve the package and these jerks wouldnt contact FedEx to give them permission. They obviously dont care about people. I will never shop here again.

DO NOT have your items shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, they will not replace the items or refund. They will say it will get processed in claims but will give you a run around every 8-10 days. Nothing will happen and you will not get any kind of a replacement or refund. IF you do order be VERY careful and do not have it shipped to your home. POOOOOOR service. I'm guessing they do not invest in insurance?
I have been ordering clothes from this company for years and this is the only claim I have ever made. My order was $138. I will never buy from this company again.
I'm a teacher and $138 to me is quite a loss.

I ordered some goodies as a treat for myself, I took advantage of the $60+ free shipping thing and once I ordered on a Monday night, it shipped on a Tuesday afternoon and came on Thursday! I don't know why all the bad reviews

I placed 1 order with 20 items but some quality was not good and some size did not fit me so i returned it at the store 10 items. When I walked into the store where the cashier was sorting things out and looked at me with an unfriendly look, I waited and patiently waited for them to come back to the counter and say "Ready?". I said hello and I wanted to return some items and they didn't answer, I gave a code on the phone because I don't have a receip. They said they need receip but I ordered online and emailed me with a return code. She looked at me and looked at her phone and scanned it. I feel really uncomfortable with the attitude of talking to customers like that, very rude, condescending. I buy and pay I don't get free from her. Please improve customer service. Too bad and this will probably be the last time I shop at Forever 21!

I placed my order on December 26, a day after Christmas purposely. Standard shipping which is what I chose is 2-5 days. It is now January 5th and nothing. I previously checked my order status online and it said my expected arrival date was January 4th, I checked just now and it now says January 8th. 2-5 days quickly turned to two weeks. Not pleased whatsoever

Don't trust the sizing charts. I ordered 4 items and all items were medium going by thE sizing chart they provide. Only one item fit one was too small, one too large and the other was for a plus size women. I called to see if I could get them to pay for S&H since it is clearly a sizing chart issue (they're fault) and the answer was basically NO too bad. I then asked to speak to a manager and once again the answer was NO you will just get the same answer from a manager. So needless to say if you don't want to be ripped off I wouldn't shop at forever 21 online.

I placed order $156 from F21. The next day they canceled my order with unclear reason. I called them to clarify and asked them to process my order again. Then they want me to reorder those items but the promotion is no longer available. So I have to pay more for same order. They do nothing to solve the problem. Very disappointed with their service.

I ordered some clothing during a sale and applied a promotional code at checkout. This code was to get me a free panty. It had me choose a color which is what I did. I never received the item with my order and they now say that although I added the code and color, the item was never "successfully" added so they won't send me it now.

Forever 21 utilized Fedex smartpost for my delivery. After two weeks Fedex told me my address did not exist and after confirming with them that it did they delivered my package to the wrong address the following day. Fedex informed me I needed to reach out to Forever 21 to file a claim to which I was told they couldn't give me a refund for 3 more days. The worst customer service experience possible. I would not encourage anyone to shop at this company. It is not surprising they are shutting stores down with the terrible customer service they provide. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money at a place like this?

I bought a top and didn't work out for me so I went to a store to return it and they didn't accept as it was past 30days.
I was travelling for business and didn't get time and I was past due only 5 days after return was marked but they didn't accept and not willing to accept.
No wonder why forever 21 sucks big time and please don't ever go there. Store people are rude and customer service is horrible!

So i was like buying dresses and like i was waiting right and this one lady she was standing in the cashier looking at the computer right and she looked at me and my sissy with a face like if its my fault she have to work there i walked over to the cashier right and this $#*! didn't even say if i found everything alright she didn't even say how my day she didn't good afternoon she just looked like if mind reading she stayed silent she just gave me recite she didn't tell us "have a nice day" she just kept staring at us so i left she called right like we forgot sum she probably racist morel of the $#*! forever 21 service. I bought 14 items from them and received a shipping affirmation from them 3 days after i purchased my stuff ( i bought from them on a saturday so if you buy from them on week days you should receive it within 1-2 days) my stuff arrived nicely package 5 day after i made my order and everything perfectly fitted me ( i am the same since as their model so i always check on the site what size is the model wearing) everything was very lovely, the shipping tracking was really useful and i am really happy with my order, will definetly buy from them again

I bought some pieces yesterday at the Geneva, IL store, and when I got home I realized that one of the items I bought was in the wrong size; so I went back today to exchange it to the right size, same item, same color. However, I was sadly surprised with a very rude manager saying that that piece was from a final sale, and it couldn't be exchanged. I told her I didn't know that, and that the cashier didn't explain it to me during my check-out yesterday. She then said that this info it is on my receipt, and also at the cashier's location sign (all I saw was a 'hiring now' sign, no wonder...). I told her that I usually shop during my work lunchtime, and because of that, in a hurry, I took the wrong size by mistake. She just said "it is what it is". Anyways, after she treat me like a@#€! $*., I left the store hoping that the "hiring now" sign could in the near future attract a staff more client oriented, and more focused on customer satisfaction. Managers name is Lisa Liard.

Sure, clothes are reasonable as far as price and last about one season but WARNING the return policy is HORRIBLE. I purchased a pair of pants in June, received them, they were too small, go online to exchange only to see they are sold out of the size I need. I sign up to be notified when they come back in stock, I continued checking weekly. Never received email saying back in stock but notice by checking myself. Reorder the product, send the other product back paying for shipping myself only for them to decline my return! Argued with them for 30 min about return for store credit only to be declined again and have to pay for shipping to get my product back! Spend your money at a store that cares about their customers and their satisfaction! NOT FOREVER21!

I was shopping at the Forever 21 store in the KOP mall. I picked out a few dresses to try on. I went to the dressing RM to try them on, there were a couple of employees working in there, the one guy turned to me to say that the dressing RM was closed. I continued shopping when I hear this girl tell her friend that the dressing Rm was closed then I hear I will let you in from a man's voice I turn to look and this guy is on his radio and said this one pointing to the girl. They were all the same ethnicity different then mine. I had to buy all the dresses I wanted to try on while they were other ppl allowed in the dressing Rm all of the same ethnicity.

Beware of ordering online. They will charge you the wrong price and then, even when you prove it by showing the tag on what you received, they won't adjust anything because they say it was a markdown. It was the original tag with no writing on it.

My item was received damaged, I had to cancel my appointment for a family photo on my husband birthday. I called hoping they can replace the item so I would have it for the following Saturday but they couldn't ofer me the 2-3 business day shipping. Very, very unhappy customer.

Their return policy if the worst I have ever encountered. I purchased a necklace there put it on the next day and it broke in my car driving to work. I hadn't even worn it for 15 minutes! I went to the store and they would not even just give me a new one. I didn't want my money back just to get a new one. But NOOOOO. Wow and they put the Bible verse John 3:16 on their bag. What Christians! You put that on your bag and yet you rip off your customers. I will never, ever step foot in their cheap store again.

I bought an item online. The item came and not only did it have a hole in the sleeve it also had a seam that was sewn so poorly it was wide open. I called their customer service and asked them if I could take it to the local store. I told them this would be easier because I have no time to wait at a post office. They said fine however informed me that I could NOT get any of my shipping $$ back that I paid. I told them that this was the only item I ordered and due to the fact that it was so very defective I was shocked. Basically they said, " that's our policy" and the could care less about the fact that I work 2 jobs and have no time to waste at the postoffice because I have no extra time. They couldn't care less that they were the ones who sent me defective merchandise. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from Forever 21. The don't care about their customer and the items they sell are obviously cheap for a reason, they are made like crap!
