I am an annual subscriber paid to November, each time you want to watch, you have to sign in, every time annoying, asked customer service, no reply, my advice DON'T SUBSCRIBE, because I I complained, they took my money, and blocked me from signing in, when you ask for help, require payment for answer CLASS ACT, BUYER BEWARE

The content of Fox Nation is generally very good. However, the arrangement of the app is very poor for finding a show. Also, it is the ONLY app on our TV that bogs down in the middle of a show, even though a speed check indicates we have nearly 10 MPS wifi in the room.

We have fox nation tried to find new show under fox files steaming?nothing there,went to chat bot might as well talked to my cat.we can not find email give us credit card # had enough!

Not happy with fox nation holding my credit card#,I cancelled before free trail period was up and still billed, claiming I never cancelled so no refund tried talking to some with no luck so I am stuck with another year and looks like I will have to call credit card Company to issue new # so it doesn't, happen again

Signed up for 7 day free trial and of course you have to sign up for a plan well half way through free plan ran across where veterans get 1yr free plan which I did but they went ahead and charged for a 1 yr of charges. Can't get anyone besides bots to respond. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. CALLING MY CC TO DISPUTE CHARGES. NEVER AGAIN

When I signed up for fox nation I signed for 1 year because of cost effectiveness and I thought I would benefit from their information. After 1 year I had not used it as much as I anticipated; however, my subscription was automatically renewed. When I cancelled after a few days into my renewal period, I was told that I would not receive any rebated refund on the full yearly amount. Morale to this story is always read the fine print and NEVER, NEVER sign up for more than the minimum timeframe... at least not with FOX.

My fault was not realizing that if you don't have a premium TV Provider (we cut the chord and only pay for Disney+/ESPN+, Hulu basic) THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and then tell you All Sales Are Final even though you can't access their service. No flexibility, no fair offer of a credit, nothing other than SORRY, and thank you for contacting our customer service. After trying to end the CHAT conversation multiple times by saying I hadn't replied (within seconds of sending their message) pert of their closing comment was this: "I understand and I apologize for any frustration with our non-refundable policy. Is there anything else that I can assist you with today," unethical business, frustrating customer "service", and refusal to work with a customer that up till now was a serious foxnationfan.

They advertise 1 year free for veterans. Good luck with that. Spent half a day trying to sign on, jumping through hoops. No longer interested. Wouldn't take it now if they paid me. Zero stars

I do not need to be EVANGELIZED, and when I pay for FOX NEWS in app form, I do not appreciate most of the programming being geared towards the BILLY GRAHAM CRUSADE! You had a chance here to put out a quality NEWS product, but instead EVERYTHING I watched seemed like an evangelical crusade. Big Mistake. Your programming director needs his/her head examined. People so old they want to watch this $#*!, are too old to know how to use streaming services. What a LETDOWN! No one wants to pay to be EVANGELIZED!

That suck that you're not going to be able to watch Fox News on Fox Nation any more with out a TV provider, that's why I got Fox Nation because I'm tired of DIRECTV and these television providers and their prices going up and down, and now this!

I signed up 6 months ago, paid $68. Hadn't used it often, inserted my saved login credentials, next page asks for a NEW "annual" subscription--but, but, but I've already paid for an annual! Can't log in on Amazon firestick b/c of this--even though creds are good, and annual plan already paid. Trying to get a hold of them is a fool's errand. They offer NO customer phone number, say that they have a "chat" process (non-existent), just a support box for OTHER non-pertinent questions. Any email you send them, their "contact us" email box is ALWAYS full!

Bloody nonsense!

I signed up at the beginning of the year cause they have a big discount. BIG MISTAKE! I've been on a chat and found out they will not prorate if you cancel. There is not number to call to talk to a supervisor. STAY AWAY FROM FOX NATION! It is a total disappointment!

Just joined with a 2yr subscription yesterday. Found out right of the bat they have a auto renewal. I hate companies not telling the future consumer that there will be automatic payment taken out of their accounts after the initial sign up. Then found out unless you have a cable subscription you only get 10 min of live programs. That was also not disclosed. You can listen to the past shows, but only audio. I can do that on Sirius. Very disappointed on the salesmanship in selling the Foxnation App. Also disappointed in the talk show hosts on using their platform to push the service that is not totally consumer friendly. Their no better than what they preach about on what some of the democratic party does. BUY IT FIRST READ IT LATER. I really thought better of fox and their associates. I would like for them to apologize for their miss and lack of description of the app instead of telling the TV family of FOX how easy it is to sign up. Thank You Wayne from FL. FOX MANAGEMENT IS PINCHING PENNIES SO MUCH THAT EVEN IF YOU CANCEL, YOU DONT RECEIVE ANY MONEY BACK. FOX HAS CHANGED ITS PERSPECTIVES SO MUCH SINCE I SIGNED UP THAT I DECIDED IT WASNT FOR ME. Just like the subject indicates. I am not happy about my new subscription that I purchased for Fox Nation. Most of the programs I want to WATCH are only available on Fox Nation in AUDIO ONLY. I will not be renewing the subscription if the video is not included. RIP OFF

Trying to access what you want to see on Fox Nation was a NIGHT MARE and trying to get ANY help or assistance was just as bad! Unless/until they fix their website and make it NAVAGATABLE don't bother signing up for your "Free Trial!" Trying to get it to work will drive you NUTS!

While the content may be something I am interested in watching--after paying the initial subscription fee-- I am unable to access anything from this site except audio-- I complained within 60 days-- got no response-- cancelled or thought I had cancelled and no response-- they actually had the cajones to charge me a renewal as you CANNOT remove your credit card information from this site... so off to repport to FTC and then my attorney-- SO disappointed...

If you want to watch it on your computer or phone, it's ok. Don't even try to watch it on your compatible TV! Not worth the aggravation, even when it does work…for a while.

I replaced my credit card number due to fraud never gave it to fox for a reason because I planned on cancelling, they tried 27 times to charge my old card number and declined all 27 times. All of a sudden this evening the charge went through, I went to my account and they had my new card number THAT I DIDN'T GIVE THEM. They hacked my phone to get my card number somehow. Don't trust them at all anymore.

I recently signed up for the monthly Fox Nation package which states that it cost $. 99 for the first month trial period. However, it has been ~ 3 days and they have already deducted $. 99 twice. When I used "live chat" the first time the representative assured me that this would be remedied. However, it was not fixed at all. I used live chat 2 more times those chats claimed that I had never been double charged. I made a phone call to Fox Nation's helpline. The Fox representative again reassured me that this had been resolved. My bank St. Mary's Bank confirmed that I had indeed been double charged and that these charges were valid. Note 1) Fox admitted that they had made a mistake, 2) Fox denies that there ever was a double charge, 3) the Fox phone representative confirmed that I had indeed been double charged and the issue would be resolved. The double charge still exists. Fox "fixed" this by canceling my account with less than two hours' notice. In conclusion: I have been charged $1.98 cents less than 3 days of service. I asked the last Fox Nation representative if Fox was dishonest or just incompetent, he declined to answer :). LOL Have a great dau Mike

Foxnation charged my card and could not help me to log in! I asked for a refund and they replied NO! And of course there is NO PHONE # to talk to anyone! Absolutely ridiculous
