I bought two perfume for my sisters birthday with the shipment date and arrival date of 12/1/2019. I Receive a notification that the item was delivered while I was at home, I did not receive any package from any carrier and it was not in my mailbox. I send an email to fragrance.net informing them what had happened no one seems to care. My sister's birthday is today and I don't have a gift for her "sad"! I know that a gift was purchase and No care or concern is shown by the customer service representatives. No one have the common courtesy to reach out to me. Stick to the evil you know "AMAZON" will never and have never treated any customer this way. I am a first time and last time customer.
I probably ordered 3 times from this place. The first time was fine. The second time, my card was placed on hold and I contacted them 3 times with no reply. The only reply I got was when I cancelled my order. So, the 11 items I was going to buy went to Jomashop and Amazon. Probably a good thing because I didn't like Black orchid parfum from Tom Ford...So I was able to purchase and receive a sample from scent split faster than they could even process anything. If it wasn't for the site having a good selection and good prices I would never even bother with $#*! $#*! company.
I order 3 fragrances from them on 7/16/23, order shipped next day, and delivery was here and secure on 7/19/23. Fragrances were legit. They have unmatched prices, legit product and fast and quick delivery. 5 stars and will order again.
I ordered a bottle of perfume, it arrived 10 days later which is longer then usual. Upon receiving it, I could hear broken glass inside the box. I did not open the box due to small pieces of glass rattling around. I tried calling the company, I sat on hold for over 3 hours, until I finally hung up. I contacted Amazon since I used Amazon Pay to pay for the product, the were able to find someone to help me. They sent me shipping labels, two weeks after getting back their broken product they issued a refund, less then half of what I paid, they made me pay for shipping. I am trying to dispute this but my bank is not confident I will be refunded the shipping charges. I will not order from then again and anyone I know who orders cologine/perfume, I would discourage them as well to not order.
The worst! I will not recommend I just order some perfume for Christmas they sent an email back saying it was on hold so to more information and i sent Al information to complete the order but they took my money though smh please do not spend your hard earned coins here!
I ordered my husband a fragrance in mid Nov, 2015 it is now mid Dec, 2015 and I have not received my order! I have emailed with no response back! It says it was sent to Fed Ex but no movement at all since 11/28! I don't know what to do or how to get my $60 back!
Bought from them twice and compared it to my left overs that I had purchased from Sephora and Ulta and it does not smell the same. And the ones that does smell close, it just doesn't last more than 5 mins. They were nice enough to send a replacement but that was also bad quality. Will never buy again or recommend it. Spend the extra and get it from a store.
They will take your order and run your credit card but will not ship any product. When you try to go to their site and check your order status, the site will not recognize your email or password. When you attempt to reset your password, they will simply refuse to send you the link to do so. The phone number has the same message every day... due to heavy call volume we can not answer your call, please email us for assistance. Emails are never replied to but that doesn't stop them from sending daily "promotional" specials to order more fake product that never arrives.
I wish I would have researched reviews. I looked at the return policy and thought I would be fine if I ordered and wasn't happy. Jokes on me. I meant to order a 1" curling iron and accidentally ordered 1.25". I tried to call and was on hold over 20mins. Sent an email explaining the situation that I meant to order a 1". The email response told me I should be more careful in the future. Obviously I should but honestly an unopened, unused hair tool can't be returned or exchanged. That's considered hair care which most people consider shampoo, etc. I'll never shop with them again. So disappointed. Should have used Amazon, spent a fraction of the money and a return would have been no problem.
I ordered the creed eau de perfume. And I received the Ray de cologne. I tried to contact them no answer. Never again. Don't order here. Spend something more and ordered from store at least you get what you want.

Fragrancenet sells authentic name brand perfumes for a fraction of the price at a department store. I would recommend Fragrancenet to everyone and I will continue to purchase from them.

"I ordered a bottle of Clinique "Happy" for my mother for Christmas. She has had the parfume before and liked it. Whatever FragranceNet.com sent was not the original. I was too embarrassed to ask for it back to return it. I emailed Fragrance.net.com about the parfume and said it was either a bad batch, old or something went wrong with it. They sent me some form letter about the return and said I would have to pay for the return shipping. Needless to say I will never do business with them again and will post everywhere that they are a rip off. I tried several times to call them but you can never get through their customer service phone lines. Don't think you're getting a deal... you're getting the shaft!"
I saw a lot of feedback about this company so I was a little Leary when I read both good and bad reviews, unfortunately, I had already ordered. After reading the reviews I tried to call but there numbers did not work... scary! (this was a bad sign to me.)
I ordered both the coach poppy and A juicy Couture Fragrance, the larger size. My colleague also ordered from this site. We both got our tracking number and tracked it through fedex! They gave us an estimated delivery date and both came on time!
Both of my fragrances were perfect. Full size, the right ones and smelt good! This site was awesome in this aspect... and such a good deal! I wanted to post a good review because I had such a good experience! I would definitely use them again! I figured if they did over 10million fragrance sales it must be legit... but reviews did scary!

I was really dissapointed when I received a fake perfume Champs Elysees. It does not last long, it has a plastic piece at the top. I paid something like $75 for a cheap version which probably cost them $5 to make it and fake it. I won't use this site again.
Unbeknownst to me one of the "free" samples they sent me in a glass vile was broken into many little pieces before opening the package. Not only did I unknowingly get these slivers into my drivers seat of my car but I also got a cut on my leg from a shard not to mention slivers in my truck. The glass slivers ultimately made it difficult to open up my items but also caused my truck and my self damage. I believe the part that cut and slivered into my leg also was a part that cut into my drivers seat. I opened up the package in the post office parking lot to check out the order before heading home. These people offered me a $25 gift certificate after all of that with little to no real response or apology. Its appalling at how little they care about their customers. I would recommend you steal clear of these people and use fragrantex.com I have had zero issues with them.
I will never order from this company again. I ordered a curling iron that was $94 and it is not the one for me. I tried to return the unopened curling iron and they don't do returns on hair care. They need to be more specific on their return policy. Now I'm stuck with a curling iron I will never use.

I never got my perfumes i ordered worth $70.47. They said it was delivered but not to me and i have been emailing about this with no response. I think what that means is i should forget my money as long as they have collected it and it doesn't matter to them if i did not get my order.
Answer: Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
