I ordered flowers for my sister at 7 pm the night before her birthday. She had the most beautiful arrangement delivered by noon the next day. They couldn't have done a better job!
Very disappointed with customer service tried to cancel order an hour after placed per customer service x 2 was unable because it was already processed. HOW CAN CAN THAT BE WHEN IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK IT IS FRIDAY 9pm Will never use this company again,,,,,, WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING THIS ORDER ……THEY HAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT LEAVE O STARS

DON'T ORDER FROM LIARSOrdered Mother's Day flowers for my daughter two weeks early who just became a mother.They charged my credit card immediately. I am staying at my daughters and flowers never arrived. I called and was disconnected twice, I then sent an email at 7pm asking where are the flowers. I was sent an email back that they tried to deliver flowers but no one was home and the location was not safe to leave. THIS COMPANY LIES. We haven't left the house in two weeks. I was so sad that my daughter got nothing from me when she really could have used this pick me up. I now have to try to get my money back at difficult time to be dealing with this horrible company. After reading the reviews I guess the flowers would have been half dead anyway. Signed: ANGRY EMBARRASSED GRANDMA

I order a flowers for my daughter and they warranty delivery next day. After waiting the whole day, I called just to found out that the florist service was closed and they can't delivery the flowers until Monday. They offer to return 80% and delivery the flowers Monday or Tuesday instead of Saturday. PLEASE, DON'T BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY DON'T DELIVERY THE FLOWERS ON TIME.
THE FLOWERS WERE STALE AND DRY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER THE NEXT DAY. STILL WAITING, BAD, BAD, SERVICE.
