“Lots of different programming”

Denise H.
5/9/22

I really love Fox nation it has something for everyone and programs on the latest events. I had to give ut 4 stars only has it is very difficult to navigate through the menu when looking to watch something specific. They really need to add a "Search" to make this easy. I have spent over 15 mins many times looking for a new program they advertised even when changing the Filter to "Most Recent"

I started the free 7 day trial and cancelled it on time! They still debited my card and won't refund me. They told me it has been processed but it has not. Now they won't get back to me

Reviews say it's your internet and a bunch of other BS. Fox Nation get your $#*! together. Your program is awesome. O other programs on Roku or Firstick do what your app does. Please fix or we will all cancel.

I subscribed to FoxNation last year but only logged in about 3 times. I chose to let my subscription lapse since I didn't want to renew it. "Fox Digital Services" renewed my subscription anyway. Contacted them and told them I did not want to renew for a service that I don't want and don't use. Their response was essentially "too bad." The renewal is automatic, buried in the fine print of their boilerplate agreement. I'm stuck with this for another year at the cost of $64.99. My case number is #******* but they have stopped communicating with me. I can't tell you much about the service content but their business model and consumer relations stink. If you do decide to subscribe to this service, use a gift card and not your personal credit/debit card. I've attached a copy of the response they sent to me.

I signed up to pay for Fox Nation to get access to good shows like Jesse Waters and Tucker Carrlson. My disappointment was that the subscription of $6 a month did not include that. Cancelled Immediately to limit damage!

I subscribed in 2019 and was not watching so I cancelled. Then my card was charged and auto-renewed in 2020. I chatted with Customer Support and they said I renewed and could not refund my card and would cancel 09/201. Fine. I cancelled again on 11/7/2020. It's 09/2021 and my card was charged again and the subscription renewed for another year. I chatted the support people and they tell me "someone you allowed access to your account restarted your subscription". WHAT? No one else has access. Customer Support told me they have the reinstatement but they won't give me a copy! I sent them screenshots of the cancel email and my account that says subscription ending soon, Click restart plan to continue enjoying... The account page will not allow me to remove my card and they won't cancel and refund. This is the 2nd year this happens and now I am renewed for another year! I'm so mad. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! It seems to be a forever commitment.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

I recently discovered that I was charged for a yearly subscription when I only signed up for a monthly subscription. I contacted my financial institution and they denied my claim. I contacted Fox Nation and was told that "all sales are final". Since I didn't order a yearly subscription, this definitely does not apply!. I went back and forth with someone on live chat today and got very frustrated. I have been a faithful viewer of Fox News for years, but now I am thinking of changing that! Is there nothing that can be done about this? I am on disabled and on a fixed income, this severely affects me!

I love Fox News and chose to subscribe to Fox Nation. I paid for 2 years in advance. Unfortunately I found the content to be terrible. It was weak, short, and poorly done. There were occasional good comments from the personalities, but not worth the bother and cost. It just wasn't up to my expectations of Fox News.

Tonight went online to cancel, and found they cancelled as of the end of the subscription period, March 2023. I chatted with an agent, and was informed refunds are never issued. I tried to press harder for a refund, and was refused.

Save your time and money. It isn't worth it, and you will not get your money back if you cancel. I support Fox News, but this is a black mark on their reputation with me.

Tip for consumers:
If I had known refunds are not issued, I would have (a) likely not subscribed, (b) if I did it would have only been for 1 month, not the 2 year price. Decide if the content is for you (it wasn't my cup of tea), but by all means do not subscribe for an extended period until you decide you like it. I lost $99 in 1 month.

I have been a Fox News fan since the network began. Figured the Fox Nation programming would be good. There is nothing here except re-runs from old stuff. I requested a refund of my unused subscription. They refused. If the customer is not happy with your product why would you keep their money?

Whatever you do... do not get sucked into the 2yr subscription deal. They will keep your money.

Freezes, has to be restarted repeatedly, just a terrible app, not worth a dime. The programing is fine but they need spend some money to hire experts to make this app workable. It's just a total pain to use and it does the same thing on my TV as well as my desktop and phone. Pretty much worthless!

Spent an hour with chat on foxnation help(you can't speak to a person) and after an hour of explanation about not being able to log on, I was told I would have to produce evidence I paid. This was done through apple and it showed I paid and next due date was in April 2023. Finally complained to Apple and they refunded my money and canceled my subscription which Foxnation said didn't exist. Worse customer service ever and was shocked it was from Fox.

Tip for consumers:

I signed up for the $0.99 special on May 3. That same day my credit card was charged $28.82 by a credit checking agency, ICM*InstantCheckmate.com. I did not order any credit check and I conclude that FoxNation charged me for a credit check that they ordered. This is unconscionable. I immediately challenged the transaction and cancelled my FoxNation account.

As a result of this improper charge, I had to get a new credit card and then update merchants that I was using for automatic payment of recurring bills.

Paid over $70, off of Roku, can't get it, because it ask for a TV provider. I just have internet. So, i got the Xfinity Flex box to see if that would fix it nope. What do I need to do to get what I'm paying for. Tried to get help from Fox Nation Customer Service it's impossible to get help. Even tried Roku. Do I need to cancel it off of Roku and re-order it on Xfinity. Or just forget it and see if I get my money back. We can't even get Fox News now

Fox Nation charged me $64.99 for annual renewal. I was not aware I was on auto renewal. When I tried to cancel the subscription and have them send me a refund. They said it was too late, I had to cancel prior to the renew even though I have not used the service for 11 months. They refuse to refund my money. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to Fox Nation. Very Poor customer Service.

Can't get good reception so can't watch. I was a founding member and spent $60.00 for
Nothing. Also listening to Pete H. He mentioned that all Christians should sign up. I am Jewish and should be included in that statement. I like him and sure it was not done on
Purpose. But again I can't watch it

Fox charged my card for months after the account was closed even though Fox shows it was closed last year, on time. No one takes responsibility for the charges and they claim they don't see them but my card sure sees it. Looks like this is going to small claims court, the state attorney generals office and the BBB.

Tip for consumers:
If you sign up for Fox Nation make sure you use a card you can shut off on them. They'll keep charging you until you catch them then deny they're charging you. Looks like Fox Nation can't get or keep enough viewers of the 4 show repeats.

Fox Nation has the worst customer service ever. I cancelled my trial subscription on their website. The next month I was charged for full month. The only way to talk with someone was via chat. They would not refund my money. I only watched 1 show. Total ripoff.

Fox says it giving 1year free Fox Nation to Military & Veterans, when signing up I found the scam is to get your personal and credit card information. Never thought they would sink that low. Anyone giving their credit card information would have challenges trying to cancel. Beware...

Before you entertain the idea of subscribing, make sure to take note of date your free trial expires. Upon reviewing my 91 year old dad's credit card I discovered the charge. I called and was told an email was sent a month prior to the expiration. Looking back, it does not exist! There are no refunds allowed. The confirmation of cancelation from today's texting has not come either. So we have paid $32.49 for another year and the following year was canceled. I expect better from Fox. My dad watches Fox News 24/7. Exploiting senior veterans is not a good look! Do better!

My husband signed up for a free 1-year subscription which he soon realized he wasn't interested in and didn't use. When we became aware of our card being charged a year later from our monthly credit card statement, customer service said that the plan was stated up front and they disconnected my call without any attempt to refund, prorate OR cancel our subscription like I asked them to. We were 37 days into the renewal. Awful and very disappointing.

Before I signed up for Fox Nation I asked if I could watch on multiple devices ONE at a time and was told yes. Your chat Bot told me to identify my devices and then was told that Fox Nation could not be seen on my Samsung, Sharp or LG TVs. There is no phone number to speak with technical support, just the chat bot who is not helpful. I am very upset. You lied to me. I will tell my experience to all who will listen to me. I was told that there were difficulties with Fox Nation. When will you fix it? How will I know? *******@comcast.net Better yet, call me at *******645

What trickery is this, follow the free trial until they (Fox) bait and switches for. 5.99 subscription you can not cancel. That is stealing. Do you seriously think this is how you win customers? You have destroyed the trust I gave you.

I opted for Fox news one-year free subscription for military but they wanted my credit card to charge me $0.00 which is deceitful in my mind. They are hoping I will forget and it will auto renew next years. That is Fox news way of thanking me for my service. It is not enough that the government takes away our benefits because we are low hanging fruit. They are not smart enough to figure out other ways to save money even with all the pork available to cut. I could give many more examples of government scams to veterans. I cringe each time someone thanks me for my service since I know it is just lip service to make themselves feel better. Regards. Keith Hyde, MCPO, USN-ret.

I tried twice to use the email offer code 25Now on the same day I received the email which was 3/8/23. I clicked on "rejoin now", and was not able to see where to enter code. After a few days I was told that because I purchases Fox Nation thru iTunes that they had to refund the money which they did. So I started again thinking that I did something wrong, as luck would have it, the same thing happened, not able to enter code. Not apple to talk to someone regarding this, worse customer service, will never renew with again, the offer is a scam!

I really like the programming, but I would like to share some shows with progressive friends and family! My son has become a progressive since going to Berkley, and I am trying! To let him see the light! My daughters too! Lol

Thanks,

Within an hour and a half I realized that you coulld not stream Fox News, the reason I subscribed, and I thought I cancelled it. Two days later I still see the charge on credit card and I try to find a live customer service to speak with and you can't. Only on line can you type to customer service. They said I could not cancel, and I could not get a refund, all sales were final. Just a nasty way of doing business, and will no longer even acknowledge me. I have always supported Fox, but if this is the true face of the company, count me out.

I signed up for a year knowing we could look at the shows and have 7 days to review. We cancelled in 6 days, contacted customer support (Haydee M) because my account was not refunded. I was told a yearly subscription does not include a free trial. No exceptions! Was told to contact my bank.
