I was a bit nervous seeing the *mainly* negative reviews but I decided to try them out because the perfume I wanted had gotten pretty expensive everywhere else and this site had it for a more affordable price. I almost cancelled my order because I was super nervous they weren't legit but I decided to stick with it and I'm happy I did. I placed my order on Sunday and received it by Friday. Not sure if it's 100% legit (I'm hoping it is), but we shall see! Overall very very pleased and will be ordering again.

Ordered 2 bottles of cologne on April 15, but got an email today, April 22, that it was out of stock. It took a week to find out you were out of stock? I find that really unprofessional for it to have taken that long to realize that you could not fulfill an order. This was after I tried to log in (they make you create an account) to check for shipping details only yo be told I didn't have an account with my email (even though the invoice was sent to my email and then the cancelation was too). So now my gift will be late because I have to reorder from someone else. Absolutely ridiculous. The cancelation email said they will refund my money but it hasn't been refunded yet, so as of now I'm out $60. Will not order from them again and I suggest that you find someone else to purchase from as well.

Do not buy here. False advertising plus horrible customer service. Will not recommend. Seller seems dubious and advertises items they don't have.

I placed an order on December 27th, 2021. I did not get any status update which was concerning. I reached out to company multiple times and on January 5th they decided to respond saying that they do not have the products in stock but expecting them. Today, January 11th, they have yet to communicate with me. There is no phone number to reach them. Super Shady, stay away!

Unfortunately I have to leave a star to write the review But I purchased a number of items off the website
To find 1 out of 2 of my perfumes was actually a copycat. The fragrance did not linger/last like the original and colour was slightly different.
Be aware buyers

Unfortunately I found this site to late to stop me from buying my product. My product never came! I purchased on 10/9 it's 10/20 given their shipping standards it should've been here. I didn't even get a tracking number. I typically never order with any company that does not have a good return policy or atleast a customer support number. All the red flags were there and yet I still missed it. To make matters worst this was a gift. I did reach out to customer service without response., at this point I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Do make the same
Mistake I did.

I have only ordered from them one time. I found a really good deal on a bottle of Prada Iris for my girlfriend. It wasn't until after I ordered from them that I read countless horrible reviews. I was very concerned that I was going to be ripped off. I am happy to say that I received the perfume in less than a week And it is 100% legit. I ended up having a very good experience and felt I should come on here and share since there are so many bad reviews.

I don't know who to blame
Bought a cologne known to last forever
And got a watered down version that lasted about 2 min
I am going to return the unused portion( no refund)
Maybe Houbigant is at fault.

I ordered 6 Aramis deodorant sticks and received 6 Aramis anti-perspirant sticks. Unfortunately, there is a huge difference- the anti-perspirant is white and leaves a very visible stain on clothes. I have tried contacting their customer support 4 times and they don't even bother replying. All I asked for was a refund and/or the product I actually ordered- I was and am willing to return the faulty merchandise. I told them I intended to inform the world and this doesn't motivate them to reply to me! Stay away from them!

They never post any negative reviews. If you notice only the positive (5 stars) are posted. When you ask them why, they just ignore you.
I'm talking from personal experience, when I ordered a TESTER. I post my review how bad it was, discolored, the smell didn't last more than 30sec, it smell more like alcohol. Well they never posted

Love it - Great sale price and free shipping on my most favorite perfume. Arrived very quickly. Overall very happy.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I recently purchased a gift (a Chanel Chance eau de Perfume 50ml) for my mother from The Fragrance shop.

The perfume arrived within 2 days which was great. But as soon as my mother tried it out she complained that the fragrance lasted no more than 1 minute and some change (my mother had an old Chanel Chance perfume that was almost finished and she demonstrated to me how strong and long lasting the fragrance should be).

It was clear as day that I had purchased a counterfeit product. But I contacted this company in good faith and reported the above complaint, and i went through the process, sent the product back for 'Testing' only to be informed that their testers could not find any fault with the Fragrance!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
