I ordered my two favourite fragrances, Hermann a mes Cotes and I am Trash. They were ordered just after midnight and delivered the SAME day. Outstanding. Always such a smooth and easy ordering and delivery process. Will always order again and again.

We bought two perfumes (one for the boyfriend and one for me). They arrived two days earlier than expected and in perfect condition! Original sealed packages, not even a dent on the boxes. We love our perfumes!

Been waiting forever for the PDM restock on April 7th. At midnight, not one minute later, in the first 10 seconds, I went to buy Oajan and it said it was still out of stock. There's no way it went out of stock in 5 seconds.
Customer support reached out to me to resolve the issue and I was given a full refund.
Original review *I emailed customer support a few hours after placing my order to cancel it and also called the following day to leave a voice message before it shipped and nobody responded fast enough to cancel before it shipped. There's also no option to cancel the order.
Real fragrances for a discount. FragranceBuy is an amazing company. Easy to get in contact with even if it's just a question. I cant complain at all about this company. Thank you Fragrancebuy.ca for allowing me to save alot of money on real authentic fragrances.
Not my first time using FragranceBuy and I'll continue to shop with them. They have a lot to choose from, old school, designer.to niche. All my fragrances were authentic and were packaged with the utmost care. They sent along a sample of Parfums de Marly Oriana which I enjoyed very much. I also found them priced very competitively.
Quick, well packed, so much fun blind buying different clones of originals that were reviewed YouTubes for a great price! A couple hundred bucks and you can get a haul off cheapies that are beats. Want a knockout? Oud for Supremacy.
I really appreciate that FragranceBuy Canada is a Toronto-based company: their prices are low & stated in Canadian dollars & there aren't any "surprise" duties & brokerage fees that need to be paid as is so often the case when ordering from US sites. Also, purchasing through the internet can often be a very anonymous & transactional experience. Here emails are answered individually & in a timely manner & are signed with the name of an actual employee, not "the FragranceBuy Team". Not to mention that the fragrances they carry are great! Decided to jump on their Cyber Monday sale for a tester bottle of Naxos for CAD199.
Due to the high volume of orders, there was no update for about a week. Finally, it got shipped and delivered in a week.
So far, so good, and no complaints but lots of patience. Thank you!
I wish fragrancebuy would have given me the free ship i forgot to add that code once i submitted my order its impossible to call these people they dont have a dedicated 800 number so revise your order once submitted sucks I love companies that make it easy to reach out to customer service after you place your order so they can make modifications

Absolutely great prices, but when it comes to the shipping you feel like you have to wait for ever for the arrival if they work on getting it to the customer sooner i don't think they'll have no competition..
I use Fragrancebuy.ca as my primary fragrance discounter due to their prices and inventory, which rarely can be beat. This particular shopping trip I purchased a bottle of Armani Eau de Nuit and a bottle of Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EDP. I received my bottles within a week, and as always, in perfect condition. I appreciate the care that Fragrancebuy.ca puts into shipping their fragrances. I will be back shortly as my wishlist is filling up.
I was beyond happy to see Fragrancebuy.ca have the new Aqua di Gio Parfum in-stock. This fragrance sells for $198 at retail (the 4.2oz bottle) and I was able to pick it up for $126, and it just came out! I was also able to pair that purchase up with a bottle of Dior Homme, which isn't always in-stock. The shipping is always fast at Fragrancebuy.ca and I just reached "Eau Collector" status on their loyalty program, so that came with 6 free shipping coupons. Those will definitely be used in the future!
I'm highly disappointed. I bought two bottles of Narciso edp. One box batch code said it's 8 years and 1 months old, the other one 7 years and 11 months old. If that was only it and they were truly unopened and authentic I would be ok with it, since the price was not bad. But.! One of the boxes was opened and taped back! The bottle inside is replaced with a different one! The batch codes are completely different of the box and the bottle! How can I be sure it's not a fake? Why would anyone replace a bottle in the box? Is it a pre-owned and then returned bottle? Who replaced the bottle? Is the bottle fake? I know nothing and I'm highly disappointed! I wanted to gift one of them for Christmas but now I'm hesitant. I wish I had bought the perfume on the other discount website while it still was available. I got fooled by the price.
It is so easy to make purchases on Fragrance Buy and not only is it easy, they are truly a legit company. I love the sales that they have and I love how quick their shipping is. Great experiences so far.
I have emailed the company around 4 times to get a tracking number, no response. I have requested a supervisor and still no response. After all these years... for the first time I feel like I purchased from these scam websites.
Nice fragrances and decent delivery time. I wanted 3 fragrances and had to add 2 more just to get free shipping. I understand free shipping for a single item is not affordable at your end but 5 items for free shipping is a lot. Just a request to at least make it 3 items. Other than that, everything is perfect. Thank you
