Fox Nations offers some really great contact. I suspect many NEGATIVES are folks who DO NOT use it, but also I notice many have issues signing in. It was as easy as any other APP. Common sense folks!:) But I love the Women of the Bible pieces and the ones by Tucker. Straight forward. I would do the left good to watch them because these are YOUR TOWNS. Raw footage.

I am a Fox junky. I watch regular Fox almost all day. I'm disappointed at the renewal price. I give them one more year and then I'll probably cancel my subscription.

If you waisted your money and purchased a subscription you will soon find out that there is no real customer service. If you like talking to a bot that will not answer the question you asked then this is the site for you. No customer service.

I was told I could receive Fox News, so I removed my TV provider. They Lied! They don't broadcast Fox News on Fox Nation!
I changed my ISP and was unable to update my email address. They said that I have to cancel my account, renew my account and pay a new fee. I already paid for two years!

First, when I originally purchased the subscription as a gift, they were offering a discount but there wasn't anywhere to claim it. Once the subscription was purchased I was told by customer service that they couldn't apply the discount. Now they have renewed the subscription and when I try to cancel, they will only let me cancel as of December 2021! Next year! I asked for a prorated refund and was told they won't.

I joined Fox Nation on January 31,2020. The promotional item for subscribing to Fox Nation, was Brian Kilmeade's book the Alamo Avengers.
I have not received my book as of today's date 5-14-2020.
I have e-mailed Fox Nation customer service many times. One replay stated that I did not order the book. Of course I didn't order the book, it was the promotional item offered by Fox Nation it should have automatically been sent out to me when I subscribed to Fox Nation. Some other responses to my e-mails have been "case closed". The last few e-mails have had no response.
The only reason I subscribed to Fox Nation was because they were offering Brian's book as an incentive.
No need in contacting Fox Nation Customer Service. Their promotion was a rip off for me.

I would give a negative 10 rating if possible. This channel is unwatchable! Constant dead air, volume changes, voice overs and crappy content. Channels in third world countries are more professional. SERIOUSLY...

Since zero stars aren't an option I have to give 1. I tried several times to cancel my service before they charged me and was not given the option to cancel until after they charged my account. I reached out to them several times and didn't get a response back until the third time I tried. They will not offer a refund even though they wouldn't let me cancel until after they charged me. It's not about the amount either it's about principle and how they basically stole my money. Do yourselves a favor and don't sign up for their services.

I watched very little of Fox Nation the first year Nov 2019- Nov 2020 so when it came up for renewal I cancelled the subscription in Nov 2020. Fox charged my credit card anyway and when I asked for a refund because I had cancelled I received a reply from customer service I could only cancel within the first 10 day trial period in 2019 for a refund and 10 days had passed since it was now almost a year later. ##@#@! I replied I wasn't talking about the 2019 -2020 year but the upcoming 2020-2021 year - and no further response to the refund. Instead I received a message I could still watch through Nov 2021 even though I had cancelled.

Don't sign up for Fox Nation, is all I can say. It is completely frustrating, especially the customer service. Don't ever give them a credit card number!

I downloaded the FOX Nation app, and it wouldn't open. I restarted my phone; still nothing. I began getting messages that the app had stopped. I uninstalled it, and re-installed it, restarted the phone again. Nada. I cannot seem to get any technical help from them. I've installed and uninstalled it MANY times. They have my $, and I have nothing. Very frustrating!

I see mentions of things I want to watch on Fox Nation but when I go there I can't find that specific programmed topic or episode, even though they've just advertised it at FNC. Very very frustrating and not good!

News without the leftist dribble. Really like the streaming service as I just can't stand to watch channels like MSNBC and CNN that are so far left it's hard to believe they are American channels. Truly are disgusting. Both Fox News and fox streaming service has great Programming without the leftist bias.

I purchased a two-year subscription. Didn't know at the time that the app will NOT work on LG TVs unless you add another piece of electronics such as Firestick or 'who knows what else'. I told her I have 4 LG 60-70" TVs in my home. Why was this NOT made clear when buying this "NON-REFUNDABLE" product. This is bad... really bad

I canceled Fox Nation on 11/30/2020 at 7:30pm. I received a message stating "we're sad to see you go". I was charged on my credit card on 12/18 in the amount of $69.70. I received the same message "we're sad to see you go" along with the cancellation date of 12/19/2021. I want it canceled now with a refund. I have been told that is not possible,

A rip-off entity especially when it comes to subscriptions. They suck in veterans with a one-year free subscription and then automatically charge their credit card without conspicuous notice. The shows are mediocre at best, three (3) stars at best. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY.

I use Spectrum for my internet access and have a valid account with Fox Nation. I have viewed many Fox Nation programs on my smart TV, iMac and MacBook Pro's. When I purchased a new smart TV and tried to sign-in with my account data - it keeps getting rejected as invalid; although using the very same data I can access Fox Nation on my iMac and MacBook Pro.

The tech people overseeing Fox Nation need to make it more accessible to account holders. How in the world does one get around something like this without expending vast amounts of time and effort only to wind up in a circular process.

I am signing off with Fox Nation - that is if I can sign in!

Loved watching the shows on Fox Nation. Most of the shows I watched was Tucker. My husband I watched him EVERY NIGHT Monday-Friday. We were very shocked and saddened when he was taken off the air. I no longer have the Fox Nation app due to the absence of Tucker.

What's the point of this channel? I want to see The Five, Tucker Carlson and all shows on the Fox News Channel. I don't have a tv provider as I am not paying any of the woke streaming services to watch woke crap.
I find Fox Nation and they give you an hour of TOTAL TIME to watch any of their personalities on Fox News.
Also, they advertise shows and you CAN'T even find them. What a joke this channel is. Allow us to watch any of your shows, fix the UI ( one of the worst) and you will see your subscriptions base go way up.

I had a free year,military. After a few months it disappeared. I've jumped through countless hoops many times providing proof many times and got no where. I wasted a fare amount of time and concluded this was A WASTE OF MY TIME.

Very disappointed. There wasn't a place to enter a request for a site. Simply have to meander around until you find what you want.
I thought Fox Nation would have Greg Gutfeld and some other quality shows.
The programing, meaning the ease of navigating around the site. Understanding what is there and how to bring it up. This are the main reason for the 0 rating.
Fox Nation is able to do a quality site. It seems they do not care about their business.

Content is educational and informative. However just finding anything, even back to where you left, in impossible. The program guide is incoherent, I don't know why it's so unintuitive.

Other than the complaints about customer service (I have never needed to contact them), I pretty much agree with the complaints voiced that are found in all the one and two star reviews. My biggest complaint is that if I am watching Hannity and my phone screen is live, all of the "links" for other epsisodes or other host's shows are also live so if I am not careful when I pick up my phone, another show starts playing--annoying as all hell! Most apps will solve this by having the current show that you are watching open on its own page with everything else on that page non-funcitonal but every page you open on FN will take you to parts unknown if you fat-finger something!
