Started working with this company at the beginning of 2023. At the beginning of November I received a letter about the closure of my account and all domains. There was no clarification from the support team. The account had about 15-20 domains and 3 sites: medical, catalog, library. No pornography, no prohibited content. The money was not returned. We are preparing a police report about the theft. We are ready to provide all letters from this company. My advice: this is a fraudulent company run by the Russian mafia. Don't mess with her! We learned that a certain Russian oligarch, a supporter of the war against Ukraine, paid to close an article on one of our sites where his name was mentioned.
Owner spams websites promoting this site, then writes bad reviews on sitejabber & trustpilot for the sites that ban him.

I haven't tried calling support, or doing anything which you can't do through the good control panel. The information online has been sufficient. I haven't tried leaving them yet, but if I have problems I'll report back. I am using shared SSD hosting with Fozzy.com and I have rated the features as perfection because what they provide matches perfectly with my needs.
When I update my site, changes are immediately noticeable. The VPS control panel is simple and clear and works just fine. Fozzy offer a choice of the most common hosting control panels and even installs them for you. I chose a free one, it's well-organized and user-friendly and easy to navigate. They are a lovely bunch of people, quick to serve and extremely helpful, i recommend fozzy hosting in a heart beat! You won't go wrong with them.
I am now in the process of moving all my sites to fozzy server. Keep up the good work! I can say that their team provide you with a website building software which contains some useful scripts. Reliable, easy to manage, a good interface, has done a good job for my client for over a year now.
Fozzy staffs' responses was very helpful during those days, responding and restored the damages very quickly from their separate backups and constantly keeping me updated of the restoration progress before I ever get impatient.
Very happy with the service you guys offer, very quick at replying to your support tickets. On the surface they're pretty standard fare, but what doesn't show until you join is the level of support: I wanted to set up a portfolio website for my graphic design work and I had hosting that wouldn't give me full features.

Well, Fozzy shared hosting is a good and better than the best, according to me. According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

Fozzy service is amazing, I must say. You will not do wrong if you give them a try. They ensure privacy and are ultimately the best. They offer services like none other. If there is one thing i love about them the most, it is there tech Support. 24/7 and guaranteed within the hour, though i have never had to wait more that 10 minutes. Some sites also do stuff like make you advertise them even if you pay or not listen to suggestions and never communicate or anything.
