Battery was delivered quickly and looked identical to the one removed from my Dynabook Satellite Pro C50. Only negative was that there was no communication after purchasing and I have had to request an invoice so that I have proof if anything goes wrong.

The battery match perfectly the old one on my N55SF and charge goes up to 100%, not as previous cheap battery I bought somewhere else
I ordered two Asus chargers. Despite having a unique ID, the charger tip could have several different shapes/dimensions. The support proactively contacted me. Based upon the photo I shared, they successfully identified the right tip. They shipped both chargers in a timely manner. The postal service is reasonably fast taking into account the shipping fee. The parcel appropriately protected the items. The chargers still operate after weeks of usage with the same performance as the original one. No complaints.
J'ai commandé deux chargeurs Asus. Malgré une référence constructeur unique, ce chargeur existe avec différents connecteurs de dimensions différentes.
